I stayed at Salinda for 10 days. This was my second stay at Salinda. My overall stay was wonderful! The resort connects with a nice beach. Palm trees galore near the beach and the grounds. The pool is massive and beautiful and great for swimmers like me. It’s salted. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. There’s entertainment and a bar next to the pool. On occasion, a beach barbecue is held. I think twice a week, which is not included in your stay. The staff and service are top notch. Staff are hardworking, polite, and attentive. I didn’t see an exception anywhere. The breakfast buffet was great. It was tasty and there were numerous options. Champagne, several types of coffee, and various types of milk and juice were available too. There’s an indoor bar with entertainment as well. The resort has a children’s care center, an evening restaurant, a nice small gym, pool table, massage services, and other amenities. My room was clean, comfortable, and in working order. My bed was clean and comfortable as well. A nice little balcony with a small table and chairs complement the room. Dollars can be exchanged for dongs at the front desk. And there’s an ATM just across the street. Nice and reasonable priced restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk from the resort. I recommend “Linda” and “May” restaurants. I will definitely plan on staying at Salinda the next time I fly to Phu Quoc.

We had a fantastic stay at the Salinda resort. The service was top notch (special mentions to Khoi who greeted us daily at the beachside bar who was always so attentive and provided excellent service. Also the lady Kieu who was so warm and welcoming every morning at the breakfast buffet). We truly enjoyed the food, the salt water pool, the facilities and the kids had a fabulous time at the Kid's club. We highly recommend this resort and would love to return again.

Fantastisk vistelse! Rekommenderar alla att åka hit. Så rent. Så bra service. Bubbel på frukosten. Städar två gånger om dagen. Behjälpliga med alla saker du kan tänka dig. Ligger bra. Finns gott om andra resturanger i närheten om man inte vill äta på hotellets tre olika restauranger. Gymmet är stort. Finns alltid plats vid poolen och stranden. Stranden är väldigt välskött även om vattnet är ganska skitigt i sig men det är inte hotellets fel. Så på hela den sidan.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits au Salinda en novembre dernier et nous avons eu une expérience incroyable. Un employé est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport, moins de 10min de route jusqu’à l’hôtel. Une boisson d’accueil nous a été offerte à notre arrivée ainsi que des petites bouchées dans notre chambre. L’hôtel est d’une propreté exceptionnelle. Le personnel autant à la réception, qu’au restaurant ainsi qu’à la plage et la piscine sont très courtois et gentils. On nous appelait rapidement un taxi en soirée lorsque l’on voulait sortir. Environ 20min pour se rendre au Phu quoc night market (60min de marche) et 5 min pour se rendre en ville aux restaurants les plus proches. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, buffet grandiose et choix de spécialités vietnamiennes et européennes avec vin mousseux et cafés de toute sorte. Yoga matinal offert quelques matins par semaine de 7@8h dans le jardin, très agréable. Kayaks et paddle boards sont également à notre disposition à la plage. La piscine est très grande avec transats et parasols offerts en grande quantité. La plage plus petite mais de taille très adéquate. C’était ce dont nous avions peur en regardant les hostos avant notre arrivée, la taille de la plage, mais elle est super bien en fin de compte. Nous pouvions marcher de bonnes distances de part et d’autres de l’hôtel Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel, nous avons adoré et si nous avons la chance de retourner à Phu Quoc éventuellement nous y retournerons assurément.

Fantastic hotel!! We were very well received by the staff, very polite and helpful. Very clean hotel, delicious breakfast with many options. Some restaurants within the resort, with Italian, Indian and Viatnamite food. Very close to the airport. In short, we are very satisfied with everything!!

We had a 4-night stay and we loved every minute. Impeccable service, spotless and a truly beautiful setting. A slick airport transfer, to a well-staffed concierge and reception to friendly and efficient staff at breakfast, around the pool and in the restaurants. The private section of the beach is really special, sand is white, the water in clear and you get impressive sunsets. We had fun taking a canoe out to sea if that's your thing. Great cocktails. We really rated both the Indian and Italian restaurants in the resort if you fancied a change from Vietnamese food (as good as it is!) at any point. We had amazing massages in the spa, a really professional and relaxing experience from start to finish. And the hotel recommended a great speedboat/snorkelling day trip that we really enjoyed. Would 100% go back!

