The hotel was nice. It had a starbucks inside, which seemed to be convenient. I saw no other options on site to eat. The hotel clerk that checked me in was extremely nice and helpful. We needed a handicap parking place and she personally went to the parking gee as garage to check for me to let us know! This was so kind of her! Very pleasant young lady. The only thing I didn’t like about my hotel room were the beds. They were extremely uncomfortable, very hard I

It was good place to stay for me while I was visiting friends who live in the Green Hills neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again, and if I had more time, I would probably use the rooftop pool.

The hotel was very quiet and had a nice pool for my 6-year-old grandson. It was 3-4 feet, so it was perfect for him. We appreciated the friendly staff, the ease of checking in and out, as well as the covered parking garage.

This hotel is gorgeous, and if you like shopping, it's next to a mall. The nearby Whole Foods was helpful for me. I'd give it 5 stars on everything, except that it cost $30 to park in their garage. The garage was a little tricky to navigate, and there was one elevator out of three that went to it, so I got lost. It was also a ways away from the highway, which was less convenient for me on this trip. But aside from that, great room, extremely clean, great staff.

The room was good - we stayed 2 nights and after the first night - the attendant did NOT come in to refresh the coffee bar and did NOT take out the trash - i was fine with the towels - no problem - but to NOT take out the trash -NOT GOOD BUT THEN - the area where i was supposed to take my dog was DISGUSTING - NO LIGHTS AT NIGHT - so the next morning i went out there and UGHH - trash and leaves all over BUT THE WORST WAS THAT THEY PROVIDED A WATER BOWL FOR THE DOGS - BUT IT WAS A METAL BOWL - ALL RUSTED AND FULL OF DIRT AND LEAVES - needless to say - i walked my dog elsewhere - BUT THEN THE SHOCK CAME WHEN WE CHECKED OUT AND GOT THE BILL FOR OUR DOG $50.00 A NIGHT - 2 NIGHTS $100.00 -UNBELIEVABLE !!! THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED HERE WAS BECAUSE THERE WERE NO LAQUINTA INNS CLOSE BY at laquinta - we are charged $20. a night AND they have a treat canister waiting in the lobby for 4-legged friends and their dog area outside is big, spacious, well-lit, clean and well maintained We were very disappointed at this courtyard by Marriott - i thought their standards were higher than this.

I came to stay the night because I had a doctors appointment. The first room they gave me smelled like perfume and I am allergic so I requested a room change. Luckily, she was able to change my room. The new room was better and no strong fragrance. No balcony and windows don’t open unfortunately so there is no airing out. The walls are old, I could hear the couple in the room next to me zipping their luggage and talking. But with earplugs, I slept very good, and it was very quiet the rest of the night. It is also very comfortable and super clean. It is walkable to the mall and a couple of restaurants, which is nice.

The room wasn't completely clean. There was a bit of a mess in the bathroom. The hotel was fine. Could use a little brushing up. The morning desk workers were great. Nine and Chelsea were very friendly. The evening manager was not so friendly. We enjoyed our stay and we'll probably come back. Just could use some improvements.

I had to wait several minutes at the front desk as they were on the phone. They seem to be training a new employee. Then I went up to the room. The shower handle was rusty, and it was really hard to figure out how to turn on the shower. The bed was not very comfortable. One of my pillowcases had a melted spot on it. It was rough and uncomfortable. One of the lights in the room had some sort of part of the fixture falling down. The air conditioner in the room would kick on all night long and sounded like a plane taking off each time I was rather surprised due to the price of the room per night. I was also charged $30 for parking which I did not know about before arriving. The downstairs area was very nice and well put together. The room was average. The area is also very nice great restaurants very safe.

None of the TV’s worked at this property. Out TV in room wouldn’t come on. We weren’t able to switch .rooms. They sent a repairman man two times to fix the tv, which stayed broken. That killed all our afternoon rest time. When we checked out at 10:30 we were told coffee in the loony stops at 10 but that’s what the in room coffee is for. This place is terrible I would NOT recommend anyone staying there

The lobby was nice. Our room was just ok. The bed was ok but not super comfortable. The bathroom smelled odd and the shower door leaked really bad into the floor. The worst was the a/c and heater didn’t work right. The wall thermostat said ERR the whole time and we couldn’t adjust the temp but the thing still ran on and off all night and made weird noises. The room was either chilly or too warm. It was a nice appearing hotel but had lots of little problems. The location was just what we wanted and overall enjoyed our trip.

I booked two rooms and the tv in either room work. I told staff when checking out and they seemed to not care. When the heat kicked on there was something metal vibrating really loud and disturbed our sleep. The second room said that their water in the shower never got above luke warm.

Very clean hotel. The bed was not the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I had two problems while I was there, the first being that the air conditioner and heater didn’t work. The thermostat had an error message on it. Luckily, the ambient temperature was suitable for my state so it didn’t affect my comfort level. The second problem is how loud the door slam. I think this is a problem at all hotels, but they make the door so heavy for security purposes I assume but they should have some sort of soft closing mechanism on them because they slam over and over and over all day and night long. It was hard to get a good nights sleep.

Whatever you do-dont get a room under the pool. You will here water draining through your walls 24/7. The deadbolt on the door didnt work nor would they fix it. The shower head is supposed to be adjustable it didnt work and last but not least we smelled marijuana coming into our room from the room underneath us or coming in through the air conditioning from the pool area. At this price point you get this kind of crowd. If your one of them then you will fit right in. We will not stay there again!!!

This was the worst stay for my wife and I. We actually attended an emotional memorial service in Kentucky and wanted to rest before returning home to Arkansas. The fire alarm started going off around 9pm awaking us from our sleep. It didn’t stop until after 22am. We were told something was wrong with the sprinkler system in the basement. But we were told that after sitting in the lobby for awhile. That info came from other ppl who was also staying in the hotel. Someone on staff should have come and addressed us to let us know this info. Instead we had to overhear people talking.

We have had positive experiences at this hotel several times. This one was not it. Pros: Quick maintenance response. Convenience. Clean and safe. Cons: Room was hot. Bed was uncomfortable. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room. Staff at bistro was rude. Charged for parking, unlike previous stays.

Excellent Hotel, great location. Clean, nice decor, friendly staff. Microwave and fridge in room. Near to a bus stop for the number 7 to Downtown. Green Hills Mall just 5mins walk away. Wholefoods store only 10mins walk away. Excellent restaurant nearby called "Char". Would definitely stay again.

Green Hills Mall is walkable, with many restaurant choices, The location is away from downtown, but a convenient drive to all the attractions. The hotel is very comfortable and reasonably priced.
