Be carful and safe your money Employees asking for extra money for no reason and lock your room until you pay then they dont give you paper invoices so you cannot make complaint

I booked the hotel and pre-paid the hotel through Hotels.com. My flight arrived in RUH at around 20.00 so I was at the hotel at around 21.15. When I tried to check-in, they informed me, since I did not check-in until 18.00 they gave my room to someone else and the hotel is now fully booked. When I asked them to use their WIFI and for support to find another hotel, they called the Security and asked me to leave the hotel immediately. There was no support provided.
