Overall the hotel was nice and about a 10 minute drive from Disneyland. The disabled parking is minimal within only 2 spaces and so we had to park in a normal bay on the last night which is a little bit of a struggle when having to get crutches and a mobility scooter in and out of the car. There was an incident on the second evening when we returned to the hotel and parked in the end disabled bay. A guy seemed to be watching us and hung around the hotel entrance. We hadn’t even finished parking up and saw that he then started walking towards us and proceeded to come to my window. Before he made it to the car, we’d put my disabled badge in and he nodded and turned around and walked into the hotel. Although it’s great that they check that people are correctly using these spaces, it was quite intimidating to have someone walking towards you without knowing who he was or what he wanted. One of the lifts was out of order when we stayed so this left 1 lift for the whole hotel to use. The carpets looked like they needed a good hoovering too but the overall cleanliness was good. Just an observation. And walls with pen scribbles on and bits of plaster missing need some TLC. The pool was drained and under maintenance at the time of our visit. Overall, we enjoyed staying here and would return.

Very friendly staff. They are there to solve any issue that u may have with your stay. Very close to shopping and Euro Disney. The ambiance of the restaurant and the staff is very nice however the food quality wasn’t as good as I expected. Down stairs there is a beautiful Club and cigar lounge hopefully will be open In September. However they allow me to have my drink and cigar at the Gatsby club.

If you like a authentic steak, they have a traditional steak house within the hotel. We had a suit, lots of room. Car park is free and was always able to park. Very quiet location and slept well. Pool is great, staff are friendly and an early check in charge was not overly priced. We’d stay again.

Checked in and went to our room. Pink mold all throughout the showers as if the shower itself has never been actually cleaned. Got a new room at the front desk with ease which was great on their part but the new room was just the same. Dirty white hand prints on the window door that opens oh and the shower had no pink mold which was great. This one had BLACK mold instead. With soap smeared on the walls of the shower. Felt so disgusting in the room. On top of that I think our ac was broken. We turned the heater on and even then it was freezing cold throughout our 3 days there no matter what we tried to do with the ac. So disappointed wish I spent my money elsewhere.

Il y avait de nombreux problèmes de propreté. J'ai trouvé un papier de bonbon vide sur le sol, beaucoup de cheveux sur le pommeau de douche, du papier peint arraché, des joints jaunis dans la salle de bain, et les produits mis à disposition étaient vides. C'était comme si le ménage n'avait pas été fait avant mon arrivée. De plus, il y avait beaucoup de bruit sous ma fenêtre à 1h30 du matin, causé par des employés qui semblaient s'être rassemblés là.

Checked into an extremely dirty room. Was not vacuumed, and both beds had dirty linen with body fluids and hair all over. Really disappointed because we’ve stayed here twice before this and never had issues. Seemed like housekeeping was being rushed or not quality checking their work.

EXTREMELY clean. Daily housekeeping. Lots of shopping and dining options if you don't mind a little walking or a very short uber ride. Very clean little laundromat down the street if you are staying long enough to need one. Perfect for Disney. An Uber ride to the park is about $12.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, and we slept well. The location was perfect for our trip, as it was only a 15-20 minute drive to Disney. We really appreciated the free parking and enjoyed relaxing by the great pool. These amenities made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable. Our only small issue was with the housekeeping. We couldn’t sleep, there was a lot of people talking and drinking and being loud in the downstairs club area. Our window room was very close to the outside bar table and people were drinking and partying til late every single night we stayed there. We had our 3 year old and they kept him awake, and due to the sleeplessness we didn’t not get up on time for the breakfast on one of the mornings. We asked the front desk staff to see if they could reimburse , extend a day or give us a restaurant credit, for the missed breakfast we were 4 people and we purchased pre breakfast for 17 euros each, the staff was non courteous. And said there was nothing that could be done.

Hôtel au top, merci au jeune homme à l’arrivée nous a très bien accueilli ainsi qu’aux deux dames renseignent bien, il sont à l’écoute du client serviable bienveillant, très bel hôtel décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très moderne, très propre, chambres spacieuses ménage nickel, petit déjeuner y’a de tous et bon, parking Free, à proximité de Vallée village et CC val d’Europe,Disney, possibilité d’étendre de quelques heures en plus pour départ tardif en supplément. Hôtel tellement bien qu’on voulait y retourner pour nôtre retour de l’étranger avant de reprendre la route, mais plus de place pour le 15/10, une prochaine fois j’espère. Encore merci

"The concierge or front desk staff had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. There was an uncomfortable vibe that felt borderline racist, which really tainted the experience. I stayed twice here. First time when I checked in on Sep. 15th all good except for one thing. I planned to keep my big luggage here at the hotel because we were traveling to other destinations and come back before final flight to Canada. This was confirmed by staff at check in and many other times. On the day 17th morning when leaving to Lourdes, front office lady refuse to keep the luggage. This disrupted our whole plan and we had to carry the big luggage all the way to Train station and leave it there. Front office lady on that day was not cooperative at all. Finally the manager only gave us directions to left luggage at Montparnasse station. And on our return we had to bring it back all the way for our second time check in on 24th. That was not pleasant at all. I have to say all the staff was good except for that lady at the desk on 17th morning, she was acting like manager but she was not. For other travellers I would say this is far from the City and time consuming travelling. It is near Disney Land. Other than that everything is good and nice hotel. Management should keep their staff informed about their policies regarding guest luggage to avoid all this troubles.

‘Just have to use public transport for trips to paris. We have to take uber from train station to hotel and vice versa. It takes about an hour from the closest train station (Val De Europe) to areas of interest in Paris. There is a bus station near the hotel but takes about 20 to 30 min to train station. Overall, great option- better than downtown hotels that maybe too old. Breakfast was awesome- a bit pricey for adults but worth it to start a day of walking. We will consider this hotel on our return trip.

The hotel was in a great place close to ValD’europe and transport links to Paris. Room had complementary use of nespresso machine in the room. Towels were replaced everyday. Parking was free. Pool was clean and towels were provided everyday.

New property with clean and functional facilities. One of the two lifts was not in working order. Breakfast room is small in relation of size of hotel. Breakfast staff was run ragged and could not cope. I asked for a one-hour extension to check-out time but it was not granted.

Expérience très décevante, indigne des 4 étoiles et des prix pratiqués. Chambre étriquée, literie inconfortable, salle de bain minuscule. Le petit déjeuner est un sketch à lui seul: vous avez 5 ou 6 salariés qui courent dans tous les sens, toujours les mains vides, mais l'air débordés, alors que c'est loin d'être rempli. Le buffet petit déj est lamentable et famélique, la qualité des produits très bas de gamme. A 25 euros le petit déj on peut espérer mieux. Bref, hôtel que je ne recommanderai pas, il y a nettement mieux dans le secteur, à tarif (élevé) équivalent mais avec un vrai service et de vraies prestations 4 étoiles.

Comment changed one night. Second night no coffee or room clean. Told at around 8.30 on third night no access to restaurant and for the second night the bar was closed. So had to go on a walk to find food. One night we had no tea … as restaurant fully closed and Gatsby closed. On arrival this info would be useful!!! Disappointed…
