Hotel "looked" clean on the outside, rooms were dusty with dust build-up in every corner and dust webs along ceiling corners. The "hot tub" was just a regular bath tub with no jets in the room's washroom. Washroom is slick tile with no grips. (I slipped and hurt myself there mid shower) I noticed maybe 4 parking spots for the hotel in the front. Staff seemed friendly, but most Koreans seem friendly in business settings. Hotel was hot with no A/C going in the halls in spite of the massive heat wave going through Korea during my stay. The A/C in our room would only be active while physically in the room. The A/C in our room was also dripping water after a little bit of usage. This hotel is a rebranded love hotel that seemingly still operates as a love hotel. Many weird interactions in the elevators and hallways. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay. The only saving grace is that the hotel really is in a decent location being 5 minutes from subway stations and a nice little shopping center with some night life no less than a 10 minute walk away.

The staff were nice, but the place and cleanliness was poor. I honestly wanted to leave the first day. I was super excited about the hot tub, but I found hair and the old scrunchie near it. I told him to clean my room twice and it’s like they just moved stuff around didn’t sweep, the shower had a weird rust around it too

Wonderful helpful staff. Very large room. Comfy bed. Massive smart TV. Good location. Tons of side streets and amazing food. I would stay again.

The room was dirty. The staff was super super super nice accommodating. There was no hot tub. It was a bathtub. The water didn’t work. It was cold. It was a terrible experience because it was like nine or 10° in Korea at that time. I was excited because in the ad it says Jacuzzi look at the ad and there was no Jacuzzi. It was a bathtub in the room. Disgusting floors was like dusty dustier than dusty anyways it was not a good experience, except for the staff was super nice super super Duper nice but yeah, wrong advertisement. There should be say there’s a tub and the water didn’t work and everything was wrong.
