They were a construction in front of the hotel , the bathroom plumbing has a very bad smell and the curtain in the room look very bad . the staff were excellent and close to train and center I liked that.

The hotel is currently being remodelled. The bathrooms are ok. The furnitures are from the 70s and are completely worn out. The doors to the corridor are not tight, you can hear every other guest and the doors are unfortunately simply slammed by other guests, which makes a continuous sleep impossible. The rooms are very soberly furnished. In rooms that have not yet been renovated, some of the electrics do not work and there is therefore no power for a laptop, for example.The Breakfast is simply not worth the price.

Our stay here was great. A family room with enough space for all 4 of us, great cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast and close to the metro station so easy to get out and about. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but this did not affect our enjoyment.

Great hotel, rooms and beds are perfect for family stays. Street parking was available every time we arrived in the evening. Breakfast was also great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great to get around for site seeing. Only thing that I can say is that the room it self is dated, could use new floors and maybe updating the bathroom. The family and I only spent the nights here for sleeping as our primary reason to visit was for sightseeing Lisbon and taking it all in. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Der lugtede forfærdeligt af kloak. Lugten kom og gik både om natten og dagen. Puh ha. Værelset var meget lille, ikke plads til en åben kuffert. En kuffert kunne være inde i skabet. Badeværelset var meget lille og ingen steder at sætte sine toiletartikler. Der var en lille altan uden møbler. Der bygges ved siden af, så man bliver vækket kl. 7.00 om morgenen. Morgenmaden var rigtig god. Personalet meget venligt. Kommer ikke igen.

We stayed overnight and all I can say is I would not have survived the smell in our room another moment longer. It smelt of sewage. It was horrible and we couldn’t get out of there quick enough. But on the positive the staff at reception were helpful in looking after our luggage when we arrived before check in so we could explore the city.

the hotel is terrible.we had bed bugs and they did not want to do anything about it. they had moved us from the 3rd floor to the 4th floor the 2nd night because the 3rd floor room was old but they knew there were ed bugs on the 4th floor (receptionist mentioned that they had another case of bed bugs on the 4th floor so they knew!) I got bitten 2 nights and filmed one on the bed cover, terrible !!!!!

This is a basic hotel at best. The beds and linens were clean, breakfast was decent, but the overall condition of the room was terrible. The closet door frame was half broken off, there was a missing light cover so the fluorescent lightbulb was super bright at eye level, the bottom of the bathroom door was fraying so it dragged as you open it, the curtains were ripped off the bracket, the shower curtain was crooked and sliding down, etc. Absolutely no care in maintaining this room and making it minimally presentable. I paid €120 and feel very ripped off. Thank goodness we were only there one night.

Right around the corner from a metro stop, it was super convenient. The breakfast was very nice and had lots of options.One complaint i do have is that the bathroom in our room was about the size of airplane bathroom. EXTREMELY small. The sink had a glass shelf installed over it that made it virtually impossible to use.

We are disappointed. Management should looks at the rooms. Bathroom is very very small, showing unit slippery, toilet paper roll was under the sink which you can not reach. Bath room door not close easily.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer werden jeden Tag frisch gemacht. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, vor allem das Waschbecken. Das Frühstück hat mir persönlich nicht gefallen. Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Die Lage ist ganz ok. In der Nähe befindet sich eine U-Bahn Station.

Hotel is closed to Marques de Pombal, easy to metro. Booked a triple room for 2 travelers was spacious enough. Bathroom is smaller compare to US. Breakfast was nice. Staff are friendly. Building is a bit older but renovations done can be spotted. Overall our 2 nights stay was good and will stay again.

Wenn Ihnen Sicherheit am Herzen liegt, rate ich Ihnen dringend ab, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie kommen nach einem langen Tag Sightseeing am späten Abend in Ihr Hotelzimmer zurück, freuen sich nur noch auf Ihr Bett und müssen plötzlich ungläubig feststellen, dass Ihre Zimmertür weit offen steht. Genauso ist es uns gestern Abend ergangen! Das Licht im Zimmer war an, die Tür komplett geöffnet, so dass jeder Zugang zu unseren Wertsachen, Gepäck und persönlichen Dingen hat. Laptop, Reisepässe, Bargeld und Ersatzkreditkarte sowie teurer Markenrucksack waren - Gott sei Dank - noch da. Da wir den ganzen Tag außer Haus waren, muss die Tür offensichtlich vom Housekeeping offen gelassen worden sein, denn das Zimmer war bei unserer Rückkehr am Abend frisch gemacht. Ich mag gar nicht daran denken, wenn unser Gepäck oder persönliche Gegenstände von Gelegenheitsdieben entwendet worden wäre. Ein absolutes NO GO und durch nichts entschuldbar!

We enjoyed the excellent location- right near the Hop-on-hop-off buses where all their routes start. Also the staff on the reception and in the breakfast room were amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was great with everything from omelettes to yogurts. We highly recommend this hotel- great value for your money.

I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The entire property is extremely rundown with poor or nonexistent maintenance. Everything in the room felt old, broken, or heavily used. The biggest disappointment was the food. The complimentary breakfast was truly awful—none of my four family members returned after the first day. The food was not fresh and looked like leftovers. Even the coffee was bad. You’re much better off finding breakfast outside the hotel; we found far better options nearby. Position very good, only 20 mins by walk away from city center; property old and not in good conditions. Breakfast not very rich of food. Anyway, it’s a good choice to spend few days in a quite economic accommodation.
