The closest you can be for an early moring flight, great value great rooms, new and friendly staff! Plentiful moning breakfast! Pool was closed but they have offered a shuttle to go to the sister hotel in the back if you want. Shuttle offered for the Airport. Our rental car from Alamo company had the optiont to have the car left in the parking of the hotel and there's a box in the lobby for drop off the key, very convenient, make sure you take your video or photos of it. Excellent service. Would go back.Dinner was served at the hotel too. Pura Vida .

We just stayed one night as we transitioned from airport to rental car and the rest of our adventure but it was perfect for what we wanted. The bar and pool area makes it feel like you are spending the night at a resort and we really appreciated the shuttle from the airport. Driver was so lovely and friendly.

Staff were good, room was clean. Nice, large pool and decent gift shop in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Shuttle was great too.

Quiet, clean rooms with everything we needed. Fantastic gym as well. Shuttle to the airport was on time and able to accommodate our large bike boxes.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was under construction so they let us use the pool at the Hilton. it looked like the pool would be nice once finished. The pool at the Hilton was nice but I think the Hampton hotel was newer. They also have an airport shuttle and breakfast was included. A good place to stay if you are needing a place close to the airport in Liberia. (It's literally across the street but not noisy)

We stayed here to be able to catch a morning flight back to Colorado and it was the PERFECT stop! We were able to do a load of laundry, enjoy the pool, have a hot delicious breakfast and hop a free shuttle to the airport. Great hotel!

Decided to stay here with points to avoid driving through the night on our way out of town. Check in was fast. Pool was nice. Rooms and facilities in general were spotless. Left too early for breakfast but they did give us something to go which was appreciated. It was expensive but we booked the day of so could likely have gotten a better price. My only complaint is that the food seemed pretty overpriced. Not an issue for us though as there are a ton of options nearby at every price point.

This property is relatively new (built in 2023). It is very well kept, clean, and has everything you need on site (free airport transportation (from LIR), a restaurant, free buffet style breakfast (menu varied daily and is served from 6AM-10AM), outdoor pool, gym, bar, laundry room/services and gift shop. The room I stayed in was spacious with two double beds, a coffee maker, two free bottles of water upon arrival, a mini fridge, safe, desk area and a nice bathroom (shower only). The staff was friendly and helpful with providing transportation suggestions/6 and finding local attractions. Housekeeping was great and fixed our beds, emptied the garbage cans, refilled the coffee area and provided fresh towels and removed the used ones daily. They will change your complete bedding if requested. The hotel is located near the airport. I didn’t hear many planes, none at all in the evening. The hotel centralized to many local beaches, restaurants, excursions and attractions. It is a fully non smoking hotel so if you smoke you’ll have to walk off the property to do so.

Very nice hotel with excellent amenities. Gym was clean and contained good equipment across a range interests. Pool was nice and clean. Rooms were clean, fresh and equipped. Shuttle service to the airport functioned prefectly. Highly recommended.

Room was spotless and comfortable. It was nice to stay at an American chain hotel; located around “American area”; i.e different American food options. Breakfast was delicious and they even had a two go option when we had our early morning tour pickup. Staff were all nice and professional.

Very clean rooms.

Hotel was extremely clean. As soon as you entered the lobby, you could smell that it's constantly kept up with. The room was kind of small but we were only staying 1 night, so we made it work. The pool was great, outdoor bar too. Breakfast was good and staff were attentive to refilling food and cleaning up after guests. There's a Starbucks right next door, a KFC about 1 minute away, and a 24 hour gas station like 5 minutes away (all walking distance). There is an ice cream shop and a pizza place too, but we didn't go. Besides that, there's really nothing else in the area but there was a festival that night the bartender told us about and we hopped into an Uber and spent the evening there.

The room was good for the one we stayed, comfortable bed, low pressure shower but good. The pool area was very nice and there's a variety of restaurants, all waking distance. The shuttle service was great. The rooms are not soundproof.

I have only good things to say about this hotel. When we first arrived to the airport we saw the shuttle immediately and got to the hotel. We arrived to the hotel at 11:30 and asked if they were able to keep our suitcases until check-in and they informed us they had a room available for check in right away even if it was 2.5 hours early!! After a long day of travelling this was very highly appreciated. The rooms were so comfortable and were very clean. Lots of plugs to charge phones/laptops. The pool was beautiful and the workers kept maintaining the cleanliness of it throughout the day. We ate dinner at the hotel however no vegan options on the menu but you can ask to modify things. The waiter was really kind and patient and double checked with the kitchen staff for the ingredients. I ended up getting the pasta from the kids menu and asked to have it without butter and without Parmesan and for the cheddar fries without the cheddar 😂. There are a few restaurants walking distance from there with slightly more vegan options but they close earlier. The breakfast was filled with many things such as eggs, rice and beans, yogurt, pastries, toasts, fruit, waffles, pancake, cake, oats, granola, cereal, juices and coffee (again, not many vegan options but if you stay there more than one night you can let them know and they will work with you). I was only there for one night so I ate the fruits, granola and oats.

The check in process was arduous and unnecessary given all information had been previously provided.

Wifi wouldn’t work, booked a king room didn’t get a king room, tv wouldn’t work, staff not friendly

The staff is great trying to deal with a poor situation. The key machine is not working for the last three days so you can’t get up and down the elevator and you can’t access your room unless the staff member comes with you.

The key system had been down for 3 days. Staff were required to transport guests up elevators and open their room door. Female receptionist was snippy and very unhelpful.

Hotel is great, but I was charged something on my credit card from the hotel and it’s been over a month and haven’t been able to get the money back or a reason I was charged anything in the first place.

Check in was quick, easy with super service. Asked for extra pillows and showed up immediately. Thanks 🙏

Great hotel but staff needs training on shuttles. We arrived asked about how early the shuttles run as we had an early flight and needed to be on a 5am shuttle. Staff informed me that was not a problem and shuttles start at 5am and go every 15mins. We arrived at 5 the next morning only to be told that any shuttle before 8am had to be pre booked and they were unable to accommodate us till 5:30am so we had to wait. For a airport hotel that doesnt have alot of flights going out you would think they would have a better idea of shuttles and how to mange them. Same problem happened to another family as well and they were not happy either.

THE PROPERTY OVERALL WAS EXCELLENT. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEAR THE AIRPORT, BUT OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE WAS VERY LIMITED.

For your last stop in CR, this hotel is clean, charming and the staff were amazing! Definitely enjoy and nice dinner on-site - in a former life, I managed a Keg restaurant, so I know steaks - the ribeye I had here was literally one of the best steaks I have ever had!

It’s a good hotel if you’re arriving late or have an early flight. It’s a Hampton Inn like anywhere in the US and just fine for a night. Pool menu is outrageously expensive, $11 for a coke and lemonade. And I heard the same for just one beer. There isn’t much of anything nearby without walking or driving on busy main road and closest convenience store is several kilometers away.

We stayed here for a night before driving to La fortuna the next morning. It’s a very comfortable, quiet, modern hotel. There are restaurants within walking distance and a conviennent store. The breakfast was excellent and included in our stay.