Perfectly located in the middle of it all. Go north and you can safari. Go south and you can go to the water park. Use grab taxi to make sure you are getting the right costs. The hotel is fantastic, endless breakfast Buffett. The room service is exceptional, with all The good food offerings of local And western food types. The big control is very good, this area being as hot and humid all year round has tropical byproducts, and there are very little mosquitos to deal with. The pool is a salt water pool, it is very clean. The restaurants are very large and accommodate a lot of people. The walking area is vast with a very neat park system. They have bicycles that are free to use for guests from 7am to 5pm and it helps see the area much easier, however , the more you travel via grab taxi around the island you realize that there is so much brand new construction and empty land not being utilized yet. The southern part of the island where the 8 km cable car and waterpark is located is going to be phenomenal once they are done building it.

Salinda resort is the resort that makes you feel personally welcome when you arrive, as well as during your visit. Staff often remembers your name and chats with you in a nice and pleasant way. Great check-in. Our villa was clean, quiet, large. Everything we expected. Also receiving some nice surprises during the stay. The breakfast buffet was way above expectation and one of the best asian 5 star resort buffets we've had. Fantastic selection of great quality. Very nice egg station (omelettes etc.), fresh fruit etc. The bread could be a bit more varied (some more dark bread). Exceptional service during breakfast as well. Pool area is nice, as well as the stretch of beach. Rather close to town as well, so easy to walk in for bars and restaurants. Spa treatment was also good at the resort. The gym is in need of a slight touch-up, but works. Overall we were very happy with our stay and were sad to leave.

Very Nice property, clean and well maintained. Great infinity pool and sea views. Well situated Central phu Quoc in Duong Dong, which allows you to get to both the North and South of the islands in a reasonable time. Staff was all super friendly and supportive. Multiple restaurants to choose from in the resort and great live band in the bar nightly. Also convenient to walk out to other restaurants near by. Use Grab for transport. Very fast and cheap. We would stay here again.

It was very quiet and I was immersed in an extraordinary world. I want to come back. I can't remember the last time I was able to spend so much time on breakfast. A blissful time listening to the sound of the waves and the piano. A perfect start to the day. In the evening, I relaxed while watching a beautiful sunset. I spent a lot of luxurious time. The hotel's service was also attentive all day long, no matter where I was. However, it was a shame that there were cigarette butts on the beach. We loved our stay so much that we extended another reservation for two additional stays. Very beautiful resort and exceptional in everything they do here at the resort. Very, very clean property from the beach, pool, gym, room, hallways, walkways, etc. Food is really good with fresh ingredients. Couldn't be more happier with the service. We'll be back! Thank you for taking good care of our stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Salinda! The resort is beautiful and we enjoyed the overall layout of the resort. The pool area is wonderful and relaxing. We didn’t get a chance to swim in the ocean due to rough sea but the beach area was clean and the sand soft. There were pool chairs for everyone and very attentive pool staff. The breakfast each morning was a buffet feast! So many options and wonderfully laid out! We ate at the Italian restaurant on site and it was so good!! Our server was amazing! Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. The resort transportation was quick and efficient. We highly recommend the Salinda and hope to return one day soon.

The room was clean and tidy, but the flooring looked old and had stain marks. The handheld shower was not working properly. If you are a solo traveller, the staff are generally not attentive, especially at the breakfast restaurant. The gym equipment was also not clean.

The Salinda is an outstanding hotel, from the cleanliness, staff and service. The hotel grounds are immaculate. Breakfast is plentiful, the best we’d had in Vietnam. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Hotel staff is excellent. Breakfast is good and has many choices but if you stayed 6 days as I did then you will be tired of the similar food every day. Premium view room is not much of the premium view. The balcony has 2/3 of the wood bar which block most of the sea view. Restaurants have limit choices and not much of the taste. This hotel is NOT an VIP hotel so I did not receive any VIP access benefits. Expedia needs to stop labeling this hotel as the VIP access hotel because I was confirmed by the hotel employee that it is not. Overall, if I come back to Phu Quoc, I would stay here again but would not stays long and would not choose the premium view room (more expensive than the regular sea view.

Well designed hotel. Bed headboard creaks a bit. Lol. Room door is solid and has no soft close feature so it can slam hard and loud during the night if someone allows the door to close on its own. Otherwise, great property and amazing customer service!! Would stay again!

