The Hotel is very modern looking with a pool, very spacious and the room had just about everything you need including a full size washer and dryer. When we arrived there was no one at the desk for about 10 minutes. Although they had complimentary coffee they had no decaf. There was some damage in the shower, they charge $8 a day for parking and there’s a $100 deposit.

There were no Do Not Disturb signs to tell the housekeepers to not enter the room because we had not checked out and were returning on the day of departure before the noontime checkout time. A desk clerk also failed to inform the housekeepers even after we made the request. All that being said, the primary desk clerk was apologetic and wrote off our incidentals as a comp. Also there appears to be a parking fee not mentioned in the property description.

We really enjoyed Waterwalk. It met all our needs, was brand new & very clean & quiet. Although we couldn't use the pool (it is was so new the paperwork wasn't approved yet) they had anything else you could want. Outdoor fire pits, BBQ grill, exercise room. It was pretty close to perfect! We will definitely look at staying there again!

The property was quiet and well priced. The exercise room was more than adequate. The washer dryer in the bathroom was the most convenient appliance ever! I recommend cappuccino rather than coffee from the automated coffee dispenser in the lobby.

It’s basically a 1bd 1bath apt! The layout is spacious! Quality cookware. The bed was so comfortable. Each unit had a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dish washer cleaner are provided!! If I’m back in phx, I’ll return for certain!

It was very nice room and the staff was really nice and accommodating. I like the property as they had a grill area, a pool area and a really nice spot with fire pits to sit around outside. The only things I didn't like was the bed was really firm and a bit uncomfortable and there isn't a continental breakfast which different sites online said they had.

The good: we were upgraded from a studio to a 1-bedroom because we were late checking in and there was availability. Much appreciated. The not-so-good: couldn’t open blinds because wand was missing, valence broken and leaning against the wall, food crumbs from a previous guest and the worst part - bed and pillows smelled like they weren’t fresh. Housekeeping did immediately change linens but geez.

Desk clerk was very unfriendly. Room is filthy dirty and they only gave us 3 pillows and no tissues. When we asked for an additional pillow and facial tissues, the same clerk seemed ticked and inconvenienced. We asked to be away from the elevator and our room is next to it. Walls are paper thin

We really just came and slept because was there for a conference, everything was nice. The area was well lit, appeared safe. It was quiet, it felt like we were the only people in the hotel. My only concern was not pleasant odor in stairs/hallway. Shower door kept getting stuck.

It’s an extended stay, so they are only supposed to clean weekly. We were there 9 days and it was never cleaned. Started running out of everything - soap, TP etc and had to go down and get more, in addition to taking out the garbage ourselves.

My room faced the road and was extremely noisy, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Upon check-in, I specifically requested a quiet room, and the receptionist assured me that my assigned room would be quiet. However, this was clearly not the case. Originally, I had planned to stay for two more nights, but after experiencing the noise on the first night, I decided to move to a different hotel the following day. I appreciate that the hotel team made the refund process easy. I checked out the next morning, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Instead of five stars only give this property a 4-Star rating. It is a good property and staff were great, but the garbage disposal in my unit didn't work and consequently, there was no way to drain the kitchen sink. Also, the adjoining street intersection was so incredibly noisy at night, that we were not able to sleep, AT ALL!!! Unbelievably noisy!

Was pleasantly surprized by our room - more like a 1 BR apartment. Full refrigerator, nice dining island, room sitting room, and spacious bathroom. Even had a washer and dryer. Only spent 2 nights, but would have been great for a longer stay.

Had booked a year in advance as we wanted to be in Phoenix for spring training. The hotel was beyond expectations. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Great week stay. Easy to get anywhere in the city . Will definitely stay again when in Phoenix.

The staff were so pleasant and helpful and conversational. Bed was comfortable, the gym had everything I needed and the lobby was comfortable to sit and eat there after I checked out. I left my phone in the room and hadn’t realized it yet because I was eating my lunch in the lobby and housekeeping ran it back down immediately so that was great!

Stayed at this hotel on many occasions; however, this time the front desk associate took it upon his self to enter my room without even knocking. When I confronted him about this, he said he was checking to see if the room was cleaned. I felt so uneasy and scared for the remainder of the night that I had to secure the door with my pocketbook strap. The manager agreed that I should be refunded for my stay in which I had to wait a month and a half for the refund after contacting him on several occasions for update to see if it was completed. It truly saddens me that this incident happened because I truly love staying at this facility. it’s located very close to my job and I always considered it home away from home.

Doug the general manager was so nice and very helpful. We wanted to check in earlier and he accommodated us. The other front desk persons we connected to were also very helpful and kind. Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. If you are a person that requires the least noise for sleeping, then ask for a room facing the side street or pool side. The front street is very noisy with traffic. We would visit this hotel again.

The hotel was on the outskirts of Sedona near the i17. It was perfect for our stay as we were heading North to Sedona. We were checked in by a lovely man and checked out by a lovely lady. The room was spotless and very well equiped also had washer and dryer. Bed was very comfortable. Reception has snacks and drinks and room had coffee maker with coffee. Nice stay.

The property is a combination of hotel and apartment complex. When we arrived in mid-April 2023, the property had only been open about two months. Everything was clean, modern, and well thought-out. The rooms are unlike any that you would find in another hotel. It has full-sized refrigerator, a two-burner electric stove, a dishwasher, and a washer and a dryer. It also has every amenity that you would need, including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, kitchenware, and cleaning supplies. No, they don't serve breakfast (it is half-apartments after all) but having a full-size kitchen made purchasing groceries nearby a cheaper and heathier option for eating "at home." Plus, on one night, they had a pool party for all, complete with DJ and a food truck that provided food for free for guests. As for the staff - kudos to staffer Ryan. After we had checked out, I discovered that I had misplaced my sunglasses. Ryan went out of his way, while on the phone with him, to go to the room and look around for my glasses. Although they weren't there, he then followed up with housekeeping and called me the next day, when I was already back in Los Angeles, to report his further attempts to find my glasses. That perseverance and follow-up was much appreciated and pretty much guarantees that this is where we're staying the next time we're in town.
