Staff are lovely always smiling and helpful and remember your name. . Pool is great The breakfast is amazing. Honestly we have stayed in hotels world wide and this for me was the best. What ever your taste or nationality you will find many options. The baked soda and multi grain is delicious. Poolside bar nice lunch menu. Main restaurant nice pasta etc and themed nights Beach is nice and honestly the staff do their very best but with the tides can bring plastics. We were up early every day and saw the staff raking the beach . Unfortunately this seems to be a problem in the whole of Bali . It didn’t not stop us using the sea as I said above the staff cleaned every day. The hotel needs the beach sun loungers to be the same as the ones around the pool with comfortable pads as too uncomfortable without padding. Could do with tap either end of beach for washing off sand. Beds are huge and comfortable and bathroom very clean. The staff who do all the fitness and water aerobics are fantastic. We made use of yoga, stretching early morning bike ride etc . Nice restaurants within walking distance ie Mandela and Bali Collection has many nice restaurants we loved Burmese all 5mins in taxi or free shuttle. Little arts and crafts market and gift shops. Massage available at hotel . We went outside for a change and loved Royal Orchid Spa all walkable. Very clean and professional with couples rooms. So we would highly recommended this beautiful hotel. Would visit again.

Excellent staff and hotel. Great kids club staff. Kids can eat for free in one of the restaurants if and adult orders a main meal. Kids menu had good healthy options. Breakfast was surprisingly good and well organized even with a made to order egg and coffee service. Not a crappy self service coffee machine in sight!. Pool is nice and well maintained. Unfortunately lots of plastic debris washes up onto the beach- that's the whole of this region, but the staff do try to clean up. The swimming area in the beach in front of the hotel isnt the best- it's small and lots of jetskis. If u walk a little further, you can use the nicer parts of the beaches adjoining to the other hotels (considered to be public, but have to pay to use their sunloungers). The hotel could do with a few more shaded lounge beds by the pool/beach, (many are without shade) A couple of nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel as well as convenience stores, though the hotel restaurant itself offers good food at reasonable prices.

Second time back for holidays with family which included a 8 year old. Has a good kids club, staff in kids club were amazing although other hotels have more of a range of free activities included in there kids club and perhaps more suited to younger kids. Pools were good although one large deep swimming pool was lacking. Minor issue, kettle didn’t work Right on the beach but no one was really swimming as there is a lot of rubbish washing up to shore. Staff did a great job trying to continuously clean it. Bars were great and staff were very accommodating even with a strict gluten free option for our son. Offered alternative menus every day for lunch breakfast and dinner Overall good hotel although there are also other great hotels in the area also

Very good hotel, staff excellent, good breakfast with wide range of food. Has 3 swimming pools that were all clean. Only five minutes away from Bali collection shopping centre which also has plenty of restaurants and shops.

Highly recommend this resort for families with children. The kids pool and kids club were fantastic. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to cater for our needs. They offered a personalised experience. We stayed in a standard king room which was above our expectations. The room was spacious and offered a partial ocean view. It was well kept however housekeeping needs to work on their attentiveness. The floors were not clean and our sheets were not changed at all. Breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from. The standard menu was affordable but repetitive for a week long stay. The pools were nicely set up however there is not enough sun loungers and hard to get. The pools need immediate maintenance. There were a lot of missing tiles and patch up jobs. Four kids cut themselves and needed first aid. The upkeep of the pools was disappointing. Wifi was fast and had connection throughout the resort, even in the pool. The spa was a luxurious experience, highly recommended. Overall, to sum up our stay in key words - above our expectations, highly recommended for young families, excellent staff, would stay there again, spruce up the menu, fix the pools.

