I was very concerned about roaches to say the least. This insect can get into clothes, bags, suitcases. I had to thoroughly inspect everything to ensure no roaches came home with me. No management was present for me to speak to. I did however use the link provided upon check in to communicate with them and I went to the front desk associate; however although they were very nice it was nothing they could do or offer me. When I think of Hampton Inn and Suites, I was to believe it was an upscale hotel (8.5 rating) and I would have nothing but a pleasant time. However, on top of the roach there was a constant noise for the entire time we were there. I even called in a house cleaner the morning of 12/21 to ensure that this noise was no usual and she agreed. When i called the front desk they said ok well check it once you check out. which i thought was awful. My husband also sat in the lobby from 9am to 930 and no breakfast. I then knocked on the door to the kitchen / food area to find the worker on the phone. She advised 10 minutes wait..,.yet food did not appear for any of the guest until 950 and it was very limited for all the people who were waiting. Seems a shame they express a FULL HOT BREAKFAST, and there was undercooked pork sausage, cold egg omlettes, and potatoes which were not cooked in the middle. We even joked that this is pork and must be fully cooked so guest dont get sick. The heater on the pool was not working. AWFUL

This is a good location for an event we go to yearly at the Maryland Zoo. I recommend it for the comfort of the beds, the free breakfast and indoor heated pool. The only negative was one of the elevators was out of service when we visited, making the wait times long given we were on the 5th floor. Would stay again!

The hotel facility itself is great. The check-in service is disorganized and unprofessional. Not enough handi-cap parking or general parking overall. Very irritating at 11pm at night!!!😡😡

The overnight stay here would have been average until we checked out to find that our car had been tampered with in the parking lot. The catalytic converter had been stolen overnight. The hotel only had one camera in the parking lot and didn't seem concerned that this happened on their property. I just want people to know that this is happening on the property and to be careful when they stay here.

Nice Hotel Great breakfast and coffee. BUT!! The swimming pool was an ice bath. My children were looking forward to having some fun. Unfortunately that didnt last long. Very close to shops and food. Would stay again. Just bring a wet suit.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!! The fitted sheet on my bed and the mattress pad had a LARGE wet spot near the foot of the bed and hair on it as if it were from bodily fluids. The sheets and blankets over the fitted sheet were dry! We contacted the front desk and were told they did not have any other rooms available , but they would bring up new sheets. She brought new sheets and we put towels under the sheets and a new mattress pad over the towels and put the soiled ones in the hall where they remained even after we checked out. We were offered FREE snacks(which we did not take) and told that there would be contact from management of that hotel .....there was not. I tried to contact the hotel after arriving back home and was put on hold for 20 mins and no one picked back up . After that, when I called ...they picked up and immediately placed me on hold without saying a word. Disgusting ...that is my summary!

The room was very clean. The bathroom had everything in liquid pump bottles, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I love that. The cabinet fridge was very spacious. The other side of the cabinet had little shelves, for food storage. The TV was a big screen. The bed mattress, was very comfortable. AC was working really good,. Room was niice and cool. I will stay here again.

I do love this place! The room was big, nice and clean. The stuff was nice and made me feel comfortable, gave a hot water for tea at 10:30p.m. (I think it is late time). I appreciate it! Only one thing was annoying - it is a fridge in the room. It works really loud. And I couldn’t to turn off it(

Exceptional hotel! Very large and comfortable room. The only drawback was the truck noise that persisted all night. As for a room facing the back of the hotel. Great breakfast and excellent customer service.

The room was comfortable and clean. And breakfast was fine. Convenient location not far from Baltimore. Was quiet at night and slept well in the bed. Gave this place 4 stars because I recommend there be a specific floor or side of the hotel saved for guests with pets. Our room was next to one where a guest had a dog that barked loudly and woke us up early in the morning. And the barking continued when we returned back to the room in the afternoon. Made our stay a little unpleasant while we were there but otherwise things were fine.

The stay at Hampton Inn was beyond horrible. Upon arrival, no one was at the reception desk. It took nearly 30 minutes for a clerk to show up. He was unfamiliar with the registration process and left the desk to go check a room. It took another 30 minutes to get our rooms. The air conditioner was not working well in our room. The halls were noisy with people most of the night and no one answered the front desk when I called. There was no seating in the breakfast room. When I checked out, the clerk never even asked "How was your visit?" CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS UNHEARD OF AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I will never again stay at a Hampton Inn Never.

My stay was decided last minute so to a change in plans. So I booked my room through third party which went smoothly here’s where it goes down hill. When I get to the hotel to check in I see a few frustrated customers who had been waiting for more than 15-minutes prior to me arriving. Now let’s add an additional 20-minutes of having to wait to check. When the clerk appeared he seemed unbothered and very removed from all of what’s happening all around him. This was very off putting the clerk did not acknowledge anyone and just said next person. As a customer I asked are you the clerk for the evening he said yeah. I got my key and went to my room

This location was very nice. Location is great, close to the highway. They have an excellent hot breakfast in the morning which was a great way to start the day before visiting family. Didn't have time to try out the gym or indoor pool, however both looked nice.

Was not a good location. Low budget hotel with constant “activity” next door, which caused concern. Another party with us had to call the police regarding noise and concern for guest’s welfare at 3am, when front desk staff was alerted twice and did nothing.

My stay was what I consider average. It was not in a very good part of town but I did not go out at night. Only fast food restaurants nearby. Had to travel north to get a decent meal. Room was serviced every day.

Wonderful stay! Everything stood out - Personable staff, impressive environment & newer facilities with all the amenities we would need. Followed by a comfortable & immaculate room to slumber, big breakfast, flowing coffee & tea. Only downside is that they don't have enough luggage carts. But you can sit a spell in their inviting & comfortable lounge until you can grab the next one!

The hotel itself was nice. The rooms appear to be fairly new renovation. However, the hotel directly behind is a somewhat questionable facility, which made the area seem questionable. The free breakfast was standard for what you get for free so don't expect too much there.

Maintenance of the property was lacking. Elevator role, ac broke, landscaping dead. Worst free breakfast I’ve ever had at - cereal was stale, sausage tasted like a hockey puck, coffee cups leaked.
