Genuine 5* hotel. Location right on main plaza and waterfront. Fabulous views. Excellent service from reception, concierge, etc. Room small, especially for a hotel of this class, but elegant. (Had trouble getting it to be warm enough - seems to be set centrally). Insufficient surface areas (to put stuff). Main issue is parking - 5-10 minute walk from hotel (no cars can reach hotel), and transferring luggage. Had help from bellboy, on very late arrival, but it was still tough. On departure, had golf cart drive us to edge of town, and we brought car around to load luggage. Hotel public areas very elegant. Expensive but worth it.

Stunning hotel. We were in the penthouse suite which had a lovely view of the harbor. Comfy chairs on the deck. Breakfast was the best and a shout out to Barbara who anticipated every need during the meal and had a happy, upbeat demeanor every day! Location was perfect. My only suggestion is that I wish I had known ahead of time that you need to make a reservation in advance to use the hotel’s beach club. By the time we arrived, there were no spots available for that day. Otherwise, it was perfection!

A special European hotel with exceptional European service- turn down service, clean fresh cotton pad for feet when getting out of bed each night, bottled was in glass bottles, coffee and tea in room with porcelain tea cup, slippers, different treats each night, friendly helpful staff, gorgeous view, piano player in the terrace in the evening, excellent restaurant,….Too many good things to list! The property is very conveniently located just a short walk from where the ferry drops you off. Staff from the hotel were there to take our luggage. We had what looked to be a blood stain on our carpet that was wet when we arrived. Housekeeping dried it with a blow dryer. There was some other wood damage from the shower leaking outside of the glass door. Otherwise, great property! Great service!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and luxurious hotel in the Port of Hvar. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm and professional service. Most of our experience was great, the staff was fun and helpful and the hotel is in a perfect spot and very classy. Unfortunately there was a drainage smell coming out of the shower that could not be fixed throughout our 3 nights, so our room smelled really bad.

Loved the hotel! Everything and everyone was amazing! The convenience of the hotel is excellent and every detail is perfect. Perhaps the only issue is the noise from outside (the restaurant next door has live music) which isnt ideal if you are trying to get to bed early. But highly recommend overall.

L’hôtel est très bien et le personnel veut très bien faire, mais un peu réservé. Les chambres sont pas très grandes. Le lit est très confortable mais pas les oreillers. Le petit déjeuner est top! Il manque un peu d’âme dans cet hôtel pour que ce soit sympathique. Très bien situé au coeur de Hvar.

This hotel is amazing and beautiful. It is in the center of everything walking distance to the entire area. The staff treat everyone like Gold. They were very sweet, even offering water to all of my guest meeting in the lobby, half of which were not staying in the hotel. Wonderful place to stay I will be back again

This might have been the nicest hotel I ever stayed in. The room is exceptional. Every detail. Even the hairdryer was amazing. Front desk woman was the most accommodating and sweet person. The nightlife is lively and we found it a bit hard to get to sleep one night (wedding at another venue so nothing to do but be patient). Thermostat went to 20 degrees, would have loved just a bit colder for sleep. But if these are the only wrong things, I’ll happily come back and experience them all again!
