Já havia estado nestes apartamentos mas o nível de qualidade aumentou. As instalações do hotel, as quais podemos utilizar, enquanto hospedados nos apartamentos são muito boas. Principalmente, a piscina do hotel, é maravilhosa! De resto, a parte exterior dos apartamentos, a fachada, é o único que neste momento precisa de uma melhoria, o qual pareceu-me já estarem a efetuar mas aos poucos para não comprometer as estadias! Porém, a parte interior dos apartamentos já levou uma remodelação, pelo que estava tudo muito bem cuidado e com aspecto de novo. Os apartamentos, têm tudo o que precisamos, além de terem muito espaço! No geral, foi uma estadia acima das expectativas! Vou voltar de certeza!

We stayed in one of the apartments, was absolutely gorgeous, very spacious ! The location wasn’t great, travelling about 20minutes to get to anything however it was quiet and peaceful! If you are a formula 1 NASCAR fan you will absolutely love everything about this place. I don’t recommend eating on site, prices are high. The pool was amazing, lots of room, shade coverage and chairs provided ! Lots of space to play lawn games!

I had high hopes for this property, which clearly was once a nice place—but sadly, it’s now in serious need of attention. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that maintenance has been neglected. The grounds and facilities felt rundown, and the walkway to the pool was in such poor condition it bordered on unsafe. Our check-in experience was frustrating. We were given the wrong room without any explanation, and only after returning to the desk were we told—by the manager—that the staff had “forgotten to mention” our reserved two-bedroom apartment was unavailable. Instead, they tried to pass off a single room. It took a long time to resolve, and the staff’s indifferent attitude didn’t help. The front desk team seemed unfamiliar with their own POS system and insisted on charging us in USD, adding a 5% conversion fee, despite my request to pay in local currency. When I asked about the in-room safe that wasn’t working, I was told there was an extra charge to activate it—something I’ve never encountered before. The shower had visible mold and mildew, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. There were trash carts overflowing for most of our stay, needing removed. Kids were allowed in the bar area, which felt inappropriate, and the restaurant—while decent—was understaffed and struggled to keep up with demand. Overall, this hotel could be great again with proper investment and training, but as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Es un resort muy completo y cuidado. Nos alojamos en los apartamentos y la verdad que por lo general bastante bien! Son muy amplios, varios baños, gran terraza, cocina amplia, cocina amplia… Sitio para aparcar en la misma puerta! Personal amable! Piscina exterior enorme con su respectivo jardín y hamacas. Servicio de habitaciones efectivo. El spa es gratuito y bastante completo aunque no funcionaba la sauna. Las pegas que le ponemos son las siguientes: tv sólo en la sala de estar y demasiado pequeña. Los aires acondicionados sólo estaban en las habitaciones, no en la sala de estar aunque no nos fue un problema. No dejaron ni un estropajo ni jabón para lavar los platos (en cambio te dicen que tienes que dejarlos fregados obligatoriamente si no hacen cargos adicionales). En la cocina habían muchas moscas pequeñas (de estas de la comida) desde que llegamos… es decir no fue por nuestra culpa… además de hormigas que venían desde fuera. Lo peor a mi parecer es la hora de salida que es a las 10:30 de la mañana… entiendo que luego tienen que hacer limpieza y demás pero es demasiado pronto siendo que para entrar es a las 16:00h. Pero por lo general está muy bien! Nosotros tuvimos la suerte de ir la primera quincena de junio que no hay mucha gente entre semana y se disfruta mucho mejor!!!!

Im Waschbecken lief das Wasser nicht ab, trotz mehrmaliger Meldung wurde man „I will inform the maintenance“ tagelang vertröstet. Beim Frühstücksbuffet nahm die Auswahl je nach Belegung der Anlage ab. War froh, dass wir am letzten Tag überhaupt noch Brot bekamen.

I paid for 2 x 2 bedroom apartments but they gave us 1 x 3 bedroom one instead. And 1 of the 3 bedrooms had no bed!!!! Very disappointed as I did not get what I paid for….

