I am very disappointed with how my situation was handled by Leonardo Hotel Vinkeveen. I mistakenly booked two rooms for May instead of April and only discovered the error when I arrived at the hotel in person on April 25. The hotel was fully booked and therefore they were unable to accommodate us, which is completely understandable. What was really frustrating is that they refused to offer any practical alternative such as a voucher, credit, or flexible solution. I found the hotel’s approach unnecessarily rigid and not particularly accommodating toward a customer facing an honest mistake.

I only have very positive things to say about this hotel. Starting with the staff, especially Jasmin who checked me in smoothly and made me feel very welcome. A true professional that «works hard, effortlessly» :) The location makes you feel like you’re on an Island, away from the noise. Super clean, bar & restaurant fabulous and safe (private parking lot). Just under 20min away from Amsterdam Centrum. I will be back very soon!

Extremely expensive restaurant, very basic rooms, with no noise insulation. VERY negative point, that the hotel offers chargers for EVs, but they had a Renault Event and they have given all EV chargers to them, leaving us with no possibility of charging our car.
