They welcomed me warmly, and even though there was a slight language barrier, it wasn’t a problem at all. The check-in process was extremely smooth and convenient. The room was spotless, spacious, and boasted a stunning view from the window. The rooftop smoking area also offered a great view—not only is it perfect for smoking, but it’s also an ideal spot for taking beautiful photos. I’d definitely love to come back and stay here again if I ever return to Hakodate.

大型犬と小型犬と泊まりました。スウィートですがお値打ちでした。部屋も広く快適に犬が過ごせるように必要なものはお部屋にありました。駐車場がもう少し使いやすいといいです。函館の繁華街に近く朝食は別なホテルで取りました。スタッフがとても優しくて楽しく過ごせました

駅から徒歩15分くらいかな。市電の駅にも近いです？函館駅から2駅くらい。部屋も広くて綺麗に清掃整理されてました。ツインを1人でつかいましたが、勿体ないくらい。ろびーには、フリードリンクありで、コーヒー、フルーツジュース助かりました。函館山行くにもちょうどいい。五稜郭とは反対だけと電鉄乗るからなんの問題もない。リノベーションしたホテルだと思います。

今回の宿泊は三人旅でしたが、3人中2人のイビキがひどいのでシングルルーム3部屋で予約しようと思ったのですが、ツインルームしか予約が取れずそのまま予約。ツインルーム(１人で使用)を3部屋用意して頂きました。部屋にはベッドが2つですが、１人で使用したので広々としてとても快適でした。 1階のフロント前には、少々ですが無料の飲み物も用意してありました。ベイ函館までは徒歩で数分なので観光も楽々です。部屋は清潔感がありとてもリラックスできました。フロント前にあった入浴剤がとても良い香りで良かったです。帰りに、これから行く場所をうかがったのですがとても親切に教えて下さいました。函館に行くときは又宿泊したいです‼️ ありがとうございました。

フロントの方の対応がとても丁寧でとても好感がありました。子連れで宿泊しましたが、部屋に行く前に一緒に遊んでくれたり、帰りにもお菓子を頂いたりととても嬉しかったです。また利用したいねと家族で話しておりました。クリスマスの装飾も可愛かったです。ご丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。
