Had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Nice Airport. The staff were lovely and always very accommodating. The only minor issues I had is that the roof terrace, bar and pool were closed during our visit, and this was not advertised to us before our stay. As this is a selling point of the hotel I was somewhat disappointed, and I was not able to enjoy my stay to the full potential. Also, whilst out of view, the floor underneath the chairs and beds was very dusty, which was not up to the otherwise incredibly clean standard of the rest of my room and the hotel as a whole. That being said, it was a lovely stay for a first visit to Nice, and I would definitely return, perhaps in the summer when the terrace can be enjoyed to its full potential.

Despite being a nice hot day they had the swimming pool close. Gym not available. Spent £700 for 2 nights for a basic hotel. Next time rather spend an extra £100 for a 4 star hotel in the centre

Great hotel, comfortable room, quiet, situated opposite the airport, great transport links into Nice and along the coast, trains, trams and buses all nearby. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Sky bar not open and limited meal options at the other restaurant so would recommend going elsewhere for dinner/evening meal, local options a bit limited too but we found local restaurant Lettuce & Co/Etna which we would highly recommend. Really enjoyed our stay, would happily stay again.

Juat an average airport hotel. No robes in bedroom and restaurant/bar no ambience. Barmen were unwelcoming and probably would be happier working somewhere else. Rooftop bar was closed for end of season. Pretty miserable but as i said in the beginning a typical Airport Hotel

VERY convenient to Nice airport—literally across the street from Terminal 1. Room was comfortable and as expected for an airport hotel. There is a bar with a view of the airport and the water on the roof, along with a pool. Only two complaints: 1) Pool only open until 6p. 2) Figuring out how to get to the hotel for drop off of luggage was confusing and required driving abandoning Google maps directions and driving the wrong way (against the painted arrow) to get to the drop-off / check in entrance.

Everything about the hotel was great. I would have given it five stars but we noticed a really bad smell as we entered the hotel. We were told this happens each time it rains because of the drains and although it is not in the control of the hotel itself it is very unpleasant.

We’ve been send to a room used and not being done. Bedding all messed and dirty. Then when we’ve got our room wasn’t very cleaned. Dirty toilet too. We’ve try too sleep when arriving as coming from a long flight but house keeping are very loud. Very disturbing. But they are friendly. Need to keep silence.

The room was very hot and the AC was not working correctly. So we requested in the afternoon for better AC and staff promised some one will look into it. At night we could not sleep and help desk advised nothing can be done and offered a fan instead. A tired and busy day with a nightmare might.

Had been dreaming about coming back to the hotel for two years and I finally was able to come back in the trip to visit my friend but found somewhat disappointed about the condition of the room I got this time. A girl from the front desk (I believe I saw in Nov 2023 as well) tried to honor my request to change to a different room but it didn’t happen unfortunately. For this reason, I still give 4 star review. The shower was still so nice as last time. The room was smaller than I stayed last time (the girl from front desk helped to push the table to the bench so I could sit down and touch the light switch). The bathtub had cracks vs last time I had a big shower room. Bed and pillows are comfortable which helped me fall into sleep after long days.

L’hôtel est propre et bien tenu, la literie confortable, le personnel sympathique. En revanche ce qui a été un GROS point noir nous concernant c’est la température de la chambre. La climatisation ne permet pas de descendre en dessous de 20 degrés (quand la température conseillée pour un bon sommeil varie entre 16 et 18 degrés) et la fenêtre de notre chambre était condamnée. Même en coupant l’arrivée d’air chaud c’était très inconfortable et étouffant. Je ne comprend pas que dans un hôtel de ce standing on soit obligé de dormir dans une étuve et qu’on ait pas plus la maîtrise de la température de la pièce (à minima la possibilité d’entrouvrir la fenêtre). Sinon si on est pas sensible à la chaleur cet établissement est très bien pour le reste.

DREADFUL STAY - ARRIVED SYSTEM WAS DOWN SO COULDNT CHECK IN, NO CHANGING ROOMS, HAD TO CHANGE IN THEIR PUBLIC TOILETS WITH NO AIR CON, NO SHOWERS OFFERED, WHEN ASK FOR A DRINK OF WATER IN BOILING HEAT YOU WERENT ALLOWED AS ONLY TOOK CASH EVEN WHEN I SAID CANT I PUT IT ON MY ROOM. Once I arrived at 1am at the property they notified that I had no room for the first night, and then I had to be sent to another hotel at the hour of the night. When I checked my invoice they charged me for city tax of that first night (I had already payed at the other hotel) and also didn’t refund the cost of transportation to get to the hotel.

Booked two nights during Carnivale de Nice as we had an early NCE flight after 2nd night. Turned out to be an outstanding choice. Staff were lovely from the moment we arrived around 1 PM Sat Feb 24th. Warm welcome by desk, provided early check in. Room was spacious, nicely done, excellent sound proofing but not stuffy, great bathroom. Nice to have complimentary water bottles, kettle, Nespresso in the room: extra pods provided to help us deal with our very early 2nd morning departure. Staff on check out was just as nice as staff at check in. Despite it being 5 a.m. Monday Feb 26? Good humored & quite nice. Common areas are stylish: pool area closed (winter) but would love to come when that is open! TIP: Arv from NCE Terminal 2 be aware the #2 Tram is FREE to the Arenas stop, where you can buy a transit card & load it with rides inexpensively. Don't buy the 10 Euro RT card at NCE machines! Arenas is the best stop for getting to/from Sheraton. However, early AM? Just a 5 min walk across the avenue to NCE Terminal 1 & catch the shuttle bus to Terminal 2. Sheraton is near Arenas Tram stop, multiple bus routes, and St Augustine train stop. You can literally go anywhere via tram or bus with your Transit card or French train system. The ONE downside to this hotel: no decent restaurants close by: either need to walk a good 20 min or grab a tram. That wasn't a prob for us as we had plans in Nice but good to know. Room did have a bar fridge to stash snacks.

I would like to warn other customers about the high deposit the hotel requires—€50 per night, in our case totaling €150 for three nights. We paid for all our expenses, so the full deposit was supposed to be refunded within 48 hours of check-out. However, 15 days later, we have still not received our money back. This issue was never mentioned on the hotel's page or on Hotel.com, where only the local tax is highlighted. Be cautious of this potential inconvenience.

Tram is quite a trip with luggage. Also does not operate until 5:15 am. So if you choose this hotel for an early morning flight expect to pay for a Uber. Also Being so close to the airport you would expect a convenient access, but not. They should have a shuttle.

Trying to find the hotel was problematic. We must have done three passes before we figured out how to get into the hotel. In the direction Waze takes you, the gate is blocked. We brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, and just a shrug. The room was clean and there was a restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was good, great service. The hotel is across the airport which makes it super convenient.

The property is lovely and well located to reach an early morning flight. But it is not easily walkable if you are flying out of terminal 2. I was very surprised the hotel did not offer a hotel airport shuttle. We had to order a taxi, and then it was late, and we cancelled it to get an Uber. They had vans there and should have offer an airport shuttle.

Convenient to the Nice Airport was our primary motivation. After checking in we wished we were staying longer. Restaurant was excellent. Roof top bar and bistro and pool a delight. Breakfast included was extraordinary complete with omlette bar. Makes it worth rooting your air travel connections through Nice.
