My first night was interrupted because someone set the room alarm clock to go off at 3a.m. (Not us, we use our phone alarms) My second night was interrupted because someone in another room decided to smoke weed at 2a.m. which triggered the hotel fire alarm and by time we threw on clothes to exit the hotel they said it was "someone smoking" you can go back to your rooms. On our way out they confirmed the person was smoking weed and was thrown out of the hotel for smoking in the room. The room was neat, the beds were comfortable, but they don\'t seem to sweep or mop the floors. They were dirty with hair all over them and debris under the beds. Breakfast is not much to write home about. Just pre-packaged boiled eggs, muffins, oatmeal, thin granola bars and small yogurt cups. Even the coffee was watered down. Also, when I went out to my truck at first light, and even though there are no large trees until well outside the parking pad, there was a squirrel coming from under my truck. This is never a good sign as they will chew wires on vehicles causing all kind of problems. Have not experienced any problems yet or could not see any damage but I have had them chew and cause damage to my Wifes vehicle and I don\'t need that kind of problem 7.5 hours from home. The staff was very nice and courteous.

Parking was ample and safe. Food was spares and limited.

I always stay here when i come into town. All the staff are always helpful and friendly. Due to our late check-in this time i was on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working, but it was fine. I can use the extra steps.Lol. i enjoyed my stay all the same. Thanks for always having great customer service. I will be back soon.

We had one of our employees stay hear- their first night the fire alarm went off 3 times in the middle of the night - there was evidence of bed bugs and they reported unsafe activities going on at this facility - we had them check out the next morning- when asked to get a refund for the remainder of their stay we were never replied to

We spent 2 days traveling in the car and needed a Place to stay for one night with our 9 pound dog. This property was Extremely Clean! I don't know why there are some bad reviews. Cute little dog area in the back but also other places to walk around. Ample parking! Breakfast is free but there isn't much more than oatmeal fruit coffee and breakfast bars. We only needed the one night but it turns out. This is an extended stay and our room had a full size refrigerator and kitchen so it would be really nice if you need to stay there longer. ! There was even a little grill area outside with picnic tables and umbrellas.

New and clean but loud, windows don’t open, weird smell in the hallways and the fire alarm went off at 330am. Breakfast was a joke; looked like the food offerings at a gas station.

Not a fan of the grab-n-go breakfast, and the 3:00 am fire alarm BUT safe, clean, efficient stay. Thanks

Water pressure in the shower wasnt good and the elevator felt like it was going to break any minute with the way it kept shaking sideways. Other than that, it was very clean, spacious, and convenient. I would stay there again.

The room and hotel were very clean. Bare bone amenities in the room. It was possible to get more things if you asked. Elevator is slow. They advertise breakfast. What breakfast includes is apples, coffee and tea, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, blueberry or chocolate muffins and granola bars, that’s it.

Room wasnt clean. Side table was dirty, trash can was full of trash and a shelf in the shower was nasty.

The bathroom was clean but there was still hair in the tub. The bottom of the beds are dusty. Someone opened the door not knowing we were there and said they were just checking the room. Breakfasts area didn’t seem to get restocked. We stayed for a soccer event and other families of our team stayed there too and experienced the same thing.

The bathroom could’ve been much cleaner. The toilet had a stain in it. The shower had pubic hairs in them from previous guess. YUCK! Thank goodness for my shower sandals. Not to mention, the fire alarm went off waking up everyone with a small kitchen in their rooms. Overall experience wasn’t bad, expect the bathroom. DO BETTER WITH CLEANING THE BATHROOMS PLEASE!!

