This hotel is just okay and I wish we had skipped it. The bed is so loud is kept us up all night. We turned the frame for the property and saw that it looks like they have never turned the frames or mattresses. They had me sign a waiver of liability about my food allergy as they make no accommodations for them. The fruit they served us was old and looked unappetizing. Contrary to other reviews, the eggs came hot and did actually taste good. I asked repeatedly for any romance options as many hotels helped with this and was told to check the website (they are not listed on the website). Our TV was broken. Nobody was at reception at 9PM even though 24/7 concierge was listed and they never replaced water “unless asked,” but how are you supposed to ask when they close? Also the patios are open to anybody in the public who wishes to enter. We had a strange man at our door first thing in the morning who did not work for the hotel at all. Overall, this is not a nice hotel that is pretending to be one and charges prices as much as nicer hotels anyways, so just go stay at a nice hotel instead.

Spectacular roof top view center of the Caldera. Staff was amazing and loved that breakfast was included. Be prepared for lots of steps up and down. Large spacious bathroom and small bedroom. We did use the hottub but the water was more room temp, no way to increase the temp. Off season has limited restaurants and shops, but if you are looking for hiking and relaxing in the off sesson a definite good choice!

The staff is very welcoming, friendly, helpful and courteous. The view from our patio was absolutely beautiful! Breakfast is brought to you each morning at your chosen time. The room was very clean- a bit small- but nice for our two night visit. This is in a very quiet private area. It is a 4 minute walk to the nearest bus station.
