Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, sehr sauber und ausreichend für zwei Nächte, sehr leckeres Frühstück. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr klein, mit einem Auto, welches über der Golfklasse liegt, ist es eine große Herausforderung, hinein und wieder heraus zu kommen. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Ein sehr neues schickes Hotel, in einem Szeneviertel. Sehr zentral gelegen, so dass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Sehr schön ist auch die Bar im Erdgeschoss wo man selbst mindestens 10 verschiedene Biere zapfen kann.

Det stod i annonsen att rummet skulle ha luftkonditionering men den var inte på. På natten blev det så varmt att jag gick ner till receptionen för att få hjälp men det gick inte. Jag fick ha fönstret öppet vilket gjorde att man inte kunde sova förrän efter tre på natten när barerna stängde. Överlag var receptionisterna väldigt ointresserade. Frukosten var helt ok och baren intill var trevlig att sitta i, personalen där var väldigt trevlig. Läget är perfekt med närhet till strand, hamn och mängder av trevliga restauranger och barer.

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an einer Straße mit vielen tollen Restaurants. Dafür perfekt und trotzdem leise. Parken im dazugehörigen Parkhaus war nicht möglich, weil voll. Wir mussten im öffentlichen Parkhaus parken, was ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß weg war und super eng. Wir hatten ein Standard Zweibettzimmer und das war zu zweit wirklich mini. Es war nicht möglich unsere beiden Koffer gleichzeitig im Zimmer zu öffnen. Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels gut, für ein Stadthotel und sauber, aber das Zimmer viel zu klein.

Good hotel in fine location. Not parking although they said that yes (always full). No Air condition in the room although they said that yes (air conditioner are only active in summer time). The noise is a terrible on the night, specially when you have to open windows because not air conditioner.

Fabulous hotel in a lovely part of Nice, near the harbour. Convenient for bars and restaurants and access to other areas of Nice. Newly refurbished and very clean. Staff excellent! The breakfast cafe/bar beneath the hotel was fabulous with a great range of real ales on self service pumps with money placed onto a foam card. Great idea and lovely atmosphere. Has limited basement parking but access was very tight unless you had a smaller car.

We had a great stay at Hotel du Pin. Everywhere was spotless, the staff charming and helpful and the breakfast was delicious, even down to the basket of freshly-baked gluten-free bread. Situated between the port and the old town it was just perfect for walking in every direction. The tram from the airport stopped some 3 minutes from the door. Excellent value for a 4-night break for 2.

I wouldn’t recommend. Noisy location above several bars. Super small bathroom area and dirty carpets and walls. Breakfast was mostly sweets and for the price I would rather air bnb.

Loved our stay. Small rooms but adequate, spotlessly clean. Helpful friendly reception staff. Good breakfast, perfect location. Some noise from outside at night as mentioned by others (evening rather than overnight) but did not disturb me as a bad sleeper once ear plugs were used. Would definitely stay again!

A very good hotel for the value - rooms were very larger for Europe. Bathrooms were clean with a proper door for privacy. Staff were very friendly. The area was great, tons of restaurants within steps. 4 minute walk from old nice, 15 to the beach. 15 minute walk To Nice Riquier train station for day trips. Easily accessible via tram to airport. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

The room and bathroom was clean, bed and pillows comfortable, and the neighborhood was great. It was walking distance to everything if you like to walk, the promenade by the beach and old port was 10 minute walk, beautiful plazas were 5, 10, 15 minutes away. The only downside was that the double room we booked was super tiny but they are upfront with that and the square footage is listed. The room was pretty much the size of a king bed. You could only fit 1 big luggage in the free space by the door but there was no room to walk around the room left. The “closet” was just a wooden thing on the wall to hang about 5 shirts and no drawers. The bathroom was so tiny that you could only fit with your arms at the side, but it was clean and functional. If you’re single traveler with just a carryon luggage, it is great. If you’re a couple and don’t care much about space or luxury, it is great.

Close to the port and old town Nice the hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a quadruple room. The beds were very comfortable, great shower, safe, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer and even a small fridge which was great for keeping drinks and snacks chilled. Outside there is a small square with lots of eateries and bars, great at night and a lovely atmosphere but not too rowdy or load. Best pizza can be found just across the road at Prima Volta, delicious but best to book ahead. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back.

Mycket trevligt, väldigt bra läge, bra bemötande. Det som drar ner upplevelsen är de enormt små rummen. Vi kunde knappt öppna resväskorna på golvet och fick kliva över dem för att ta oss runt sängen. Tackade nej till städning då det hade varit omöjligt för städarna att ta sig runt med våra grejer på golvet. Gick ej att hänga upp dem eller ta bort väskorna. Även badrummet var minimalt och är man en större person tvivlar jag på att man kommer in i duschen.

Chambre très propre mais vraiment très petite, pas de chaise ( car pas de place !) Difficile de suspendre un vêtement ( tel un manteau..)...car penderie exiguë. Petit déjeuner : un assouplissement -permettre de déjeuner jusqu'à 10h30 -serait bienvenu , car arrivés à 9h45, l'on a senti que l'on dérangeait à venir à 1/4 d'h de la fin !....voulons profiter de nos soirées niçoises...aussi réveil un peu tardif ! Hôtel bien situé près du port et centre ville, avec un peu de marche tout est accessible. Après 2 passages (2024 et cette année), peut être choisirons un hôtel plus "confortable" : pour espace dans chambre et salle de bains...! Et profiter d 'un petit déjeuner sans le faire en accéléré...!

Excellent location; walk to Colline du Chateau and the Port and Garibaldi Plaza for many lunch choices. Excellent food for dinner at Foam, my husband had fun with the Beer setup. Excellent breakfast included with Malo yogurt, croissants, hot dishes. Friendly staff put up with my limited French and quickly switched to their fluent English LOL.

Helt fin standard, veldig god beliggenhet. Personalet er hyggelig men vær obs på at de prøver å ta altfor mye betalt dersom du bestiller taxi gjennom dem. Vi betalte mer enn dobbelt så mye som egentlig pris for en liten tur i sentrum og følte oss lurt. Derfor vil vi ikke anbefale dette hotellet

Location is amazing. Walking distance from all attractions. There is a lot of restaurants in the area. Even witj all the restaurants and bar nearby we slept like babies. We did not ear anything coming from the outside. The only thing is the breakfast. I mean come on please ad a waffle or pancake station. As for the coffee it was not France quality. But dont get me wrong would go back for sure.

Our stay in the double privilege room was nice and big with plenty of room for suitcases. Location was awesome with multiple dining options available at your front door. Only a 15 minute walk to the train station to go to Monaco for the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good bar the omelette was tasteless.
