Pas entièrement satisfaite : sur internet ce n'est pas precisé que la navette Roissy-Hotel commence a 18h donc j'ai pris un taxi - frais supplémentaires. La réceptionniste etait pressée. Peu d'explications pour la navette du lendemain. Il a fallu deviner comment faire. La TV ne marchait pas. Je pense que les piles etaient usees. Pas de tapis de bains. Positif : la chambre tres propre, calme, le lit confortable. Le chauffeur de la navette du matin tres aimable

Séjour avant un vol tôt le matin, hôtel très propre et personnel attentif et accueillant. Un peu loin du terminal, du coup le service de navette payante à 7€ et un peu cher pour une course de 10 mn. A noter les oreillets étaient assez dur et assez inconfortable, du coup c'est limite pour le repos mieux vaut s'en passer.

I stayed at this hotel for transit and the room was reasonably spacious and clean. The front desk was friendly. It was a pity that there was no hairdryer. I took a cab from CDG to this hotel, but the driver pretended to be lost and charged me 16 euros perhaps because he didn't make much money unlike those going to Paris city center. It doesn’t have restaurant, but the Campanile Roissy hotel next door has one, so that was not a problem. The shuttle bus (van) is about 10 euros, so if you don't have a lot of luggage, it is better to wait for the shuttle bus at CDG. The front desk closes at 9 p.m., but after that you can go to the Campanile next door. In the morning, between 6:30 and 9:30 a.m., a van to CDG departs every 30 minutes from in front of the Campanile. You can buy a ticket at the front desk and reserve a time to get on the van, but you might want to do it early because the van seats 6 people and Campanile guests also get on. The hotel is a good place to stay for transit, but not for sightseeing as it is far from Paris city center.

This was a great choice for the night before an early flight out of Paris. What we found unusual was that while the hotel advertised a shuttle to the airport so we got on the shuttle from the airport to get tot the hotel they did not tell us it would be 7 euros each and then 7 euros back to the airport in the morning. This added on almost 50 euros to our stay. I don't mind the price but I feel it would be better to advertise this on the hotels.com page for the hotel so one is not surprised

L’accueil même par un robot aurait été plus chaleureux. L’odeur des canalisations dans la salle de bain est intolérable. J’aurais pu reconstituer un animal avec tous les moutons présents sous le lit (photos dispos), les interrupteurs de lampes de chevet éclairés empêchent de dormir. Pour compléter poussoir de chasse d’eau et repose pommeau de douche cassé, pas de joint sous la porte de douche inondant la salle de bain. Un demi rouleau de papier toilette de qualité de base, pas de mouchoirs, une bouilloire aurait été bienvenue surtout avec la machine à café du hall d’accueil HS. Le pire hôtel dans lequel j’ai séjourné, et pas le moins cher, de loin…

Je suis très déçu de mon séjour d’une nuit, les draps n’étaient pas propres, il y avait des taches de morve sèches sur le couvre-lit. Les taies d’oreiller n’était pas propre il y avait des poils et cheveux afro. Donc très reconnaissable dans le lit et sur les serviettes. Le confort du lit était horrible. C’était très dur. Le bruit du voisinage est vraiment pas terrible. On entend tout dans le couloir, on entend les chambres d’à côté, l’isolation est très mauvaise, je suis vraiment déçu, je n’y reviendrai jamais.

Hotel bien situé pour aller prendre l’avion. C’est collé à l’aéroport. Donc forcément la proximité des pistes pourrait faire que le bruit est insupportable, et bien agréablement surpris par l’isolation phonique externe. Par contre pas d’isolation phonique interne, les bruits du couloir et des chambres voisines sont tres présents, obligé de sortir les bouchons d’oreille.

Room was very small. We didn’t have much luggage but it would be hard if someone had luggage. Bathroom very small. But the price wasn’t bad for a large city otherwise I would give less. Shuttle convenient but took us a while to figure out. Ours was just one night but not appropriate for people staying longer. Staff was polite.

Quiet property away from the row of hotels on the west and south-side of the airport. Rooms are clean and quiet. Interesting and unique restaurants within walking distance. Great place if you have a rental car to return before your flight because you can enter CDG from the east side and avoid the insane traffic enter from the west. Easy and quick access. My new place to stay when I fly out of CDG.

Clean, practical overnight option near airport. We accessed it by bus 2101 from Roissypole. Hairdryer available on request. Basic but satisfactory French breakfast at a good price. Good air conditioning in room. Superb buffet restaurant in Le Campanile: the quality and range was outstanding and service was very good too.

We had an overnight stay for our flight out the next morning. The hotel is very bare bones. There is no air conditioning, so we had to keep the window opened. Having the window opened, made for a very noisy night with the airplanes coming and going. The room was clean and for an overnight stay, it was okay.

