realy nice hotel, very good location you can walk to any spot of interest. very friendly staff at reception and hamam/spa. had hammam package for couple - great experience, highly recommend.

The Riad it self is nice and nice location But could be better 2 bottles of water were given for entire 4 nights Roof restaurant needs a major upgrade nothing like the pictures shared Pool is only there for decoration We speak French ( our first language) and felt like they couldn’t understand at times Hassan made our stay memorable thank you for your service and help We were happy to try it but happy to finish our vacation in a hotel

Storybook splendid room and courtyard, safe and convenient few blocks from medina. Lovely rooftop lounge and diningroom. We were there still in covid slowdown, so the límited staff did it's best to operate a dining room alongside everything else. Gracious and positive.

Got in late around 11pm. Friendly check in, but room was terrible. AC didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work, bed rock hard. So terrible I left early and Hotels.com did nothing about it. I request a 50% refund and heard nothing from them or hotel. I’m questioning if I should continue to use this site. Every time I’ve had an issue they do nothing

This place is a magical palace. I feel like I left family behind. Everyone was so kind in a genuine way. Simo, one of the managers, is now our adopted brother. HAHA. While there I texted pics to friends who say they want to go to Marrakesh. This place is a perfect location, right outside souk main doors so the taxi can drop you right at front. Food is ABUNDANT and delicious. I'm very particular when it comes to mattresses, and theirs did not disappoint. Staff cleaned our room daily. I'll leave out details so you will see the other surprises yourself. A big hug to my Moroccan family! Ciao!

The staff was fantastic! No matter if we were at front desk, in the restaurant or just having drinks. Everyone was welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was well appointed and clean. Not to mention beautiful. In a central location, it is easily walkable to all the major sights. BTW the food in the restaurant is top notch.

Great location. Walking distance to the Medina. Easy for cabs to get to. Staff was very accommodating. Our room was on the first floor, you could hear everything and anyone in the middle could hear our conversations. There were throw carpets in our room, shag ones, hard to clean…hmmm The bar on the rooftop was lovely and served alcohol, which we enjoyed. Bar service was exceptional. Beautiful Riad, we would stay here again.

Riad Wow was a great stay if youre interested in being near the Medina and having a more “Moroccan experience “. Staff is awesome… Mohammad and Fatima were very helpful and generous. I would stay here again. A few things to note (didn’t bother us): No shower head. Shower is handheld. Near a busy area so there is some street noise Plus: Clean, comfortable beds Towels were clean and large. Nice restaurant/terrace Plenty of hot water (never ran out) Aesthetically pleasing

Beau Riad localement bien placé et avec un personnel bienveillant et chalereux. Seul HIC aucune insonorisation de la chambre quand ce n'est pas des enfants (de clents français) jouant a cache-cache dans les allés et le patio du riad a 7h30 du matin cela dérange fortement, malgré les remarques aux parents. Et quand le club d'en face fait tous les soirs soirées jusqu'à minuit passé cela pose un gros problème.

Good location not too far from the old town. Easy to find as it is on a main roadside. Paid for a family suite, enough space for a family of four. Room is a bit old with a super big bath tub, which took forever to fill in (i eventually gave up). Breakfast was excellent but not free. it was paid by my 'Hotel Gold Member' voucher. Two minor complaints - rose petals all over the place, on beds, bathroom, tables etc, not really necessary. No free parking - i ended up paying about 5 euros for an overnight stay.

Service is beyond excellent but the rooms were not great. Bathroom shower was so small & it didn’t have a curtain, so you had to be very careful not to let the water out and make mess. Rose petals everywhere, really no need for that.

Road molto carino, pulito ed incantevole.poche camere che garantiscono un certo silenzio e danno un senso di pace.camere non molto grandi (sono suites ma non pensate di trovare la suite dell’hotel europeo con salottino annesso, è una camera spaziosa ma nulla di più ).Accoglienza in stile un po’ freddo, il personale non parla molto bene l’inglese , quindi se non sapete il francese è un po’ difficoltosa la comunicazione.colazione buona e abbastanza variegata.terrazza molto gradevole dove si può degustare un cocktail la sera o cenare. La posizione del Riad è comodissima xche è a due passi da piazza el fena e vicina al cambio valuta che non applica commissioni.da provare il trattamento alla spa, piccola ma con massaggio super rilassante .un consiglio x i visitatori di Marrakech:il più delle volte le attrazioni non accettano carte di credito , quindi purtroppo se non avete contanti non riuscirete a vedere molto. Lo scrivo perché nelle guide questo non è mai specificato e quindi rischiate di non aver accesso alle principali attrazioni.

