We have stayed here before. Very convenient location, nice amenities (gym, pool, grills) and clean apartments. A balcony overlooked someone else’s balcony so not great.

Excellent pool and amenities area. Room very clean and comfortable. Close location to downtown.

The facility was nice. Using the necessary app to access the parking facility was a frustrating nightmare, links were sent that did not open up, impossible to get a human being to help. Once that was resolved everything else was fine.

Check in was not documented clearly - person at front desk assisted after we tried 4 or 5 times - then had issue with cleanliness of room, notified front desk 3 times and finally got resolved following day. Check out was easy. Pool area most residents would go to pool at 7-8 am and leave towels on chairs but not show up to use it until after 11 or so. Happned each day we stayed - not much sitting area around pool - people were greedy and not very nice to others in pool - not very considerate either. Building management was notified but didnt do anything about it . Pool was not very clean after 3 day there, dont think it was cleaned each day.

Overall fantastic. The only issue we had was with the parking. It is very difficult to get from the hotel part to the parking part without going outside around the building and taking two elevators. Wonderful location and the property was very clean. Well maintained.

Nice facility with good gym and pool. Very walkable to Music City Center. Minor flaws such as low faucet flow and slightly seedy folks walking about, but the positives far outweigh the negatives. Especially with a very reasonable price and getting a nice apartment all to myself, with washer and dryer to boot. I recommend staying here as long as one is comfortable with the neighborhood

Great location huge room, great pool and gym!

Cons: No maid service and the pool was freezing cold as it wasn’t heated Pros: gym was great, amenities around the pool were awesome, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms had all you needed, unfortunately we didn’t have a balcony in our room but there were rooms with one, if we were to go back again I would request one.

Lovely property! But it was not clean. At first glance the room looked clean. The longer my family and I looked around we noticed the pillow cases had stains on them, and there were stains on the couch and walls..

Very clean and maintained hotel. Extremely clean room. All amenities were included with everything being in great condition. The hotel area was safe and secure.

Although the staff was both helpful and courteous and the location, pool area and amenities were good, our room was quite dirty. The floor was dirty, with dead flies, dust and hair throughout.

Perfect stay! Room was amazing, it was so clean and felt very home-like and comfortable . Easy to check in and parking was super close. We felt safe walking around outside the vicinity. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms and hallways were filthy. There was a bell pepper on the hallway floor the entire time we were there. The bathroom fan dripped onto the toilet and was covered in either dust or black mold. Front staff was very friendly. No pool towels in one room. Do not recommend

Mopping floors is a nice touch in the unit. Spilt some water and wiped it up, towel was black!

The property parking numbers were hard to read. The property itself was a little run down but in a good location. The apartment was dirty. Shower not cleaned, couch had drink spills, floors dirty and towels had stains. Probably wouldn’t stay there again if we found another place around the same price.

I had to call 4 times to get my bathtub cleaned. It had hairs from other people stuck to the tiles.

Was tired and got in the bed didnt check the sheets only to find out when I woke up and looked at them, there were stains from sex, and not washed stains either. I got new bedding, but was completely disgusted. I will never stay here again and never experienced something so utterly disgusting when staying. The bed cover had yellow stains and pillows (not the pillow cases) on it as well. I reached out to hello@sentral whatever the email is and they said they would contact me within 48 hours and never emailed me back. I sent them a second email and still no response. If I were you I would find another place to stay.

Great place to stay in downtown Nashville. Our studio was huge! We only stayed one night, so we didn’t use any of the amenities, but it was awesome having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in our unit. The parking does require a separate app, but it was very easy to use and I like that we booked a specific spot. The whole property was very clear and the staff were very friendly. We will stay here again!

Very clean and fully functional, just wished it had a queen size bed and not a double. One little thing is the water pressure in the shower that is really bad. 10 minutes walk to Broadway. We had a nice stay and would recommend!

Excellent room suite

Clean room, good amount of space in the room - like an apartment. Cool pool area and lounge. One real drawback - water pressure in shower was non-existent. A regular shower that would take me 7mins would have taken 20.

