The hotel was in a great location but there was not a nearby parking space. The hair dryer did not work, but when we told them, they promised to take care of it. The service was great.

Om met een buggie te doen was het iets moeilijker. Er is wel een lift, maar deze begint pas op verdieping 1. Een heel gesleur dus. Wel fijn dat het babybedje klaar stond op de kamer. Verder werkten de nachtlampen beide jammer genoeg niet en maakte de afzuiging in de badkamer veel lawaai. Al bij al een positieve ervaring gehad en heel vriendelijk personeel! Het oudere hotel heeft zeker zijn charmes. Het eten 's morgens was lekker en de locatie kan niet beter!

Was de derde keer dat we in dit hotel verbleven, hadden het nu speciaal gekozen omwille van het restaurant maar dat was gesloten wegens personeelstekort. Uiterst vriendelijk onthaal en verzorging, lift naar de hogere verdiepingen begint pas op de eerste etage, dus eerst een tamelijk steile trap op met je bagage.

There is free parking across the street, but it is limited. The rooms were on the small side, but nice and clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and adequate. The breakfast was very good and the staff were an absolute joy.

Only down side was the lift begins on the first floor. Limited mobility would struggle. Staff friendly and professional. The rooms although small were very clean with sufficient facilities available such as hairdryer and shampoos etc. The wine festival is fabulous and draws quite a crowd. Cochem is a gem and a must visit when in Germany. Coffe shops, cafes and live music. Great time had by all.

Ett mycket trevligt hotell på bästa läge i Cochem, mycket trevlig och hjälpsamt personal. Väldigt bra frukostbuffé och ett frukostrum med utsikt över Mosel. Hotellet har också en bra informations skärm där man kan se allt av intresse i Cochem såsom sevärdheter och vandrings och cykelleder, du kan också boka aktiviteter via skärmen. Nackdelen är att det är mycket trappor så hotellet är inte rörelsehandikappvänligt. Rummet som vi fick hade en fantastisk utsikt mot floden men det är extremt litet.

keine " Bettenburg " sondern ein niedliches Hotel mit Charme. Super nettes Personal und ein klasse Frühstück. Am Bad könnte man noch etwas arbeiten, wurde aber durch das Bett mehr als ausgeglichen. Ich glaube ich habe noch nie in einem Hotel so gut geschlafen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Gewoon goed hotel, uitstekende locatie, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is goed, kamers zijn schoon. Airco op de kamer waarin wij verbleven kortom, er ontbreekt je aan niets Wij zouden er zo weer boeken mocht het nodig zijn Gewoon goed hotel , prijs in verhouding met wat je krijgt is meer dan goed. Very nice modern comfortable rooms. New bathrooms and very clean. Very welcoming and friendly reception from Peter and helpful advice on storing bikes in nearby garage overnight. Great breakfast included. Overall very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt an der Mosel, die nur durch die Straße getrennt ist. Der Empfang war freundlich und wir haben eine guten Tipp zum Parken bekommen, wo es nichts kostet. Unser Zimmer hatte Moselblick und einen sehr großen Balkon. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und unser Zimmer auch. Dafür entschädigt die Lage wieder etwas. Nur der Lärm von der Straße könnte mit neuen Fenstern etwas gemildert werden. Wir wurden auch mit Tipps versorgt, was wir noch besuchen könnten, oder auch besser nicht. Die Burg Cochem ist in 15 min. zu Erreichen, die Altstadt ist auf der Rückseite des Hotels mit vielen Lokalen und Geschäften sofort erreicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und reichhaltig.

The building is old and as you walk through it you can feel that the floors are not even and they creak. However, that also gives it is certain charme. Breakfast was great and the staff was super nice and accomodating as my wife and I are vegans. Location is perfect, right by the Mosel and where the tour ships dock. We were able to walk anywhere and didn't have to move our car once during our stay. Shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable for me, a bit soft for my wife, but that is going to be different for every person. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Son muy amables en el hotel, está muy bien hubicado cerca de bares, restaurantes y fueron super atentos. La habitación estaba muy bien, lo unico que nos molestó para dormir fueron las almohadas, solo teníamos 1 cada uno y estaban super delgadas y como la recepción cierra no habia a quien pedirle extras. Pero el desayuno estuvo muy bien y la vista desde el restaurante muy bonita.
Son muy amables en el hotel, está muy bien hubicado cerca de bares, restaurantes y fueron super atentos. La habitación estaba muy bien, lo unico que nos molestó para dormir fueron las almohadas, solo teníamos 1 cada uno y estaban super delgadas y como la recepción cierra no habia a quien pedirle extras. Pero el desayuno estuvo muy bien y la vista desde el restaurante muy bonita.

Lovely small hotell that is wellcoming to small dogs. Clpse to the city center and nice restaurants a few minutes away. Altough not gated parking it still felt safe. Not verry noice proof between the rooms. Lovely service. Some specific check in times.

The building is old and as you walk through it you can feel that the floors are not even and they creak. However, that also gives it is certain charme. Breakfast was great and the staff was super nice and accomodating as my wife and I are vegans. Location is perfect, right by the Mosel and where the tour ships dock. We were able to walk anywhere and didn't have to move our car once during our stay. Shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable for me, a bit soft for my wife, but that is going to be different for every person. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Only down side was the lift begins on the first floor. Limited mobility would struggle. Staff friendly and professional. The rooms although small were very clean with sufficient facilities available such as hairdryer and shampoos etc. The wine festival is fabulous and draws quite a crowd. Cochem is a gem and a must visit when in Germany. Coffe shops, cafes and live music. Great time had by all.

The mossel river is right across the street , and there is plenty of bars , restaurants and shopping in the surrounding areas . Burg Cochem is a short hike up ! They had a small garage for bicycle parking and a decent breakfast! I would definitely recommend and will stay here again on my next bicycling adventure

Da ich mit dem Zug angereist bin, kann ich nichts zu Parkplätzen sagen. Ich hatte Glück und bekam ein Zimmer mit Moselblick. Die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zudem lag das Hotel schön zentral. Es gab viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider gibt es keine Supermärkte oder Drogeriemärkte in der Nähe. Getränke konnte man teuer über im Ort versteute Automatenshops kaufen. Die Umgebung ist auf den Tagestourismus ausgelegt, einige Restaurants schließen schon um 20:00 Uhr. Es empfiehlt sich, ausreichend Bargeld mitzunehmen. Manche akzeptieren gar keine Karten, manche erst ab einem Verzehr in Höhe von 40 Euro.

Om met een buggie te doen was het iets moeilijker. Er is wel een lift, maar deze begint pas op verdieping 1. Een heel gesleur dus. Wel fijn dat het babybedje klaar stond op de kamer. Verder werkten de nachtlampen beide jammer genoeg niet en maakte de afzuiging in de badkamer veel lawaai. Al bij al een positieve ervaring gehad en heel vriendelijk personeel! Het oudere hotel heeft zeker zijn charmes. Het eten 's morgens was lekker en de locatie kan niet beter!

We found it very tricky to find the dedicated car park and no where to drop off luggage before . Our room was very noisy as on the side street and any night time noise echoed.Also no lift . Sleep was disturbed . The hotel was very clean . Breakfast was excellent .
