Hotel Boyeros

Staff was friendly and helpful through out (we left outside of regular hours so we missed the included breakfast). Room was clean and linens were good! Property is in need of renovation and upgrades, a bit run down. Our front door had a crack in it! But otherwise we were able to lock up with no issues. Would book again if this was the only available option.

Stayed for 1 night after a long flight. Nice room, staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant had a good breakfast. Very family friendly pool. Very central, which also means traffic is loud.

This hotel is in need of a great deal of rehab! The whole place is pretty shabby and the rooms are not equipped well for technology or electrical needs. The outlets are falling out of the walls and there are very few and none in the bathrooms. The bathrooms are very old and in need of total rehab as well. The pool areas are nice but no towels are provided, the pool chairs are not in good condition and many of them are full of bird poop. The breakfast served was decent. The restaurant service and food was good. The one highlight and very positive was the front desk staff and particularly "Rosey" she was very helpful in getting us transportation to the National Park and to the airport. She was so nice and great smile! I would not recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning was not working as expected. The hotel needs renovation but the breakfast was great and the staff was amazing.