Everything great except: 1) major construction across the street Very noisy. Even w earplugs, woke me up early. 2) darker/blackout curtains would be helpful. Very bright in the apartment

Solid stay overall. Basically a high-rise apartment building short-term rental. Place was clean, and way more spacious than you’d get for the same $ at a more standard hotel. Could’ve used some more opaque curtains/shades, though. You’re right next to downtown so it’s pretty bright, basically all night, and the windows only had single sun-shade. So it never really got all that dark in the room when it was finally time to go to sleep.

The space is basically a furnished apartment style rental. Conveniently located in the downtown area with great parking (at an extra cost). The bed was comfortable and the linens were decent but one thing I found particularly annoying was the inability to control the temperature in the room. The first day it was set at 72 or 73 but by the end of the week it was up to 75 which is not comfortable for sleeping. I understand having some controls over the thermostat so guests don’t carelessly leave it running at low temperature all day and night, but in the evening it would be courteous to permit the guests to adjust the temperature. I would not stay again unless this was addressed.

This property is such a good value for the location. The property has tons of amenities, covered parking and super nice staff. The room was comfortable and quiet. I do wish there were room darkening shades in the bedroom but that’s why I travel with an eyemask. The country music hall of fame is a short walk and this property even has EV rentals on site. I’ll stay here again!

The hotel was great and the location was great as well. The only complaint I had was that we were without AC for 2 of the 3 nights that we stayed

The room itself was very spacious with a full kitchen, living room, and a large closet off the bathroom. Everything was clean and we had a nice view of Music City Center. The location was also convenient—just a short walk to Broadway. That said, there were several drawbacks. The bed was advertised as a queen but felt much smaller, more like a full, and the duvet was rough with no top sheet provided. Only two towels were in the room (fine for a short stay but not ideal), and while there was a paper towel holder and tissue box holder, neither had supplies. The shower did not drain properly, so water began pooling within a couple of minutes. We also did not have WiFi for a full day, which they sent a message and apologized for, but as this was a business trip we needed internet and had to use hotspot to get through the day. We then could not connect to our own room’s wifi, and they said to just connect to a nearby room - not safe. Check-in was also frustrating. We arrived around 9:30 p.m. and tried using the self-service kiosk, but the key cards it produced did not work. We had to go back downstairs and wait about 15 minutes for a desk assistant to make new ones. This seemed to happen to multiple guests—if the kiosk doesn’t function reliably, it shouldn’t be offered as an option. Overall, it was a clean and spacious stay with a great location, but the service and room details left a lot to be desired.

Clean apartment, pet friendly with extra fee, staff were very responsive via messaging. Although lots of units, it was quiet and peaceful.

The faculty and staff were great. The check in and check out process are terrible. Both coming and going I waited with groups of other people also struggling with getting and returning fobs. I never received my entry instructions to get into the facility and was in the parking garage for 20 minutes trying to sort it out. Just hire humans. I would not stay again despite the convenient location and solid facility/staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was ready early so they allowed us to check in early. Our room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Everything was great! We will definitely stay here again!

Room was clean, staff was friendly, had everything I needed! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to a big brand hotel in Nashville.

I was on my way to the motel after the concert and got an email that they had canceled my reservations now I am stuck with no place to stay

This was an excellent stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We shall definitely return here when in Nashville.

Contactless check-in here can be painful. They ran my credit card for incidentals the day of my arrival but my card company thought it was fraud and denied it. I approved the charge but Sentral Sobro was required to run the card again. But, the phone and email for “ contact property” did not work. Very poor communication. The listiing includes parking as an amenity, but they leave out that it will cost you an additional $35-45 per night ( and being located 3 blocks from the Nashville homeless shelter makes it unsafe to park outside the secured parking. The parking is also only available through a 3rd party app. You pay for an assigned space. But later someone was parked in our assigned space and the app lets you choose another space for free but only for about 12 hrs… if the person is still parked in your assigned space, you have to go through the temporary parking assignment for the next 12 hrs or are threatened with a penalty or vehicle tow. The 12 hr deadline to move it could be the middle of the night like it was for us. Very inconvenient for $37 per day… finally, each morning at 0630 construction equipment next door starts up and makes a lot of noise. The fire alarm also went off multiple times on our last night ( all after midnight). This required all residents of the building to evacuate outside the building and are denied use of the facility ( they probably should offer a partial refund for this). Loud speaker in each room prevent you from ignoring the alarm.

