Business trip in Moussy-le-Neuf, the hotel provided a great place to stay for a few night with good access to parking and local routes. Rooms were adequate and the bed comfortable albeit a little firm. Having a swimming pool to access was a nice extra although hadn’t realised it was overlooked by everyone in the main hotel area.

L'hôtel a fermé la piscine pour travaux. je n'ai reçu aucun mail concernant la fermeture de la piscine. En discutant avec la réceptionniste, la personne était très désagréable en nous disant que nous devrions ouvrir les yeux et regarder la pancarte affichais a l'entrée qui nous informe que la piscine. Ainsi que le roomservice qui nous a servis 2 pizzas a moitiés chaudes.

Been there for 1 night. Because of early flight I wasn’t able to visit the breakfast but the pool looks good. The rooms are okay but on the 3th floor you can easily hear the ventilation which for me is not comfortable. I will visit again but on the first floor away from the ventilation fan. The reception was great, good communication. The on-site parking is easy to access with 14 euro fee per day.

Hotel was okay not like we have read reviews it’s best hotel.Breakfast was not tasty at all.We had the access to pool and sauna but no point because water was very cold in pool and sauna and no towels for provided properly for shower and pool.They charged us more money for breakfast and it was not worthy.Hotel was clean but I am not very happy with my stay.Even we paid for city tax and it was nothing mentioned on website when we are booking the hotel.

L'hôtel est situé à proximité de l'aéroport. Nous avons reçu un bon accueil à l'hôtel. La chambre était assez petite et nécessite quelques travaux de rénovations (murs, équipement dans la salle de bain, douche). La piscine est bien mais très bruyante et les bonnets ne sont pas obligatoires ce qui fait que l'on trouve beaucoup de cheveux au bord de la piscine. La salle de sport est très petite et le hammam était hors service. Pour un 4 étoiles, il y a des améliorations à apporter. Le parking de l'hôtel est aussi très cher.

J ai effectué une réservation dans cet établissement avec mon fils surtout pour le coin piscine et spa. Mais à aucun moment l hôtel ni le tour operator m ont prévenu de la fermeture de la piscine pour une semaine semaine. J ai fait une réclamation par mail a l'hôtel aucune réponse de leur part. Un manque de professionnalisme certain. Cet hôtel n a rien d exceptionnel en dehors de sa piscine

プールが付いていたのと朝食が無料であった点を差し引いてもとにかく客室以外の全ての部分が汚れていました。廊下は埃だらけ、プールに付いていたサウナはゴミだらけ、プールのシャワーは髪の毛だらけで、不潔でした。今まで泊まったどのホテルよりも汚かったです。4つ星をつけていたこのサイトは気をつけていただきたいです。

Clean basic hotel with an airport shuttle : free from the airport to the hotel, but about 22 Euros (I think) to get back to the airport. Nothing happening in the area around the hotel, but then again, people just use the hotel as a stop-over near the airport. (We stayed there because we have family in a village close by.) Wifi was down on our 1st night, otherwise no complaints.

It was a pleasurable experience for me. The room is beautiful and the WiFi works perfectly. The pool is took the cake for me! I loved every bit of my time there and to top it off the staff were amazing and helpful. The only shortfall for me is the meal. I never liked it as it wasn’t anything special. Others may like it but I didn’t. I’ll definitely be staying there again should I find myself in Paris😄

The hotel was nice, but there was no appreciable air conditioning. I turned it on and set the temperature and fan and there was such a small trickle of cold coming out of the duct it really did nothing. We actually ended up opening our windows and listened to the planes instead. Brian

Except the main counter staff. All the workers walk, talk and behave like zombies. No expressions. No smile and no life. Even staff members, came to our room couple of times to drop water, didn’t mind knocking the door. They directly opened the door. There could be thousands of possibilities

After arriving early in Paris after a long flight, there was not a minute earlier check-in, then the 3 o’clock. I am sure they had the room ready prior to that, but they were not going to give it up even for an extra price. I think they could’ve given a little more in the hospitality department. We just wanted to check in we are falling asleep in the lounge.

Hotel gradevole all'arrivo, somigliante più ad una palestra o piscina. Lunga fila per il check-in, arrivati alle h. 19,00 c'era soltanto un impiegato. Sulla pubblicità di Expedia riporta la distanza con l'aeroporto Charles De Gaulle in km 1,9 in realtà è a 6 km, chiediamo la navetta per la mattina successiva, in pubblicità gratuita, nella realtà a pagamento. Saliamo ai piani e l'abbandono della struttura ci accoglie, moquette sporca e vecchia, porte scrostate, in camera solo gli asciugamani per una persona, scendiamo lì chiediamo ma non ci sono mai stati forniti. Capisco il povero impiegato che essendo solo non riusciva a soddisfare i clienti. Ci dicono che possiamo farci il caffè in camera ma la macchinetta è guasta. Il rapporto prezzo qualità è eccessivo Credo che 4 stelle sia proprio esagerato, forse merita 3 stelle

Everything was wonderful, the gentleman at check in was extremely helpful and polite to make our stay a wonderful experience! The breakfast was delicious and reach in variety! The Oceania is a hidden gem of a hotel, most people are here waiting on flights, there is a bus service from the Roissypole to the Oceania- it has a fairly fast linkup to downtown Paris and it's historical 1er Arrondissement. I stayed 2 days, and was both pleasantly surprised at the amenities offered. The neaighbor Nomad hotel runs a dinner buffet that is very cool, excellent value and great dishes. The Le-Mesnil Amelot village has a Artisan Boulangerie, and a couple of Pizza dives. Nice roundup of amenities, and the hotel itself is clean 5*

Place was nice but not as near of a stay to the CDG airport as it seems. It was a 40 Euro trip by taxi for the 4 of us and the hotel charges 9 Euro per person for their shuttle so better off taking a taxi IMO. Pool was nice, they had a steam bath so life was good. Small market about a 10 min walk but nothing else around really.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially accommodating my inability to speak French. Although smoking is not permitted in the rooms, guests obviously violate that policy. I shared this with the front desk and it appeared to be well received. For me, price was a major consideration. I spent less on the hotel to be able to do more in Paris.

We arrived at CDG at 4 pm, but the shuttle to the hotel wasn't going to come until 6, so we had to take a cab. There was no food available--the concierge pointed me to a vending machine when I asked; the restaurant wasn't even open on a Friday night! No snacks at the bar. The shower had no soap or shampoo--only an empty bottle! The hotel advertised a refreshing pool and a hot tub, but it was all enclosed--stiflingly hot--and the pool, itself, _was_ the hot tub; it was too hot to swim in! This was an awful place!

Enkelt hotell, funkade fint som övernattning i väntan på morgonflyg. Restaurangen var dock stängd när vi var där, tyvärr också baren så vi fick gå till grannhotellet, detta låg vägg i vägg så inga större problem.
