We had micevisits every night, the toilet ran continously, the couch was really dirty and worn and no response when calling contact. Can not reccomend!

Staff did not care Fridge was warm with food in it Not enough food and untidy Tv had no remote and light strip had been removed had to rely on phone torch to get in and out of bed Room way to hot and thermostat not working Robot vacuum kept was very noisy for a very long time

I had a 17 hour layover in Paris and decided to stay at this property before my next long leg of travel to relax à little. I was pretty disappointed with how rude and robotic was the male worker at the reception, then the room was really hot. No AC and not air circulation, no even a window for air. It was like a box. The owners/ management team didn’t even think to put head lumps or just a lump for softer light at night, didn’t even think to put a clock in the room especially with travelers needing to be on time for their flights. In addition to that most of the TV channels weren’t available, and those available keep on stopping every two minutes. It was honestly a bad and disappointing experience especially when guests pay over €400/ night. Please take proper action ASAP. Thank you
