The TV’s in both rooms don’t work . There was a were mosquitoes in the room .We called the number for front desk no one answered . In the morning early in the morning the staff was loud and singing . We are there to relax but woke up at 6 am . The restaurant could be better . The food did not served hot . The staff for the game room that they have was helpful . They used to have electric charger now they said they don’t . We hardly leave negative review but for this price it’s not worth it .

The hotel was almost empty and they gave us the worst location of the room, hidden, in the background, without a nice view, it looked like the cleaning room to the bottom, I called the reception asking that if they could change us to a better room, with better view and location, that it did not matter if it cost us more, but they told us that it was full, and when we went to check out, another reception person told us that we were the only ones, even thought that we were in the best rooms. But when I said no, and we were told it was full, she kept quiet and changed the subject. We did not like our experience there, we had good expectations but they went wrong.