Speravamo in un’oasi dove rilassarsi. Appartamento grande con 2 bagni ciechi, aria condizionata in solo una delle 3 camere (e fa moooolto caldo). Struttura molto dispersiva. Per andare in piscina camminiamo per tutto il condominio, arriviamo e delle poche sdraio disponibili, parecchie sono sfondate. Il tutto nel nulla cosmico… non ci tornerei.
Speravamo in un’oasi dove rilassarsi. Appartamento grande con 2 bagni ciechi, aria condizionata in solo una delle 3 camere (e fa moooolto caldo). Struttura molto dispersiva. Per andare in piscina camminiamo per tutto il condominio, arriviamo e delle poche sdraio disponibili, parecchie sono sfondate. Il tutto nel nulla cosmico… non ci tornerei.

We stayed in one of the apartments, was absolutely gorgeous, very spacious ! The location wasn’t great, travelling about 20minutes to get to anything however it was quiet and peaceful! If you are a formula 1 NASCAR fan you will absolutely love everything about this place. I don’t recommend eating on site, prices are high. The pool was amazing, lots of room, shade coverage and chairs provided ! Lots of space to play lawn games!

Es un resort muy completo y cuidado. Nos alojamos en los apartamentos y la verdad que por lo general bastante bien! Son muy amplios, varios baños, gran terraza, cocina amplia, cocina amplia… Sitio para aparcar en la misma puerta! Personal amable! Piscina exterior enorme con su respectivo jardín y hamacas. Servicio de habitaciones efectivo. El spa es gratuito y bastante completo aunque no funcionaba la sauna. Las pegas que le ponemos son las siguientes: tv sólo en la sala de estar y demasiado pequeña. Los aires acondicionados sólo estaban en las habitaciones, no en la sala de estar aunque no nos fue un problema. No dejaron ni un estropajo ni jabón para lavar los platos (en cambio te dicen que tienes que dejarlos fregados obligatoriamente si no hacen cargos adicionales). En la cocina habían muchas moscas pequeñas (de estas de la comida) desde que llegamos… es decir no fue por nuestra culpa… además de hormigas que venían desde fuera. Lo peor a mi parecer es la hora de salida que es a las 10:30 de la mañana… entiendo que luego tienen que hacer limpieza y demás pero es demasiado pronto siendo que para entrar es a las 16:00h. Pero por lo general está muy bien! Nosotros tuvimos la suerte de ir la primera quincena de junio que no hay mucha gente entre semana y se disfruta mucho mejor!!!!

With regards to the Algarve Race Resort. Our stay for the first day of our vacation was amazing. The people at the resort were helpful and friendly. My wife had a massage at the spa and it was one of the best she’s ever had. a shout out to the dining staff and the front desk was extremely helpful. I would recommend this resort to anyone that is staying in the Algarve area. Thanks for the great service.

Im Waschbecken lief das Wasser nicht ab, trotz mehrmaliger Meldung wurde man „I will inform the maintenance“ tagelang vertröstet. Beim Frühstücksbuffet nahm die Auswahl je nach Belegung der Anlage ab. War froh, dass wir am letzten Tag überhaupt noch Brot bekamen.

I had high hopes for this property, which clearly was once a nice place—but sadly, it’s now in serious need of attention. Instead, they tried to pass off a single room. It took a long time to resolve, and the staff’s indifferent attitude didn’t help. The front desk team seemed unfamiliar with their own POS system and insisted on charging us in USD, adding a 5% conversion fee, despite my request to pay in local currency. When I asked about the in-room safe that wasn’t working, I was told there was an extra charge to activate it—something I’ve never encountered before. The shower had visible mold and mildew, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. There were trash carts overflowing for most of our stay, needing removed. Kids were allowed in the bar area, which felt inappropriate, and the restaurant—while decent—was understaffed and struggled to keep up with demand. Overall, this hotel could be great again with proper investment and training, but as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Staying here will cost you a fortune just to travel and see civilisation. There’s no pavement to walk anywhere and the nearest supermarket is around 25 minutes away. For that reason, I wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend anyone to stay here. You’re better off staying in the heart of Portimao or Albufeira where everything is close by and things are still open at night

We stayed in one of the apartments, was absolutely gorgeous, very spacious ! The location wasn’t great, travelling about 20minutes to get to anything however it was quiet and peaceful! If you are a formula 1 NASCAR fan you will absolutely love everything about this place. I don’t recommend eating on site, prices are high. The pool was amazing, lots of room, shade coverage and chairs provided ! Lots of space to play lawn games!