Clean rooms, staff all friendly can’t do enough for you. Pools and surrounding areas kept clean, good quality pool towels and can change daily or more often if needed. Good breakfast and again staff very attentive. Lovely location right on the beach front, perfect to catch up on rest and relax time. Went to the BBQ night on the beach ( you need to book) very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua, the perfect ending to our Bali trip. My husband, our 3 year old daughter and i spent our last days in Bali at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua and it was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, honestly some of the kindest people we met during our whole trip. The official check in time was 3 PM and we arrived earlier, fully prepared to wait. To our surprise, our room was already ready and they allowed us to check in early, which was such a pleasant bonus after a long journey. We had booked a standard room but to our delight we were upgraded to a room with an ocean view. It made our stay even more special. This hotel was the perfect place to relax. There are beautiful swimming pools and direct access to the beach. Our daughter had the best time at the Kids Club and truly enjoyed every minute there. Children can stay at the Kids Club alone from the age of 4 but we requested a nanny which was no problem at all. Another amazing surprise was the late check out at 6 PM instead of 12 PM. This allowed us to enjoy the pool a bit more and rest before our departure which made a huge difference. The food at the hotel was delicious and a big plus kids eat for free. Everything about our stay was just perfect. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Truly an unforgettable experience. Wow just wow.

편히 쉬고 싶어서 대부분의 시간을 리조트에서 보냈는데 다들 친절해서 불편함이 없었어요. 수영장 근처는 늘 닦아서 미끄러지지 않도록 관리하고 다들 웃는 얼굴로 친절했습니다. 방 관리 및 청소는 늘 깨끗했어요. 수영장 바닦에 떨어진 타일이 있었는데 그건 위험해 보였어요. 수영하고 해변따라 조깅 및 자전거타고 근처 워터블로우나 쇼핑몰 다녀오기도 좋았어요

We stayed from a Wednesday to Monday with both breakfast and dinner included. As this was in September it was low season and no stress and with very attentative staff, that made our stay unforgettable. We had a room on 5th floor with partly sea view and it was great. We recommend high floors otherwise you will risk steering into a black wall. It was a spacious and comfortable room with a good AC. We were only missing a fridge/minibar in the room. The gym was good with two mills and some other machines. The beach front was excellent, good beds and relaxing atmosphere and again very very good service. An excellent breakfast buffet didn’t miss out on anything. And as we had dinner included we didn’t bother going local, the food at the restaurant was very good, and the tomato soup was our favourite starter. With a staff remembering your name and room number wherever you go, was very impressive and we felt lucky being here during low season. Definitely a place to return to on another occasion.

Nous avons eu la malchance de tomber sur un hébergement où l’odeur n’était pas bonne. Au départ nous ne savions pas d’où cela venait et nous nous sommes aperçus que cela sortait de la climatisation Il y avait une odeur d’humidité vraiment désagréable. Ce n’est pas acceptable vu le prix payé de 160€ la nuit. Après notre première nuit, le soir en revenant dans la chambre, l’odeur était encore présente et plus forte. Nous avons donc demandé d'avoir une nouvelle chambre. La 2eme chambre n’était pas propre au niveau de la salle de bain. Il restait une seule chambre disponible mais avec des lits jumeaux, l’odeur était si infernale que nous avons accepté de dormir séparés avec ma compagne. Je ne considère pas que c’est digne d’un 5 étoiles (même sans les problèmes d’odeur). De plus le petit déjeuner n’est pas exceptionnel En points positifs, le personnel est vraiment sympathique, la possibilité d’avoir une plage privée est un plus. Faire attention aux marées hautes et basses. Car à partir de 14-15h, plus possible de se baigner ou de faire des activités aquatiques

I have now stayed at this property twice. The first time was 5 years ago for a quick 2 night stay this trip we stayed here for 9 nights and brought friends. We all had an incredible stay. The hotel is so clean and it doesn’t look like it’s aged a day since we first stayed. The staff is amongst some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Within 2 days they had our names memorized and would greet us everywhere we went and have tables ready for us every breakfast. I can’t say enough good things!

