Looks like some buildings are new build. Everything looked super clean in the room. Dinner was great and they even have a bar. Gorgeous mountain views and we loved walking around the area in the morning

Convenient location and friendly staff - responsive after hours as well. Room is basic but has lots of storage space. Main entrance to the rooms is under construction and not accessible. Was not bothered by the construction when in our room though.

Great location - easy to park, and room was very comfortable. Overall a great spot to stay. Free breakfast had a lot of options (including for my wife who is dairy + gluten free) Did not eat dinner in the restaurant (though looked good) as explored the local town which had lots of tasty options as well.

Property is beautiful. The facility is nice, modern, and quiet. The shower randomly started dripping in the middle of the night and there was no shower door, which was odd. The breakfast was scant and pretty crummy overall. I could tell other guests were also disappointed. Given that this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, at least 45 minutes from anything but a gas station, I would expect them to make the food a priority. You can get calories, but you won't like them. The thing that was surprising is that they have a proper restaurant in the evenings. So they could make a great breakfast if they wanted to. They just didn't want to.

I felt less ripped off when I got pick-pocked it Rome than I did staying at Adventure Hotel. At least the pick-pockets only got less than a hundred books Adventure Hotel ripped me off of a lot more than that for a room the size of a jail cell, now that is a real crime. Not only was the room small as a prison cell, it was decorated about the same as a prison--no desk, one small chair, just two small pictures for decor. There were cracks and holes in the wall. The paint was damaged in numerous places. Half the baseboard was missing with loose wires hanging from the (insufficient) electrical outlets. The tub had been damaged and shoddy repaired with duct tape. I own my own airBNB. When I wanted to raise my rent, I put in nice flooring, granite countertops, beautiful furniture and decor and made it worth the higher rent. Adventure Hotel should be ashamed of themselves for charging what they charge per night for this dump. I stayed the next night in a one bedroom apartment, also on the south ring road side of Iceland, complete with full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom and bath for about a third of what I paid at Adventure Hotel. There are WAY better options than Adventure Hotel.

Sehr schöne kleine Hütten, welche modern und einfach eingerichtet sind. Fußbodenheizung im Bad war bei den kalten Temperaturen klasse. Leider war der Abfluss der Dusche etwas verstopft, weshalb man das Wasser in der Dusche nicht mit einem hohem Druck nutzen konnte. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal war freundlich. In der Nähe gibt es einen schönen Wanderweg zum See Systravatn. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Sehr freundlich vor Ort beim Check-In empfangen (obwohl die Gruppe vor mir beim Check-In etwas nervig war). Das Zimmer war schön und gut eingerichtet. Leider ist das Gebäude etwas ungünstig in Bezug auf Schall konstruiert (Holzkonstruktion, wenn im Nebenraum oder auf dem Flur jemand läuft, überträgt es sich über die Bodenbalken; Türschloss kann man nicht leide bedienen und es klackt laut - man hört jeden, der in den Räumen im Flur auf/ zuschließt, und die Türe ist nicht wirklich schalldicht. Hört sich alles negativ an, doch nachts waren alle im Bett und es war in dieser Zeit ruhig! Das Frühstück war aufgrund Corona in Timeslots, man gab diesen beim Checkin an. Funktionierte problemlos. Das Buffet hatte nicht die größte Auswahl, doch es war alles ok und es wurde ständig nachgefüllt. Checkput wie Checkin - freundlich. Resümee: hellhörigkeit vielleicht ein Thema, aber Lage und Zimmer echt gut. Sollte ich nochmals nach Island kommen (dann im Sommer ! ;) ), mindestens 1 Nacht dort.

Scarsa comunicazione riguardo il ceck in ,( io avevvo avvertiti che saremmo arrivati verso le 22:00 e siamo arrivati alle 22:25 causa problema a trovare un ristorante per cenare ci hanno lasciato fuori senza comunicarci il codice per entrare nella camera , il personale dopo averlo chiamato 2 volte ci ha detto che aveva inviato i codici di accesso prima alla mia email e dopo nell'app di Expedia ( cosa non vera ) ci ha aperto la porta in quanto lui si trovava dentro la struttura guardando la televisione ( i codici li ha poi inviati successivamente alle 00:45 immagino per non avere problemi per il suo poco professionale operato ). Scrivo perchè è una cosa molto grave in quanto potevamo rimanere fuori senza una camera dove dormire il posto si trova in una campagna senza niente intorno immagina rimanere fuori con il freddo e se capita anche la neve

Beautiful scenery around the hotel. Waterfall short distance behind the hotel. Rooms clean and good size. Restaurant served great food. Very quiet. Walls are a little on the thin side so you can hear the neighbours but after 10 pm very quiet. Would defently stay there again.

Property is beautiful. The facility is nice, modern, and quiet. The shower randomly started dripping in the middle of the night and there was no shower door, which was odd. The breakfast was scant and pretty crummy overall. I could tell other guests were also disappointed. Given that this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, at least 45 minutes from anything but a gas station, I would expect them to make the food a priority. You can get calories, but you won't like them. The thing that was surprising is that they have a proper restaurant in the evenings. So they could make a great breakfast if they wanted to. They just didn't want to.

Looks like some buildings are new build. Everything looked super clean in the room. Dinner was great and they even have a bar. Gorgeous mountain views and we loved walking around the area in the morning

Great location - easy to park, and room was very comfortable. Overall a great spot to stay. Free breakfast had a lot of options (including for my wife who is dairy + gluten free) Did not eat dinner in the restaurant (though looked good) as explored the local town which had lots of tasty options as well.

The place was perfect. I was also very surprised at the dining. I assumed that it would be nothing special but the meal was something you'd fin d in a nice restaurant. Breakfast was great and had a nice variety. I would definitely recommend this place.

We were not expecting much and this hotel did not disappoint. Location was good, views were marvelous, but rooms were small. Dining was limited. Breakfast was an okay continental breakfast. Nothing spectacular. Acceptable but nothing to wow you.

We enjoyed our one night stay. Our room faced towards the countryside and we had a lot of fun watching the sheep outside our room. The room was nicely equipped w a small fridge and kettle. The blackout blinds weren’t the best so consider a sleep mask but it wasn’t a big deal.