The hotel itself was fine and the staff was friendly. However, I took a shuttle to the airport after my stay and realized I left my work laptop computer on the bed. I immediately called, messaged and messaged again. No one would answer or respond to any form of communication. I have been trying to contact for days since returning to the U.S. and no response. I have asked Expedia to help but I still have not heard from anyone. I simply want my computer shipped to me and the shipping paid with my credit card the hotel already has on file. This computer is EXTREMELY important and good customer service would be to help a guest - or at least respond to a message. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel to refuse to respond to a guest. Be aware, once you stay here, you'll never be able to reach anyone after you leave. Very disappointed.

Gets the job done. Had an unexpected re-route overnight through Paris and needed a last minute hotel near the airport to catch a few hours sleep. This place was clean, simple and got the job done. Customer service was great on the phone and in person. A few key points to note: -shuttle service stops from the airport at 11:30. It is at Terminal 2B outside. If you arrive after that just get an Uber. -triple check your address if you get a ride!!! There are multiple Premiere Classe-CDG airport hotels and I made the mistake of plugging in the wrong one. This is my bad but just wanted to pass along the info. -the airport shuttles for the morning need to be reserved. They fill up. They offered to book us a taxi, which wound up being a cash only driver and it cost literally 2x as much as the Uber ride. Moral of the story—get an Uber. This place is a great no frills option that feels clean and 100% beats trying to sleep in the airport.

This is my bad but just wanted to pass along the info. -the airport shuttles for the morning need to be reserved. They fill up. They offered to book us a taxi, which wound up being a cash only driver and it cost literally 2x as much as the Uber ride. Moral of the story—get an Uber. This place is a great no frills option that feels clean and 100% beats trying to sleep in the airport.

The staff was very friendly. The only problem I had was the hotel is closed after 10 PM and you have to go to the sister hotel across the street. It was dark with only a few lights but other than that the room was quiet and clean and I went there for layover, which was perfect, I also could not the shuttle to get there is a barcode and so I had to take a taxi 30 American dollars for a nine minute drive that was kind of expensive . they should let people know in the advertisement that you need to get the shuttle hours in advance before you need it.

It was nice that it was very close to the airport. One thing I didn’t like was that it has the same name as a nearby hotel and I went to wrong one. That was confusing. Maybe let your guests know that there are multiple locations before they arrive. I booked my Uber thinking it was fine but it was about 15 minutes away from the actual location. I ended up being late for an event.

Quiet property away from the row of hotels on the west and south-side of the airport. Rooms are clean and quiet. Interesting and unique restaurants within walking distance. Great place if you have a rental car to return before your flight because you can enter CDG from the east side and avoid the insane traffic enter from the west. Easy and quick access. My new place to stay when I fly out of CDG.

The variety of food, particularly cheeses, was excellent. The staff was attentive and even though not as close to the airport as I would have liked, the tranquility made up for it. I would certainly choose to stay there again when traveling through Paris.

Hotel was ok, easy check in and convenient proximity to CDG airport. The bathroom sink leaked and the room could have been cleaner but the bed was comfortable. Hallway and neighbor noise was not ideal. No hand soap or hair conditioner available. The next door hotel conveniently had a restaurant for dinner which was nice. The airport shuttle was efficient and affordable.

A notre arrivée, l'accueil de l'hotel est très bien. Le restaurant était par contre très décevant. Nous sommes arrivés après 20h30. Le buffet était vide et non réaprovisionné. Le personnel est non-chalant et préfère fumer en terrasse que s'occuper des clients. Après que plusieurs autres clients se soient plaint, les choses bougent et des entrées sont apportées au buffet. On a donc pris que le buffet Entrées/Desserts. Le buffet Chaud est resté désespérément vide. De retour dans la chambre, le reception est fermée et on découvre que la chasse d'eau en panne. Nous improvisant en remplissant d'eau la poubelle de salle-bain. Ca fait beaucoup en une seule fois. On pensait être en PREMIERE CLASSE... Ce n'était que de la dernière classe !

It would be so easy for this hotel to improve! Publish the shuttle schedule since no one answers the phone or responds to messages! Fix the light fixtures!!! Hotel is about 10 min drive from CDG Airport (T2) with thew taxi costing around €16, Booked the shuttle bus (departs from Campanile hotel next door) to leave at 05h30 the next morning to catch our next flight, but the driver did not turn up. Half an hour later it was too late to wait for the replacement driver to arrive so got another taxi back to airport. FYI: The shuttle costs 7€ per person so if there's 2 or more of you, then the taxi might be a better option anyway. The shuttle is not the same company as the hotel. Rooms are not sound proofed. Whilst you do not hear any planes, the neighbouring rooms can be heard - especially if they have a baby that cries :0(
