Borjomi Boutique Seoul Hotel

A couple of concerns with this place, beds are not comfortable , they are as hard as sleeping on a wood board, second big concern, at 9 pm, hotel reception was empty for from what I know , at least 45 minutes, where anyone of the street could just come up to the rooms, people’s luggage’s were left at the reception , all unattended and free for all to grab, this was extremely troubling. I had to change rooms, first room had great water pressure in the shower, when I was moved to the 8th floor, shower was a nightmare, there is absolutely no water pressure, for these reasons, I would not return to this hotel for sure .

I don't understand some of the negative reviews I have read here about this hotel. Everyone working at reception was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very well equipped, lots of storage, a safe, a fridge. Bathroom with amenities, large walk-in shower. Very quiet throughout the day and the night. It is not located within the touristy area but it's just 5mn walk from the metro station and line 5 is very convenient.

Great place and unfortunate that my Korean is lacking to be able to thank them properly. Would and hope to go again.

Nice staff, very clean and spacious!

Very nice staff. The staff make up for the other areas in the hotel. For the price can’t beat it. Hotel does need maintenance with new floors but then again for the price it’s understandable now with that being said it’s not like the floors are horrible and there falling apart but they do either need a deep cleaning or possible new ones. Overall 7.4/10 hotel still good.
