This is a 10/10 hotel. The staff is beyond kind and goes out their way to help. The reception spoke perfect English and went above and beyond to help me after a mix up of dates. Upon arrival- I was very impressed with the room size and decor. I have been to many 5 star hotel and the room size, comfort and quality was below this hotel. The rooms are huge with high ceiling and good AC. The shower pressure was the best throughout the hotels I have stayed in Costa Rica and the hot water worked well. Do not let the cheap price fool you. This is a 5 star hotel for its comfort and best of all its 10 mins away from the international airport.

Room, no water or toilet for 3 hours late at night. Zero amenities. No soap. Filthy floor. Our main suite did not lock. Dark and dingy. Not sure if AC was working at all. Owner did not respond to text. It didnt tell us room was on 3rd floor with no elevator. Wi fi quite fast. Shower flash heater works well after waiting for 3 hours

I paid for a room and when I arrived after hours I opened the lock box as instructed by the emails i recieved and there was no key. Thankfully there was a couple coming in at the same time as me so they phoned the after hours number as I couldnt make outgoing calls due to the poor reception in the area. The lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and told me they had no rooms for me. It was around 8pm in the night and by this time there was not a single room in the area available. My three year old and I ended up sleeping in my car over night on our first night in Costa Rica. I do not recommended playing with this joke of a hotel. I still cant believe this happened and the fact she was so ignorant about it and not willing to even help me in any way was disgusting. DO NOT BOOK HERE, YOU ARE NOT PROMISED A ROOM EVEN IF THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.
