Room tempwraturd wax too high and tgere were no amenities like tooth past etc. But minibar was offered free, and breakfast was ok. It would be good to have hotel pool or sauna instead of sharing with all outsider. As well as not enough parking was available.

It is misleading to show there is swimming pool in this facility. There is no swimming pool in this facility. The existing swimming pool is in another facility, which is a bit far away. Also it is pay and use, which is pretty expensive.

침구류 깨끗하고 잠자리 편안했어요, 고층인데 엘리베이터도 빨라서 기다리는 시간도 짧았고 지하에 이용할 수 키즈까페, 식당, 놀이기구 등 다 동선이 연결되어 있어 이동이 편리 했어요

명성 만큼이나 만족한 여행이 되었습니다. 프론트 직원의 친절한 서비스로 기분 좋게 체크인하고, 리조트 내의 다양한 부대시설들의 편리한 이용은 큰 장점입니다. 연식이 좀 된 건물이지만, 잘 관리되고 있는 점과 주변 산책로 등은 가족여행이나 지인들과의 여행에 믿고 찾을 수 있는 만족할 수 있는 숙박시설입니다. 객실에서 취사를 할 수 있었으나 리조트 지하 식당가에서 다 해결할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

새냄새가 나서 환기가 필요했지만 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.

Sono calm is recently renovated, so the room consition is quite modern and comfortable. And yet, the room is still dusty, especially the kitchen, above the sink and near the cups. Other than that, everything was great including the family friendly restaurants and underground stores.

소노캄에서 묵었는데 전체적으로 조용하고 새로 리모델링해서 깨끗한 느낌은 들었으나 새집 공사 냄새도 아직 나고 여기저기 공사할때 튄것같은 페인트자국들이 여기저기 있었어요. 제일 안좋았던건 샤워실에서 샤워할때마다 샤워부스에서 물이 새서 변기쪽으로 흥건하게 고이더라구요. 고쳐야될부분인거 같아요. 그래도 전반적으로 좋은 여행이었습니다

뷰가 끝나줬습니다. 최근 소노캄 레노베이션이 끝나서 깨끗하고 좋았아요

청소상태는 조금 아쉬웠으나 입지 편의시설 정말 최고였습니다.

침대가 조금 불편

房間面積不太，三個人住略嫌擠逼。浴室太細設計古怪，洗澡時會濺水出浴室範圍。 酒店與附近其他酒店及設施均由同一集團經營，餐飲及娛樂一應俱全。

Hotel only cleans the room every 3 days (we stayed for 2 nights) so we didn't get our room cleaned but that wasn't a problem. Plenty of things to do close by. Would stay again.

An extremely big hotel, with oddly arranged rooms. Poor quality beds, poor quality bedding. Good breakfast though. Not good value for money

Everything—written and spoken—was exclusively in Korean. As a non-Korean speaker, this made communication quite difficult and left me feeling a bit isolated. I found myself relying on Papago and Google Translate for every sentence. It seemed hotel staff were not well-equipped or expecting non-Korean language visitors. Additionally, I encountered difficulties with housekeeping. Their communication was purely in Korean, making it hard to convey my needs. When I tried to reach them, they often asked me to call the front desk, which seldom picked up the phone. This added further frustration to my experience. After checking out, I needed to store my luggage for a few hours. Initially, I was informed that I would have to pay for locker use, but upon discovering all lockers were full, the front desk offered to store my luggage for free. While I appreciated the gesture, I found it rather disappointing that complimentary luggage storage wasn't offered as standard practice, which is common in many other hotels. The hotel’s WiFi coverage is divided into zones. This means you to log in multiple times as you move between different areas, which is quite frustrating. I booked a room with two bathroom but only found out that one had no shower. The on-site shopping arcade features several Korean restaurants and bakeries, which is great if you enjoy local cuisine. Self-service at 24-hour convenience stores only operates in Korean.

예상했던 것 보다 너무 편하고 조용해서 너무 좋았어요. 직원분들의 친절함과 밝은 미소 너무 좋았어요.

For the price I pay… not worth it… the pillows so flat.. ask the staff for one more… said cannot… not teeth brush set provided as well

Room was large and well-kept. Service staff were very helpful despite passable English. Being able to control room lighting and temp remotely was a big plus. Plenty of amenities located nearby, with underground access so that one doesn’t have to dress for cold weather just to run errands.

The biggest towel they have is face towel size according to international standards. Would have to bring your own towels if you need. Tried asking for additonal towels but was told we have to pay extra Thankfully it was just for 1 night stay. Most staffs speak very good english. Except housekeeping

조식2인 패키지 포함 결재후 숙박후 아침 8시50분경 조식하러 갔으나, 줄이 길어 대충 세어보니 앞에 20~30팀 정도 있어서 아침 조식이 10시 30분 까지인걸 알고 있어 조식부페 카운터에가서 문의 하니 줄이길어 "미리 패키지로 구매했어도 못드시게 되면 어쩔수 없습니다" 다시 돌아와 기다리니 9시 30분쯤 입장하였고 뒤에 계신 분들도 거의 10시경 입장 완료후, 11시 이전까지 식사 하시는거 봤습니다. 주말은 상황이 이래서 줄이 길어도 10시경엔 다 입장한다. 라는 경험이 없는 직원을 설마 조식부페 입구에 배치 한건가요? 안내직원 말 듣고 그냥 갔으면 그냥 다른곳에서 내돈 내고 사먹었을 생각에 기분 많이 안 좋았습니다. 조식부페 이용시 안내직원 멘트 걸러 들으세요.

6명 2가족이 쓰기 편리했어요~ 그러나 다음에 갈때는 c동이나 소노캄 갈듯 a동 워팍이랑 도보 10분.. 멀어요

리모델링으로 청결한 숙소와 도보로 워터파크를 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

교통이 편해서 여행이 쉽고 주위에 식사할장소가 많다

새로 오픈한 비발디파크 소노캄 b형에서 머물렀습니다. 소노벨에 비해 조용하고 깔끔한 컨디션입니다. 다만 3시 체크인인데 4시넘어서까지 객실정비 담당자분들께서 분주히 청소하시면서 약간의 소란스러운 분위기가 있었습니다. 또한 4인기준 객실인데 더블,싱글침대 이외 침구추가가 유료였던 점이 아쉬웠어요. 사정상 라플뢰르가 아니라 쉐프스키친에서 아침식사 했는데 맛있고 종류도 다양했어요. 좀더 좋아지길 기대하겠습니다. 소노캄파이팅^^
