This is not a 5 star by any means, it is barely a 4 star. Old amenities, very crowded area and quality of people at the area is not a 5 star level with all due respect. Also, it is definitely more than 740 meters away. Room was old, mattress was uncomfortable

Staff are always brilliant. They constantly cleaning the cafe in lobby is brilliant lovely karak chai! Easy walk plenty lifts easy accessible. Rooms are spacious clean

Shows pictures on Expedia Emaar grand it’s not correct they gave room on next store which is make me bit unhappy and no room service at the property it’s unusual but overall everything is ok and considering

No room service Not enough towels in bathroom. All room service numbers are busy. One of our room water leaking from roof. No toiletries in bathrooms.

To start off was given a key to a room that already had a family in there. That was really embarrassing for both parties. there was no hot water in the shower the shower glass door inside handle was broken couldn’t close it. No shower gel limited amount of soap given. The rod handle inside the shower was wonky. Overall not a good experience

It was not the best experience. There were leaks in the bathroom. The csdpet was not clean. We were not placed in the same floor even though we were promised this would be done.

Tha hotel cleaning is great so is the staff. You feel welcome by the staff.

Staff too horible not professional Spend 7 nights and rooms too noisy my children could not get proper sleep even many times complain but staff looks not want to do any help for their guest what eva issue u have.

first off the walking distance isn’t actually 17 minutes, i would say much less. you can see the clock tower from the hotel. the rooms were good, it took us a while to figure out the AC but that’s ok. breakfast was 3/5. they dont really change anything except like two dishes daily but other then that it’s fine. the staff were friendly but sometimes it was difficult to find the receptionist or talk to them because they would stop the conversation they are having with you to go and talk to someone else, very annoying but what can i do. overall you get what you paid for so in the end it wasn’t bad but i wouldn’t say it was good. will probably get the hotel in the future tho we will see inshAllah. first picture it what it looks like walking in and the second is the view from the window(it was the 5th floor)

Chambre très peu reposante, bruit de machinerie juste à coté du lit avec une intensité jamais vu ailleurs. Le bruit s'enclenche entre 1h et 4h du matin...

It was a good stay. Had issues with towels though. Only one bath towel for 3 adults. Had to phone, go down to reception and ask the cleaners before we were given 3 towels.

Had a terrible experience with Emaar Grand. Reception staff is outright rude and unhelpful. Was given a dirty and stuffy room at first. Got it changed to another one with only 2 towels (between 4 people), empty bottle of hand soap, no iron in the room (took us 4 hours just to get one), dirty fridge. The reception never answers when you call. Pathetic way to treat guests especially those who travel far distances and are there to perform religious duties.

The staff at the reception not helpful at all, don’t even acknowledge you at all. Very rude. Not worth the money we spent.

Multilingual staff at the reception would be much appreciated.

Good staff

The staff didn't made us wait unnecessarily for 4 hours during the check-in only to say that the booking doesn't exist. After 2 more hours, they found the booking but the room was not ready yet. The staff will deal with you as if they are doing you a big favour. There were no toiletries in the room for the entire during of my stay, no towels. And reception never picked up the call nor did they speak English. Avoid at all cost!

Grand hôtel propre . Mais service d étage qui laisse à désirer. Il fait toujours demander pour le changement de serviette et autre besoin . O ménage sur 5 jours . Même pas il vide les poubelles . Et ils attendent un pourboir.

7 night stay. Approx 1km 10 minute walk if youre young and able to walk. Just remember to leave 40 minutes before prayers and you will have the shotest walk to prauer area inside. Leave late and your walk becomes 2km and you may not get inside. Clean hotel. Dont expect much and you will be pleasantly surprised. You get what you pay for. Dont expect marriott standard on a budget. Ive stayed here before and will do again.

Too far from Haram, did not actually give us toilet paper after we requested some. That’s the only bad points. Overall good.

Walkable for young people to the Haram and it’s busy aria

If you going for chilling very nice hotel but we going for umrah . When i go for umrah i don't like to missed 1 prayers in haram but this hotel not convinced for 5 times prayers in haram. Especially like me health conditions . It's quite far when you back from prayers, all gate get close. You need to walk 15 minutes. Then many millions people crossing the road , doing shopping. Beggars, footpath close by those silly womans for there cheap staff sailing . It's not easy for health problems people. In shaa Allah next years i will avoid long distance hotel.

Tres propre proche de mosque et personnel gentille a l ecoute .je le recommande 100/100.