The room was clean and tidy, but the flooring looked old and had stain marks. The handheld shower was not working properly. If you are a solo traveller, the staff are generally not attentive, especially at the breakfast restaurant. The gym equipment was also not clean.

Lovely hotel set in lush gardens with an excellent pool overlooking the beach. Service at the pool is first class. The breakfast buffet is superb. However the hotel’s Internet is very variable, the ageing flat screen TV is barely watchable due to appalling reception and some elements in our room were faulty such as lighting and the USB port didn’t work. A sea view with a balcony is a must!

Salinda resort is the resort that makes you feel personally welcome when you arrive, as well as during your visit. Staff often remembers your name and chats with you in a nice and pleasant way. Great check-in. Our villa was clean, quiet, large. Everything we expected. Also receiving some nice surprises during the stay. The breakfast buffet was way above expectation and one of the best asian 5 star resort buffets we've had. Fantastic selection of great quality. Very nice egg station (omelettes etc.), fresh fruit etc. The bread could be a bit more varied (some more dark bread). Exceptional service during breakfast as well. Pool area is nice, as well as the stretch of beach. Rather close to town as well, so easy to walk in for bars and restaurants. Spa treatment was also good at the resort. The gym is in need of a slight touch-up, but works. Overall we were very happy with our stay and were sad to leave.

Lovely resort with friendly staff and a great buffet breakfast. Right on the beach and close to other eating places and shops. Rooms were large, clean and glass water bottles were refilled daily. Turndown service included a small gift each evening which was nice. Live music downstairs and an activity to do each day as well as a games area. Restaurants looked nice but were a bit too expensive for us.

There were a few teething problems at the start of this stay. The Salinda pickup at the airport wasn’t ideal as I was waiting over 20 mins for other guests to arrive, after a long flight I just wanted to get there! So in the end I got a Grab and made myself to the resort. Not a great start. The welcome when I arrived was OK, free juices and a cold towel. The room was beautiful and the premium sea view room certainly lived up to the name. Housekeeping staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet is nice, a little more variety would be good. The staff at breakfast were efficient and professional. Although the uniforms that the women wore were something out of the handmaids tale, and they all wore crocs!! Someone needs to rethink this! The hotel itself is showing signs of aging and could do with a refresh. Carpets stained and frayed, not exactly 5 star. The cyan pool beach bar - the food was not good nor was it Vietnamese in anyway. Which was disappointing. The pool is large and salt water is great, however there was no real service to get a drink, there is a flag to raise when you want service but no one comes. On several occasions I had to go to the bar to order and the wait staff were just standing around talking ignoring the guests. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but not a 5 star resort in my opinion.

Great hotel with really nice facilities. The private beach was also really good. However, I did not like that the staff kept asking me if I stayed at the hotel and then what my room number was every time i asked for directions or wanted to use the canoe. That ruined some of the experience for me. I would not expect this from a 5 star hotel.

スタッフの方が親切でした。チェックアウト後もプールサイドにバスタオルが設置されていたり、更衣室があったり楽しめました。 ただ、行きの無料シャトルバスが乗り合いのため、1時間ほど空港で待機があったのは少し残念でした。無料なので仕方ないですが。 トータルとしては、素晴らしかったです。

Room service are 1 star, staff didn’t speak English. We had to order dinner in reception. Manager saved us and we got our dinner to our room. Manager did a great job and service 5 stars.🎊

This is a small elegant hotel 10 minutes away from the airport. There is a beautiful and large infinity pool overlooking the private beach, from where you can watch stunning sunsets. You can also walk around a lovely luscious garden .the location is perfect for tours going to the north or south of the island. Breakfast was amazing, staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic hotel!! We were very well received by the staff, very polite and helpful. Very clean hotel, delicious breakfast with many options. Some restaurants within the resort, with Italian, Indian and Viatnamite food. Very close to the airport. In short, we are very satisfied with everything!!

Perfectly located in the middle of it all. Go north and you can safari. Go south and you can go to the water park. Use grab taxi to make sure you are getting the right costs. The hotel is fantastic, endless breakfast Buffett. The room service is exceptional, with all The good food offerings of local And western food types. The big control is very good, this area being as hot and humid all year round has tropical byproducts, and there are very little mosquitos to deal with. The pool is a salt water pool, it is very clean. The restaurants are very large and accommodate a lot of people. The walking area is vast with a very neat park system. They have bicycles that are free to use for guests from 7am to 5pm and it helps see the area much easier, however , the more you travel via grab taxi around the island you realize that there is so much brand new construction and empty land not being utilized yet. The southern part of the island where the 8 km cable car and waterpark is located is going to be phenomenal once they are done building it.

