I didn't feel particularly welcome; in the dining room, I was shown to a table near the entrance. It was a terrible spot—dusty and right in the path of constant foot traffic. I’ve always heard that unwelcome guests get seated near the entrance. And to think I’m an Okura member. I never want to stay here again.

You will never be wrong staying at this hotel. It is located on the main road to Susukino, and the tower continues to the Train station.

Paid parking for foreigners. Leave here for domestics. They’re NOT prepared, NOR willing to serve people from abroad. Poor English, Rigid attitude, Extra charges. neutral location & room condition. Well, there actually “is” Spa (sigh), No gym. Yet the room is larger than usual franchises - T/S/A, you’ll know - but without breakfast included. I’m so sure anyone can easily find a better options than this. Whether to save budget or to get appropriate service at the rate.

The hotel is conveniently located and very close to the Nakajima Park subway station. The staff were friendly and allowed me to check in early. The room is a good size. I didn't know where the strong bad smell came from along the floor where I stayed during the day. Luckily, the bad smell was gone in the evening.
