Elevators to parking were out of service so we had to walk around to get to a back entrance while I was in heels. It was awful but soooo worth it for everything else you get here. Mini bar, snack drawer, beautiful sight through huge windows, complimentary water in glass bottles (very fancy lol), a BEAUTIFUL shower and general bathroom area, a restaurant and bar downstairs, room service… the list goes on. 10/10 recommend for a splurge night.

Brand new hotel. Felt like a Four Seasons lite! Rooms simple but nice Service at the bar was awful. Slow and uninspired Spa was really small but great massages At the end didn’t feel like a true Four Seasons

Amazing stay. The room was great. They went above and beyond to tailor to kids by having a Santa mailbox with writing custom letters to Santa. Our kids loved it. Also, their specialty Christmas cocktails were fantastic. The Buffett on the weekend was incredible: fresh crab claws etc. location is amazing. Highly recommend staying here with small children.

The room and overall service we received was excellent. While the weather was amazing, it’s a little early for pool season so we weren’t terribly disappointed that the pool was undergoing maintenance. Things that could’ve been improved include: - a working steam room - a sauna in the spa - better local knowledge about dining options from the desk staff - the views and location are unparalleled, however, I was surprised by the amount of (road) noise we could hear through the windows in our room and the spa. -

A wonderful hotel for our first visit to Nashville. The pool was the perfect spot to relax and cool off. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again Four Seasons Nashville!

The property is world class and the service is unmatched. Rebecca was top notch at check-in and my server Devin at Mimo this morning rolled out the hospitality, and we had some great conversation. He’s an asset to your service team. My room was everything I expected. However, when I arrived there was a french fry on the floor under the TV, and the switches by the left hand side of the bed were malfunctioning. Additionally, there were some pills and other items in the bed frame. I would have given a lower cleanliness score but the common areas of the property were immaculate. I would still highly recommend this property and plan to stay again as I visit Nashville regularly.

The service at this hotel was incredible. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or courteous. The room was spotless as well. Not a single but of dust anywhere. Chris at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. Can’t wait to come back!

By far the best hotel in Nashville. The service is impeccable from the time you arrive at valet until you leave. Everyone greets you by your name. The rooms were large and clean the front desk staff was attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay. They cleaned our room every day. They set up our room at night. Room service was fantastic. Staff was super nice. They texted us one day when we accidentally had the do not disturb light on to confirm that we didn't want service. We were happy they did because we did want our room cleaned. You will not regret staying here. It's worth every penny

Property was beautiful, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and fully stocked. The bed was amazing, best sleep ever! The shower handle was broken and it’s very loud at night due to being next to broadway and all the bars but besides that the hotel is great!

Room was extremely small. For the nightly rate and the Four Season's name brand, we had expected a much larger accommodation and/or other additional perks such as free breakfast, coffee etc. The bathroom was excellent! Clean and large. Also liked the ambiance of the lobby and the bar. The rooftop view was also wonderful. Wish it was open a bit later in the evening.

The room was fine, but for the high price, it should have been better. The soda was basic and uncomfortable. No lounge chair for the second guest since the sofa was basically for one.

Stayed two nights while visiting Nashville to get my daughter situated at college. I was a bit nervous about some of the reviews that referenced the noise, however noise was not an issue. My room was on the 7th floor. Directly outside my room was the pool and pool bar. During both the day and night the noise level was minimal. Service stops at 10pm, so noise while sleeping was not an issue at all. The Superior King room was incredibly cozy and elegant. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The on site restaurant was also delicious. One minor downside was the pool service. I noticed a few people were left waiting nearly 30 minutes for 2 drinks. I had to wait 20 minutes for water. I’m not sure if that is reflective of standard service since I was only at the pool one day.

Location is great. The only downside was that the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with the quantity of guests that were there for the many events. Compared to other four seasons experiences, this one was at the bottom. I would return and stay there again though.

The property itself is excellent. Service is great, as is typical for four seasons. However, the music from the area surrounding the hotel could be heard until 3 AM. definitely not a place you want to be if you want quiet.

The service at the restaurant was fair at best several times when we had drinks and other time for a meal. The room was nice but the lighting in the room was terrible. Very hard to read at night.