While i like the property with its beach access, the rooms had issues of cleanliness - Water kettle was dirty and needed replacement, coffee cups had coffee stains & after cleaning bits and pieces of rubbish would remain in the room.

Highly recommend this resort for families with children. The kids pool and kids club were fantastic. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to cater for our needs. They offered a personalised experience. We stayed in a standard king room which was above our expectations. The room was spacious and offered a partial ocean view. It was well kept however housekeeping needs to work on their attentiveness. The floors were not clean and our sheets were not changed at all. Breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from. The standard menu was affordable but repetitive for a week long stay. The pools were nicely set up however there is not enough sun loungers and hard to get. The pools need immediate maintenance. There were a lot of missing tiles and patch up jobs. Four kids cut themselves and needed first aid. The upkeep of the pools was disappointing. Wifi was fast and had connection throughout the resort, even in the pool. The spa was a luxurious experience, highly recommended. Fantastic hotel, beautiful pool and private beach. Staff were amazing. Large room and bathroom. Plenty of power outlets. Very clean and lovely Dove soaps, hair products and body cream. Highly recommend would use again in a heartbeat.

Good service & nice large and clean ocean facing room. What was especially memorable was the hotel manager leaving a birthday card & slice of cake for me in the room! The breakfast buffet was only so-so. Not many good choice of restaurant around the hotel though.

Amazing customer service from the hotel staff. The restaurant serve great food with great service. The room is spacious and clean. My only complaint is that they didn’t provide free airport shuttles, only shuttle to the shopping center, but it’s not too bad as Grab service was able to get us there quick.

We stayed from a Wednesday to Monday with both breakfast and dinner included. As this was in September it was low season and no stress and with very attentative staff, that made our stay unforgettable. We had a room on 5th floor with partly sea view and it was great. We recommend high floors otherwise you will risk steering into a black wall. It was a spacious and comfortable room with a good AC. We were only missing a fridge/minibar in the room. The gym was good with two mills and some other machines. The beach front was excellent, good beds and relaxing atmosphere and again very very good service. An excellent breakfast buffet didn’t miss out on anything. And as we had dinner included we didn’t bother going local, the food at the restaurant was very good, and the tomato soup was our favourite starter. With a staff remembering your name and room number wherever you go, was very impressive and we felt lucky being here during low season. Definitely a place to return to on another occasion.

The property is lovely and the staff are very attentive. Mike and Ryan in particular went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Their kindness really stood out during my stay. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing trip, I would suggest avoiding school holidays. It is a very family friendly resort and there were lots of screaming kids, particularly noticeable from the ocean view rooms. The sliding doors let a lot of sound in and there are also musical performances outside, so it may not be ideal if you are after complete peace and quiet. That said, the view itself is absolutely stunning. I ordered room service and the food was delicious. The location was great, the bed was very comfy, and because it was my birthday the team surprised me with a little cake and a personalised card. I was really impressed, especially since I booked on such short notice. Highly recommend the buffet breakfast as well. One thing that did shock me was the amount of plastic that had washed up on the beach. I spent some time picking it up myself. This is of course not the resort’s fault as it is clearly coming in from the ocean, but worth being aware of. Overall it is a beautiful property with thoughtful staff who made my birthday stay special.