The day before arrival I received a call from the hotel, direct. They said they were cancelling my reservation and I needed to go into hotel.com and cancel. I refused. Then they said that my credit card didnt go through and was denied. (I had already been charged so I knew it was not accurate.) I told them they could only cancel my reservation if I received an e mail with a valid reason. Then they said I could stay! The room was clean except for the vinyl floor. It was all sticky. I washed with water and hotel linens. They were filthy when I was done. While the kitchenette was lovely, there is not one plate, pot or anything to use. Not even plasticware. The free breakfast consisted of breakfast bars and packaged muffins that were all gone within 30 minutes and nothing was restocked. There is no maid service unless you stay a week. The bed was comfortable and I did appreciate a coverlet that is washed between guests (I hope).

I absolutely love this hotel. It was super clean, not far from shopping and dining options, minutes away from the mall, easy check in, great staff. My husband and I will definitely stay here again.

The floors were filthy in the elevator, down the hallway on the 4th floor and our room had sticky spots and the floor underneath the beds were filthy. Our feet were black walking barefooted in the room so we had to wash them in the tub before getting into the beds for the night. The rest of the room was clean. Sheets, kitchenette, bathroom all seemed nice, but it was like they forgot to clean the floors.

Property is clean and has great parking. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are updated. Very friendly staff and the rooms have a cook top stove, microwave, and a refrigerator.

The fact that the facility is only 2 years old was a plus. Last night of our 3 night stay was filled with excessive noise in the room directly above our floor.

We stopped in Augusta for the night with our Dog and cat on our way to Gatlinburg. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and price was Vera competitive with surrounding hotels.

No carpet. Hardwood floors in the room. Very clean.

great stay, newer hotel so everything is in fine shape. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen facility is great but there are no utensils or dishes - you have to ask for them. They do this so they don't have to clean dishes in al units. Great location, close to highway, restaurants, etc.

Our last night the key didn’t work. I went back down to desk… there was no one behind the desk for 20 minutes! I yelled hello like 5 times, knocked on the door I even went behind the desk to look. I called the hotel from my phone and the desk phone in front of me rang… finally done one slowly walked out… really weird odd experience. I'll never stay at one of these joints again. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and kept up. This establishment is my first choice when i come in town.

After a full day of travel, we were locked out of the hotel upon arrival. No one to answer the phone, and no one to work the desk. We knocked and called and waited for 30 minutes. We had to go down the road and buy an additional hotel room just to get some rest. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels through the years and I’ve NEVER seen this. Called customer service and the guy very rudely and passive aggressively acted like it was my fault.. that I literally could not access the hotel that I paid money to stay in. It’s not clear on their website, so be warned. Check in on time, or be homeless for an evening. Customer service apparently stops at sunset.

The manager that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She allowed us to check in an hour earlier. The room was very clean. The area is quiet. I always use this hotel whenever i come back home to Ga. Thanks for such great customer service

Wakendah was the most kind and gracious host at the hotel! As soon as we got there, she made us feel like we were at home. When we came back the next day, she welcomed us back with a smile and asked about our day! So thankful for sweet people who made our stay so amazing.

Was not able to check in stayed in lobby for over 40 minutes with no one returning to the front desk to check in. Had to go find another hotel and cancel that reservation. Won’t be using them again.

Stayed here for over 32 days with family and loved it. Would definitely recommend to anyone, it’s behind a hospital and kind of hidden which is a plus I would say.

We enjoyed our stay and met some of the friendliest staff and housekeeping. The room was very clean and fresh. The only thing I disliked was the breakfast selection, but I understand that every hotel has a different setup. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Hello, when we arrived to check in, we waited a while for someone to check us in. When asked if anyone was running the front desk in a amplified tone of voice, one finally came out and said "maybe". So the tone was set. Room was good and bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast is a joke. Grab and go means, plastic wrapped stuff and nothing else. Never again.

Hot beverages had to be requested at lobby desk at evening time. Coffee was not hot in lobby area. TV service was antiquated.

There was no cart available for luggage; not good when spoyse has COPD. SOME STAFF WERE NIT SMILING. BREAKFAST SHOULD ME MORE THAN FRANOLA BARS, MUFFINS. HB EGGS; NEED HOT BREAKFAST; NOAIDS.