Fantastic stay at Riad Wow during our trip to Marrakesh last week. The front-desk was amazing and gave us tons of recommendations for restaurants and shopping. Communication was top-notch and airport pickup was all taken care of ahead of time by the fabulous staff. They even got us dinner reservations even though we arrived late in the evening. The only thing to keep in mind is the restaurant across the street (Safran) that plays loud music until almost midnight. It was a little hard to fall asleep with the thumping music. Other than that, a great experience.

We had an AMAZING stay at Riad Wow! We booked the family suite which was more than enough room for the 4 of us. The room was beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. We loved how walkable the Riad was too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at the Riad Wow. Front of house were extremely helpful and always available to assist with any questions. The rooftop restaurant team were fantastic - friendly attentive, and they went out of their way to provide gluten-free alternatives for breakfast, which was greatly appreciated. The only downside was that the safe in our room didn't work, but the maintenance team were quick to respond and tried to resolve the issue as soon as we notified them. Overall, it was a great experience in an ideal location, and we would happily stay again!

We had 3 friends come into our room at 9am to change before we left for the day and the staff yelled at us for having people in the room and called our room repeatedly reprimanding us that they had to leave immediately. We were quiet and not in the room for more than 20 minutes. There are better riads with nicer staff and breakfast included

Honestly don’t waste your money. They didn’t even bring me bottled water daily. Nothing is included. For the same price you can get a nice riad with breakfast included. The location is great however very convenient, close to everything. The staff were also not accommodating whatsoever to requests and they did not give me the suite I booked.

Fantastic stay at Riad Wow during our trip to Marrakesh last week. The front-desk was amazing and gave us tons of recommendations for restaurants and shopping. Communication was top-notch and airport pickup was all taken care of ahead of time by the fabulous staff. They even got us dinner reservations even though we arrived late in the evening. The only thing to keep in mind is the restaurant across the street (Safran) that plays loud music until almost midnight. It was a little hard to fall asleep with the thumping music. Other than that, a great experience.

This place is a magical palace. I feel like I left family behind. Everyone was so kind in a genuine way. Simo, one of the managers, is now our adopted brother. HAHA. While there I texted pics to friends who say they want to go to Marrakesh. This place is a perfect location, right outside souk main doors so the taxi can drop you right at front. Food is ABUNDANT and delicious. I'm very particular when it comes to mattresses, and theirs did not disappoint. Staff cleaned our room daily. I'll leave out details so you will see the other surprises yourself. A big hug to my Moroccan family! Ciao!

This was our first stay in Marrakech and it was delightful. The decor is fun, the staff were all attentive and easygoing, the food and rooftop were peaceful and enjoyable. The location was easily walkable to most things in the old city and the best place to exchange money was just around the corner. The airport transfer was seamless and worth the extra money!

Great location. Walking distance to the Medina. Easy for cabs to get to. Staff was very accommodating. Our room was on the first floor, you could hear everything and anyone in the middle could hear our conversations. There were throw carpets in our room, shag ones, hard to clean…hmmm The bar on the rooftop was lovely and served alcohol, which we enjoyed. Bar service was exceptional. Beautiful Riad, we would stay here again.

Accueil avec gentillesse et conseils tout au long du séjour ( merci à Mohamed) Chambre donnant sur un patio intérieur au 1er étage meublé typiquement local avec une salle de bains avec beaucoup de charme. Partie communes également avec beaucoup de charme et conforme aux photos. Situé à 5 mn à pieds de la place Jemaa El Fna et 15 mn de l’aéroport ,taxi pour 120 Mad déposant devant le riad. Petit déjeuner pris sur la terrasse avec produits locaux correct. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et avons dîné le dernier soir au riad ,cuisine savoureuse avec une épaule d’agneau gargantuesque (450 Mad pour 2) un très bon souvenir (merci à Hassan).

Good location not too far from the old town. Easy to find as it is on a main roadside. Paid for a family suite, enough space for a family of four. Room is a bit old with a super big bath tub, which took forever to fill in (i eventually gave up). Breakfast was excellent but not free. it was paid by my 'Hotel Gold Member' voucher. Two minor complaints - rose petals all over the place, on beds, bathroom, tables etc, not really necessary. No free parking - i ended up paying about 5 euros for an overnight stay.

We stayed in a ground-level room, which was nicely decorated with a lovely bathroom, but it lacked natural light, making the space feel claustrophobic. There was nowhere to sit except on the rooftop, which, while pleasant, was let down by the food. We were served stale, cold crêpes and the worst chicken tagine I’ve ever had. Breakfast service was also poor. Overall, I would not recommend this riad.
