Clean room. Everything worked in the room. Hotel shuttle was good.

Very convenient to have shuttle to/from airport provided. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The check in and check out process was smooth. The design of the building is weird. There is only one elevator that too placed in such a way that no matter which room you are assigned you have to walk far to get in and get out.

Had a bit of an issue with shuttle. First bus was too full, had to wait for a second one. So many people checking in at hotel, only had one gal on staff. Although they say the shuttle runs every half hour, we could not get one at 6 am so we took a $20 cab ride to the airport which is about 7 mins away.

Decent hotel for a few hours sleep before heading to the airport. There is an airport shuttle, but it only runs every 30 minutes and was very slow for pickup upon our return (45 minutes). There is extended stay parking available for $8/day.

Friendly staff at the front desk. Affordable long term parking and easy use of Airport shuttle. Hotel itself is old and outdated but it suited our needs. Would stay again.

Had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport, but other than that all favorable reviews.

They need to do some maintenance on the fitness equipment. One treadmill and one bicycle the displays not working properly

Front staff were all very friendly. The bed was really comfortable! Could have been cleaned better. There was a random French Fry on the floor by the side table and there was quite a bit of dust. But honestly, for the price and convenience, it's a great place! Quiet area close to anything you need.

The room was spotless, the staff was extremely competent and friendly, the onsite restaurant was delicious, and the free breakfast included lots of choices.

Signs all over saying a smoke free hotel. Had people smoking right outside the door , hallway to the elevator smelled like a bar smoke and alcohol. Hallways look very dirty . Our toilet was dirty. We won’t be coming back.

While the room is in much need of an upgrade it was clean. There was a musty kind of smell in the room, the pillows were horrible and the toilet had a hard time flushing as well as the shower/bathtub needs upgrading.

Great hotel for the price! Only issues were that the pillows sucked and the toilet made weird noises that lasted awhile after flushing. Oh and the shower head was quite low, which is inconvenient for tall people. Breakfast was good!

The room and bathroom were quite clean. The bed was comfortable enough but the AC unit was very loud. It woke us up quite often. The lobby worker seemed distracted. He asked us the same question multiple times.

The woman working the desk was very friendly and helpful. Careful to explain everything. Moved me to a room closer to the front of the building. Explained my breakfast options. Excellent service.

The young male kid at counter..he refused to say his name. i had only encountered twice and had horrible service.hes very disrespectful, he yelled at me and refused service when asked to see the room given as i had Paid for jacuzzi suite 4 days prior. He then threw a temper tantrum at my asking to see room... yes a temper tantrum.. he refused me service.l for asking.i was shocked. i had already paid, so i wouldnt leave without a refund. Due to his lack of ability at customer service he then called the police. And acted like he was being attacked viciously.. it was embarrassing to watch.. i waited patiently for the cops. and he decided to refuse more customers service during this time, and he stepped outside smoking as guest waited in lobby.. i feel sorry for the bussiness as i had been going their for years and never had a problem with anyone or any other issues. Because of this goof ball, and never knowing when i may come across him.. im choosing to avoid. Again he is an embarassment to the staff of the quality inn. Save your time and money. If u dont wanan deal with a two year old at the service counter.

I would have appreciate if front desk r more polite wen speaking to customers especially there was this old gentleman who was very rude. But owing to his age i preferred to keep quite n pay respect , but would have been a gr8 stya if he would have spoken politely..else stay was pleasant overall.

Service front desk was horrible.

Front desk agent went above and beyond as I had a very late check in with a tired toddler. She didn’t hesitate to help or ask what we needed.

Love this place! So spacious and close to the airport. Islam is super helpful and friendly! He makes it his priority to make his guests feel settled and comfortable! Excellent service and stay all around.

Horrible customer service

Location is excellent and the beds are very comfortable and room was clean. The hotel over all is dated and you hear everything in the hallways.

The hotel is located just 5 minutes away from the airport. They have shuttle. The room was comfortable. Small fitness center. They have breakfast but couldn’t get it because I made early check out.

Convenient located near airport.

We stayed here during a 13-hr layover so we liked that it’s very close and provided free transportation to and from the airport 24/7. We were picked up in 10 minutes, shared with other passengers from different stays and were first to get dropped off. Check in was a breeze, staff was friendly and arranged our ride to back to the airport the next day. We were able to have food delivered directly to our room from Skip, which was super convenient (note: they don’t allow individuals from restaurants directly so you’d have to meet them at reception). We had an early flight so weren’t able to try the breakfast. It was very clean, outdated but really very clean which is even more impressive. I felt the room was a bit musty, the bedding and towels smelled a little off but the rest of the family had no issues. I’m just really sensitive to smell. If there’s anything I’d recommend is changing the carpet. Red is not it for me. One bit of problem I had was there wasn’t anyone at reception when we checked out, and didn’t see where we could drop off the room keys so I just put it where I thought no random person could come in and just take it. I called and left a message since our ride was already there but haven’t gotten a call back as of writing.

Price, shuttle, and convenience/proximity to airport .

Usually stay here before an early morning flight. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable. However my wife that smokes and goes outside to do so, did not feel safe , several derelict people were in the area, one guy was yelling at the top of his lungs and waving his arms around at 3 in the morning in the parking lot. Seen others looking in vehicles as they scoped out the parking lot. Last time I stayed here a mans truck was stolen right in front of the hotel , just while he was returning his room key. Beware of your surroundings.

This was a great place to stay near the airport with lots of different restaurant options near by, and across the highway from the mall

This location was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and it was perfect for our layover. Great breakfast too with waffles, eggs, bacon, toast, muffins, apples, yogurt, cereal, coffee and juices

Poor breakfast menu and limited tables for guests to sit and eat. Lock on door was not solid at all.