Very Nice property, clean and well maintained. Great infinity pool and sea views. Well situated Central phu Quoc in Duong Dong, which allows you to get to both the North and South of the islands in a reasonable time. Staff was all super friendly and supportive. Multiple restaurants to choose from in the resort and great live band in the bar nightly. Also convenient to walk out to other restaurants near by. Use Grab for transport. Very fast and cheap. We would stay here again.

Salinda was by far the best resort I have been to! Their customer service goes above and beyond! Our room was serviced regularly, and they refilled glass water bottles as part of their sustainability program. Their breakfast buffet (with sparkling wine) was fresh, offered a great variety, and the chef can make special dishes if you have allergies. The salt water pool was refreshing and the service at pool was great! Loved this place!

Fantastisk vistelse! Rekommenderar alla att åka hit. Så rent. Så bra service. Bubbel på frukosten. Städar två gånger om dagen. Behjälpliga med alla saker du kan tänka dig. Ligger bra. Finns gott om andra resturanger i närheten om man inte vill äta på hotellets tre olika restauranger. Gymmet är stort. Finns alltid plats vid poolen och stranden. Stranden är väldigt välskött även om vattnet är ganska skitigt i sig men det är inte hotellets fel. Så på hela den sidan.

Finns gott om andra resturanger i närheten om man inte vill äta på hotellets tre olika restauranger. Gymmet är stort. Finns alltid plats vid poolen och stranden. Stranden är väldigt välskött även om vattnet är ganska skitigt i sig men det är inte hotellets fel. Så på hela den sidan.

Faultless. Everything about the hotel, staff, food, massage is perfect. The best food that have had in a hotel by a long way. The seafood is amazing the Indian restaurant and Vietnamese restaurant are of the highest quality. Would highly recommend and will certainly be returning as soon as possible.

Fantastic hotel!! We were very well received by the staff, very polite and helpful. Very clean hotel, delicious breakfast with many options. Some restaurants within the resort, with Italian, Indian and Viatnamite food. Very close to the airport. In short, we are very satisfied with everything!!

Fantastisch hotel! Ontzettend ruim opgezet hotel: vee groen, groot zwembad en eigen strand. De kamers zijn erg ruim en schoon. Fijn om apart bad en douche te hebben. Prachtige verrassing bij aankomst ivm honeymoon: een heerlijke taart. Gratis shuttle vanaf de luchthaven wordt goed geregeld. Ontbijt is fantastisch: heerlijke bubbels, eitjes die je kunt bestellen en ruim buffet keuze. Service rondom het zwembad is ook erg goed! Prijzen in de restaurants zijn wat te hoog, dat maakt je voorzichtig met bestellen. Voor avondeten zijn er prima restaurants op loopafstand die minimaal de helft goedkoper zijn. Tip! Ga ook eens een avondje naar het casino van Phu Quoc. Een beleving op zich.

Salinda resort is the resort that makes you feel personally welcome when you arrive, as well as during your visit. Staff often remembers your name and chats with you in a nice and pleasant way. Great check-in. Our villa was clean, quiet, large. Everything we expected. Also receiving some nice surprises during the stay. The breakfast buffet was way above expectation and one of the best asian 5 star resort buffets we've had. Fantastic selection of great quality. Very nice egg station (omelettes etc.), fresh fruit etc. The bread could be a bit more varied (some more dark bread). Exceptional service during breakfast as well. Pool area is nice, as well as the stretch of beach. Rather close to town as well, so easy to walk in for bars and restaurants. Spa treatment was also good at the resort. The gym is in need of a slight touch-up, but works. Overall we were very happy with our stay and were sad to leave.

Lovely resort with friendly staff and a great buffet breakfast. Right on the beach and close to other eating places and shops. Rooms were large, clean and glass water bottles were refilled daily. Turndown service included a small gift each evening which was nice. Live music downstairs and an activity to do each day as well as a games area. Restaurants looked nice but were a bit too expensive for us.
