Older property in downtown middlesboro. Exterior dated but interior completely redone and refurnished with modern furnishings and full sized appliances. Very comfortable bed. Quiet too. Ideal for extended stays. The pool is outside large and clean. Crystal blue water complete with patio furniture There is a very good mexican restaurant with liquor on site

Over all dirty area of town. Room was clean and had a kitchenette. Pool was a little dirty at the bottom. Staff were friendly and helpful.

From the look of the lobby, I was definitely skeptical, but the room was recently updated. I didn’t get into the pool, but it looked nice and clean.

The newly renovated very clean room was comfortable and clean. All staff were very friendly and we had no issues with our stay. Would stay again when in this area!

For the price, this was a nice place to stay for 1 night in southeastern Kentucky. My room was spacious, clean, and I liked the breakfast buffet. It isn't the Ritz, but for a 1 night stopover, it worked great! The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly too.

It was a nice stay. The cleaning people came the day before I left, which was fine. They did a terrible job at cleaning. My key card had to be reprogrammed once a day, so that was frustrating (I stayed for a week). Overall it wasn’t awful, just minor inconvenience.

We were there for a graduation ceremony. Plumbing in the tiny bathroom was horrible, toilet gurgled day and night, sometimes it would flush normally, other times not. When you needed the flush most, it would back up almost running over! The first morning there, the tub backed up 3/4 of the way back, with not only water, but black sludge, too! It finally went down before we left for graduation, but we had to wash down with cups of water and fortunately had Lysol wipes with us, no time to call for help! There was no hair dryer in the room, had to call for that, but they promptly brought one. I’ve never stayed in a room with a full kitchenette that had absolutely NO cutlery, pots/pans, dishes, etc!!! I sure as hell wasn’t going out to buy any for my stay, but would’ve been nice to have in room! The water in shower never got above lukewarm. As small as bathroom was(with sink outside door), it would’ve been nice for toilet to have had a lid to pull down and set some toiletries on and to pull down when it was constantly getting stopped up! The base of the floor lamp was totally rusted as was the handle on the nightstand! Weatherstripping around door was missing. The staff there were very nice and the close proximity to the Lincoln Memorial University was convenient for our family member’s graduation, that’s probably the two good things I can say!,

Nice place. Bed comfortable, relatively clean...some attention to detail when sweeping floor would be needed. Found a couple dead bugs on floor. Didnt have hot water but didnt say anything was too tired. Overall not bad. Cute little town

This property is no-frills, but one of the CLEANEST places we have ever stayed. While it has a small kitchenette, there are no cooking utensils, mugs, silverware, etc. If someone wants to make use of these facilities, they must bring their own cooking equipment. The staff is very nice and helpful. All we required was a clean, safe place to sleep, and this fit what we wanted.

Each and everyone,(barr none) were so thoughtful and anxious to please. I stayed two(2) extra days. The property was very nice and well maintained. If you have to be in Middlesboro, you must stay here.

Like another reviewer, I am not fond of motels with doors to the outside. However, she gave a good review so I decided to rent here. The room was very nice. Everything in it was fairly new and clean and no carpet. Love hard floors. Bathroom was very sparkling. Nice little kitchenette, although we didn’t use it. Breakfast was minimal, but yogurt, fruit, pastries and coffee got us going for the morning. Would stay here again.