Check in was a nightmare, did not get access to my room until 2 hours after arriving on site. Staff was useless and rude, ignorant is the best way to deceive the service. Never going back

I wanted to love it here- the building and amenities themselves are great but the property company has terrible communication. We had an issue with the first night we stayed that Maitenance was literally jackhammering the tiles in the entry way right outside our door from 11pm- 2AM and there was no one at the desk but security that informed us twice he could do nothing. We used their third party texting emergency line and went back and forth all night with no solution. They didn’t move us rooms or even get a hold of a manager. They told us to wait until the morning. No one contacted us in the morning, we didn’t get a hold of the manager until 3:30pm who was quite short with us- said they had no other rooms available and we had to ask for the night to be refunded. First she says that wasn’t an option since we went through Expedia but then called us back saying she could. We still have yet to see any kind of refund on our cards so fingers crossed it actually will go through because the card on the statement wasn't one of ours. When we brought that to their attention upon check out they said it’s because it’s one of Expedia’s since we prepaid through Hotels.com? I travel for work and have never heard that before. Overall the lack of follow up and solution based responses would make me very hesitant to ever stay here again which is a shame because the rooms are great and very clean so be super careful.

The Sentral Sobro looked like a good deal but let me tell you, you get what you pay for. Poor wifi. Other guests having parties late at night and no front desk to complain to. There were other people complaining about their stay every time we came down to the lobby during our 3 days. Sad to say we don't recommend.

Called me late morning day of reservation that they overbooked and canceled my reservation. The agent did assist with my refund of parking, but driving 8 hours and now have to navigate a new place to stay for 3 nights was not great. I do recommend the Best Western Music Row, as that’s were we stayed. 10/10 there.

Very safe - all areas secure and locked w passcode - walkable to downtown Nashville and food options nearby.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The building was nice and was only about 10 minutes away from the main part of town.

Great property and location. Immediate neighborhood dirty and unsafe but you are very quickly in a great area.

The accommodations were amazing. Very centrally located. I would stay again.

The lobby staff was helpful, the room was fantastic, easy walking distance to Broadway. A few minor items - the parking situation was confusing and we had parked but then found that different spots cost different so we moved to a cheaper spot. The fifth floor trash bins smelled so bad and they are right there by the elevator so it was unpleasant getting on and off the elevator. We only had one rag. The toilet seat needed to be tightened, it was so loose!

Great experience for a 4 day Nashville trip. Sentral Sobro was the perfect place to stay, great amenities and perfect walking distance from Broadway street.

Very nice location .. quiet and clean. We walked to Ascend Amphitheater and broadway no problem. Loved our pool view.

Enjoyed the kitchen but it needs a baking sheet/pizza pan and baking dish to be able to use the oven. The mattress was not firm so would recommend an upgrade. Overall better than a hotel! Too many homeless

Overall, this place worked out well. It’s not too close, but not too far away from the chaos on Broadway. Located near other big name hotels and a 10 minute walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame

Nice clean apartment that was fresh and new. Great pool and nice lounge next door with a pool table and a large TV. The only downside is it is about a 15 minute walk to Broadway and there isn’t really much in the surrounding area, especially if you are looking for some food or drinks to stock your place.

We enjoyed our stay. Very walkable to everything, including Broadway. Nice to have the space and the kitchen.

Property was clean and quiet. Pool area was nice. Brewery was close, otherwise dining options were limited.

Property was great, safe area, clean, staff was helpful. Our neighbor had tv/music going 24 hours a day that vibrated the walls. Very convenient for attending a trade show at Music City Center, but not very close to anywhere to get groceries or supplies to stock the fridge/kitchen.

Inside the hotel was good. Clean and Safe. The area was full of the homeless, and I was a little scared to leave my apartment at night. The street was not well structured either. Usually the hotel apartment that I go have a small wellcome box, with some t-bags/ coffee/ tiny oil. But this one did not have anything. It might be a good 5$ investment for the hotel. I wish instead of the icecream shop attached to the building there was a small cafee, so we have more option to order.