We booked 2 rooms and 1 wasn't ready until 4 pm and 1 was a disabled room which we didn't book and had to wait until the next day to change. Breakfast was terrible the staff are hopeless it took 45 minutes to get 2 fried eggs, we ordered Earl Grey tea and they brought hot chocolate. this happened on 3 days out of the 6 days. There seems to be no supervision of staff who are very young and overbearing and no management of the ordering of food. Ordered hot food at the pool and it arrived cold. Dining is limited to 1 restaurant and the menu is terrible and the food is not much better. The fish and chips were terrible. We stay in Bali at least twice a year and thought we would change to this hotel what a mistake it was. Would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua, the perfect ending to our Bali trip. My husband, our 3 year old daughter and i spent our last days in Bali at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua and it was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, honestly some of the kindest people we met during our whole trip. The official check in time was 3 PM and we arrived earlier, fully prepared to wait. To our surprise, our room was already ready and they allowed us to check in early, which was such a pleasant bonus after a long journey. We had booked a standard room but to our delight we were upgraded to a room with an ocean view. It made our stay even more special. This hotel was the perfect place to relax. There are beautiful swimming pools and direct access to the beach. Our daughter had the best time at the Kids Club and truly enjoyed every minute there. Children can stay at the Kids Club alone from the age of 4 but we requested a nanny which was no problem at all. Another amazing surprise was the late check out at 6 PM instead of 12 PM. This allowed us to enjoy the pool a bit more and rest before our departure which made a huge difference. The food at the hotel was delicious and a big plus kids eat for free. Everything about our stay was just perfect. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Truly an unforgettable experience. Wow just wow.

We stayed from a Wednesday to Monday with both breakfast and dinner included. As this was in September it was low season and no stress and with very attentative staff, that made our stay unforgettable. We had a room on 5th floor with partly sea view and it was great. We recommend high floors otherwise you will risk steering into a black wall. It was a spacious and comfortable room with a good AC. We were only missing a fridge/minibar in the room. The gym was good with two mills and some other machines. The beach front was excellent, good beds and relaxing atmosphere and again very very good service. An excellent breakfast buffet didn’t miss out on anything. And as we had dinner included we didn’t bother going local, the food at the restaurant was very good, and the tomato soup was our favourite starter. With a staff remembering your name and room number wherever you go, was very impressive and we felt lucky being here during low season. Definitely a place to return to on another occasion.

Zu aller erst möchte ich erwähnen, dass dieses Hotel Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua heißt, aber gar nicht in Nusa Dua liegt, sondern etwas nördlich der „Luxus Hotel-Anlagen“ von Nusa Dua. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Vorhänge sind ziemlich dreckig gewesen, die Minibar ist komplett leer (in einem 5 Sterne Hotel darf man ruhig erwarten dürfen, dass wenigstens die erste Getränkeladung kostenlos ist, hatten wir in unseren anderen 5 Sterne Unterkünften auf Bali auch). Das Personal an der Rezeption ist relativ freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Personal im Restaurant und am Strand ist auch ziemlich freundlich, jedoch wurde uns ein Frühstück aufgrund von 6 Minuten Verspätung verweigert. Naja, ist den anwesenden Hotelgäste ebenfalls negativ aufgestoßen, wir haben es einfach dann hingenommen. The property is lovely and the staff are very attentive. Mike and Ryan in particular went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Their kindness really stood out during my stay. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing trip, I would suggest avoiding school holidays. It is a very family friendly resort and there were lots of screaming kids, particularly noticeable from the ocean view rooms. The sliding doors let a lot of sound in and there are also musical performances outside, so it may not be ideal if you are after complete peace and quiet. That said, the view itself is absolutely stunning. I ordered room service and the food was delicious. The location was great, the bed was very comfy, and because it was my birthday the team surprised me with a little cake and a personalised card. I was really impressed, especially since I booked on such short notice. Highly recommend the buffet breakfast as well. One thing that did shock me was the amount of plastic that had washed up on the beach. I spent some time picking it up myself. This is of course not the resort’s fault as it is clearly coming in from the ocean, but worth being aware of. Overall it is a beautiful property with thoughtful staff who made my birthday stay special.

