We stayed in two very nice rooms in this beautiful boutique hotel. It was a fantastic discovery — a real gem, a treasure — with a lovely garden and splash pool and great funky chic decor. Wonderful!

Nous sommes restés 1 seule nuit avant de reprendre l'avion. Nous avons pris une petite chambre mais elle avait un lit double et une banquette lit pour enfant, ce qui était parfait pour nous trois. La chambre est climatisée. Déco dans un style ancien avec du charme. Bons équipements sanitaires. Jardin absolument superbe et très agréable. Une petite piscine d'un mètre environ de profondeur, parfaite pour les enfants. Deux adorables chats qui sont venus nous faire plein de câlins. Un petit déjeuner buffet à volonté copieux et fait maison. Des fruits, des gâteaux, du sucré, du salé. C'était très bon. Assez calme compte tenu du fait qu'on est en ville. Les gens de l'hôtel sont adorables. Très bonne expérience.

We arrived at the property after 7:30pm, and we received a call from the owner who explained with details the procedure to get in the house which it was already closed! Very convenient, very clean, close to Lisbon, and parking in the property! Great place

This place was charming and the backyard was so peaceful and beautiful. We only stayed for one night (our last night before catching our plane leaving Portugal). The rooms are on the cozy size but the huge backyard patio and garden with chickens and two friendly cat more than entertained our 7 year old. Breakfast was served early and VERY delicious and varied. They were able to accommodate one of our travel companions who is gluten free. Communication with the property easy with quick responses.

La struttura è stupenda e speciale, curata nei dettagli e davvero accogliente. La stanza è’ bellissima e curata, il giardino è’ adorabile, la colazione è meravigliosa e abbondante, il personale è’ super disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo tardato ad arrivare causa cancellazione di un volo e si sono dati da fare per farci avere tutto quello che potevamo gradire fuori orario. Ci si sente davvero coccolati.

Fantastisch. Ik zocht bewust een plek buiten de stad, maar met openbaar vervoer of taxi is lissabon prima te bereiken van hier. Kamer was heel sfeervol ingericht, ruim en schoon. Ik kreeg toevallig een uprgrade naar de suite, maar weet zeker dat een andere kamer ook perfect was geweest. Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt uitgebreid en relaxed. De tuin, het hoofdgebouw en ontbijtruimte zijn prachtig. Ik kan me niet herinneren ooit zo positief te zijn vertrokken bij een hotel of B&B. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die niet per se in de stad hoeft te verblijven. Zowel de stad als de leuke kustplaatsen zijn goed te bereiken. De foto’s bij deze accomodatie gaven al een goede indruk, de werkelijke ervaring was nog beter.

I arrived late and unfortunately only stayed for one night as was travelling north from the airport. The hotel was quaint and full of character, beautifully clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Further from airport than thought. I great room but smaller tha' expected. Superclean bathroom. Has extra blanket... Fridge was not plugged in and did not notice till morning ruining insulin. Requested they freeze ice packs, and but only put in functional fridge not freezer... Hence was not thrilled. Breakfast was great... I

We had a lovely stay and made to feel very welcome, the staff were really friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and rooms were very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge to keep cold drinks in, we would highly recommend it to family and friends and would definitely stay there again in the future, well done to all involved in running a great hotel

Arriving at the hotel from the airport, we found nobody at the desk even though the sign on the door stated someone should be there until 7:00 pm. After finally getting a hold of someone on the phone, they informed us they cancelled our reservation due to over booking. Take note that we booked mid December for our February 21st stay. No phone call or text to inform us, just an email sent to us at 5:40 pm that day (while we were in transit from the airport). Terrible, just terrible. Don’t stay here. The property is marginal and the communication and treatment from the hotel is terrible.

La struttura è stupenda e speciale, curata nei dettagli e davvero accogliente. La stanza è’ bellissima e curata, il giardino è’ adorabile, la colazione è meravigliosa e abbondante, il personale è’ super disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo tardato ad arrivare causa cancellazione di un volo e si sono dati da fare per farci avere tutto quello che potevamo gradire fuori orario. Ci si sente davvero coccolati.

We had a lovely stay and made to feel very welcome, the staff were really friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and rooms were very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge to keep cold drinks in, we would highly recommend it to family and friends and would definitely stay there again in the future, well done to all involved in running a great hotel

This place was charming and the backyard was so peaceful and beautiful. We only stayed for one night (our last night before catching our plane leaving Portugal). The rooms are on the cozy size but the huge backyard patio and garden with chickens and two friendly cat more than entertained our 7 year old. Breakfast was served early and VERY delicious and varied. They were able to accommodate one of our travel companions who is gluten free. Communication with the property easy with quick responses.

Fantastisch. Ik zocht bewust een plek buiten de stad, maar met openbaar vervoer of taxi is lissabon prima te bereiken van hier. Kamer was heel sfeervol ingericht, ruim en schoon. Ik kreeg toevallig een uprgrade naar de suite, maar weet zeker dat een andere kamer ook perfect was geweest. Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt uitgebreid en relaxed. De tuin, het hoofdgebouw en ontbijtruimte zijn prachtig. Ik kan me niet herinneren ooit zo positief te zijn vertrokken bij een hotel of B&B. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die niet per se in de stad hoeft te verblijven. Zowel de stad als de leuke kustplaatsen zijn goed te bereiken. De foto’s bij deze accomodatie gaven al een goede indruk, de werkelijke ervaring was nog beter.

Nous sommes restés 1 seule nuit avant de reprendre l'avion. Nous avons pris une petite chambre mais elle avait un lit double et une banquette lit pour enfant, ce qui était parfait pour nous trois. Une petite piscine d'un mètre environ de profondeur, parfaite pour les enfants. Deux adorables chats qui sont venus nous faire plein de câlins. Un petit déjeuner buffet à volonté copieux et fait maison. Des fruits, des gâteaux, du sucré, du salé. C'était très bon. Assez calme compte tenu du fait qu'on est en ville. Les gens de l'hôtel sont adorables. Très bonne expérience.
