Pro: Las fotos se quedan cortas, el hotel está hermoso, muy tropical. Su jacuzzi (son dos, frío y caliente) están geniales, su terraza está espectacular, con increíbles camastros y una pequeña área para fumadores. Las recámaras están muy lindas decoradas, la cama fabulosas, el AC funcionaba muy bien, una smart TV de buen tamaño, los baños amplios y con suplementos, con buena presión y agua caliente. El personal del hotel te recibe con una deliciosa agua de jamaica y tallas pequeñas frías para refrescarte. Te permiten llegar antes del check inn y disfrutar de sus instalaciones, hay resguardo de equipaje. Toallas y sábanas limpias y toallas adicionales para alberca y jacuzzi. Hay una cafetería al lado muy disfrutable. La cereza del pastel es el servicio de cortesía que te ponen en el frigobar con agua natural y mineral, cervezas y refrescos. Contras: NO hay elevador, solicité una habitación en el primer piso y al último no lo respetaron, y vi cuando llegó un extranjero y pidió habitación en el primer oudo y si se la otorgaron. Aunque, reconozco, tuve la ventaja de disfrutar una habitación en tercer piso (con muchas escaleras para llegar y cargando maletas) pero tenía balcón a la calle muy bonito y a un piso de la espectacular terraza. Otro incidente muy desagradable es que no me regresaron un multi contacto que olvidé en la recámara, la pusimos para conectar la lámpara de noche y los cargadores, estamos muy ciertos de haberla dejado ahí.

Very clean and secure hotel within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. On site parking was a plus. We also enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzis on the beautiful rooftop deck. The water coolers where you could refill your water bottle was a big plus and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice property and very friendly staff! However, I’m always disappointed when a hotel advertises ‘hot tub’ or ‘jacuzzi’ but then the tub is simply a luke warm pool. This hotel does indicate (when you read their website carefully) that the ‘hot tub’ is 32 degrees. Which is accurate. But this is not my definition of a ‘hot tub’ or a jacuzzi’. Other than that, beautiful views and well-appointed rooms.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay here. Initially our room was not what we had expected so we were given another room the next day, which was so much better. They aim to please here! There is a mini fridge in the room (with complimentary beverages). A water cooler was also a great add on (on the second floor) to refill our water bottles. The rooftop has two pools (cool one and huge hot tub) and we were always alone up there. We loved the restaurant downstairs (Amaryya) for breakfast (cash only). We were a short walk to the main street but far enough for a quieter area. There were several great restaurants near us. We would stay here again! Thanks for looking after us!

Initially a really nice stay at Agua de Luna, but the hotel is definitely showing signs of wear over time and some questionable design elements. A few things that irked us for the price: -All linens had stains or tears on them. From towels to sheets to bathmats. Nothing was clean -Minibar was never refilled -Rental bikes were very broken. Gears not shifting, missing handlebars and basically unrideable -Never skimmed the pool, broken tiles everywhere - Patio had iguana poop on it daily - Shower leaked water and didnt drain properly - Windows needed recaulking; on a rainy day visible water ran into the room! Our biggest annoyance was its a small hotel and when we booked were told in advance that the hotel was ADULTS ONLY. This was included in the title and in our whatsapp booking. So, we were looking forward to a quiet night, romantic time. When we arrived supposedly that was no longer the case and had the mispleasure of sharing the pool with two screaming kids constantly. No one from the hotel thought to inform us and honestly probably would have been a dealbreaker given how it impacted our stay. Hotel offered daily beach towels which was nice though and the staff did try and assist when possible, but this place is getting run down fast. Would not return for the price.

Beautiful boutique hotel! Overall a great place to stay within walking distance of everything you need to access in San Pancho. The only negative was our sheets were never changed and a lot of the bedding and towels had stains on them. This did not take away from our experience but could potentially be improved upon.

The hotel is nice. The architecture and design is very modern and crisp. The room was a good size and had two beds which can be hard to find in San Pancho. The bathroom area was okay. The lighting wasn't great and it would be nice to have a shelf in the shower.

Beautiful, clean boutique hotel with friendly and attentive staff! Our room was on the ground floor next to reception so we could hear some activity in the lobby area but not a dealbreaker as the hotel wasn’t too busy during our stay. Bonus: two hot tubs on the roof level with lovely views!

Beautiful property and the room is very spacious and comfortable. Location is convenient to walk to the Main Street Thursday night the music from a neighborhood bar was very loud thru the late night. That was very unpleasant. Not sure any other hotel will be better since San Pancho is very small.

Hotel was conveniently located in downtown San Pancho but on a side street far from the noise and traffic. Small, very well appointed facilities, with an awesome coffee shop. Rooms very well designed and very comfortable with awesome AC. During our stay, there were a couple of power shot downs in town but hotel has their own generator, which was great to keep AC and lights, specially being almost 100 degrees during our stay. Personnel very attentive and kind and we felt at home. Would go back and recommend without hesitation

The staff were amazing and the hotel was perfect. I loved the cafe that is attached to the property as well. The front desk staff took such good care of me and my family during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and love San Pancho so dearly!

The property was very elegant and beautiful and the staff inviting and helpful. We really appreciated the big parking lot next to the building and the short walk to dining, shopping and beach. There was no breakfast or restaurant but room service was offered. We just enjoyed walking around the neighborhood looking for interesting restaurants.

Fabulous hotel, so beautifully designed and decorated, staff was super friendly and kind, don’t even hesitate, just book it and enjoy yourself! Also, coffee shop next door is delicious and with the most wonderful friendly people. Definitely make sure to have breakfast there! Their mascot, Mocha, is the cutest dog ever!