We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn, Benoa. Hotel had all of the amenities of a 5 star although the property is considerably small in comparison to others. The rooms were spacious with enough facilities and the housekeeping staff did a good job to ensure a good upkeep of the room. On one instance the housekeeping staff proactively offered to replace a fixture in the bathroom that was getting worn out while other times all our other requests were immediately attended too (such as request for toiletries, towels). All the hotel staff that we interacted at the lobby, restaurant, near the pool, housekeeping team were friendly and helpful at all times. There were multiple pools with beautiful ocean view and and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool experience that was wonderful and big. The only thing that could have been better is the breakfast option which is nice but limited options available for a vegetarian (who does not consume egg). However, we do appreciate the restaurant staff (Dewi and another male staff at the pancake counter) who tried to customize and prepare a snack as per my dietary restriction. On the day of departure, upon request the staff also packed an early breakfast for all of us in a timely way. Another highlight of the hotel was a free shuttle service that drops to Bali collection which was a great place to shop and eat out. Overall we had a lovely time at the hotel. We appreciate and would like to thank everyone for the wonderful service provided.

Holiday Inn is an amazing resort, faniky friendly amd the stuff are the best 👌 The only downside is the food options, very poor choices and limited menu. We stayed 12 days and we could not wat anythign at the resort except for the breakfast. The service was amazing Kids club dont tack kids under 4 years old. And for our 2 years old we had to book a Babysitter per hour. Babysitter must be booked 24 hiurs in advance which is not convenient. Thank you Holiday Inn

Excellent staff and hotel. Great kids club staff. Kids can eat for free in one of the restaurants if and adult orders a main meal. Kids menu had good healthy options. Breakfast was surprisingly good and well organized even with a made to order egg and coffee service. Not a crappy self service coffee machine in sight!. Pool is nice and well maintained. Unfortunately lots of plastic debris washes up onto the beach- that's the whole of this region, but the staff do try to clean up. The swimming area in the beach in front of the hotel isnt the best- it's small and lots of jetskis. If u walk a little further, you can use the nicer parts of the beaches adjoining to the other hotels (considered to be public, but have to pay to use their sunloungers). The hotel could do with a few more shaded lounge beds by the pool/beach, (many are without shade) A couple of nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel as well as convenience stores, though the hotel restaurant itself offers good food at reasonable prices.

We booked 2 rooms and 1 wasn't ready until 4 pm and 1 was a disabled room which we didn't book and had to wait until the next day to change. Breakfast was terrible the staff are hopeless it took 45 minutes to get 2 fried eggs, we ordered Earl Grey tea and they brought hot chocolate. this happened on 3 days out of the 6 days. There seems to be no supervision of staff who are very young and overbearing and no management of the ordering of food. Ordered hot food at the pool and it arrived cold. Dining is limited to 1 restaurant and the menu is terrible and the food is not much better. The fish and chips were terrible. We stay in Bali at least twice a year and thought we would change to this hotel what a mistake it was. Would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

We had a great stay at holiday inn Nusa dua, the staff were friendly, it was clean and felt safe. The breakfast was amazing!! We had dinner included which was good but it did take a long time to get dinner and with kids a hour and a half wait can be difficult, the food was tasty, there were limited options as being out of stock of a few menu items daily.

Amazing customer service from the hotel staff. The restaurant serve great food with great service. The room is spacious and clean. My only complaint is that they didn’t provide free airport shuttles, only shuttle to the shopping center, but it’s not too bad as Grab service was able to get us there quick.

Clean rooms, staff all friendly can’t do enough for you. Pools and surrounding areas kept clean, good quality pool towels and can change daily or more often if needed. Good breakfast and again staff very attentive. Lovely location right on the beach front, perfect to catch up on rest and relax time. Went to the BBQ night on the beach ( you need to book) very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The hotel is well kept with modern facilities. The staff are really lovely - go out of their way to help in every way! They even learn your names. Breakfast was fairly good - spread of continental cereal, eggs, pastries, some local/western cooked items and selection of hot drinks. Plenty for vegetarians. Only let down - quality of a la carte from restaurant was quite poor. We didnt expect gourmet but food really was poor. The cream-mushroom pasta looked and tasted like dirt. Would recommend this hotel for families (child friendly) and couples. Good location etc. Just eat out after breakfast!

Great Location. They need to communicate their deposits as we weren’t requested one on arrival and I had to keep paying for things individually.
