Stayed here with my son's soccer team for State tournament. It was a good place for groups. Breakfast was good. No laundry facilities on site, but helpful desk staff put us on to a coin laundry nearby.

Low-frills accommodations with all the basics. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. It has a definite college dorm feel. The room had a mini-fridge and there is a shared microwave in the lobby.

We enjoyed our stay. One of the elevators wasn’t working but didn’t cause too much disruption. Breakfast had plenty of options. We were put in an adjoining room. I wasn’t a fan of it. I didn’t feel unsafe but I will make sure to not get one in the future. Staff were friendly. We weren’t there long enough enjoy the pool.

We has a very slight issue with the shower door, we weren't worried really, we just wanted to make them aware so they didn't get some one in the future who might be a little less understanding. The young lady at the front counter was so kind and so sweet, she made us a little gift ( totally unnecessary in our eyes as we weren't complaining), but she said she just wanted to express that they were very sorry for the inconvenience. Very sweet and unexpected. The hotel was super clean, breakfast was great, the snack shop was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Check in was smooth, staff was friendly. The hotel was super clean, with lots to do. We were pleased with the cleanliness, friendliness, and breakfast was good. The only complaint we had was the AC was VERY loud at night and the beds were harder than I like, put that is personal preference. Overall it was a great stay, we would stay here again if back in the area.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel to visit Kalahari Resort which was only a 10 min drive. This stay was more feasible for us for the day passes we held. Any food or other entertainment options was all a 10-15 min drive away. The front desk attendants were very courteous and our room was clean, personalized and easily accessible. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our two days there. The next time we visit Austin/Round Rock, we’ll definitely be choosing to stay at Hilton Tru hotel.

Entering the hotel, we already noticed the fresh and clean smell of this hotel. They also have the coffee accessible to guests. The nice lobby has a lot of chairs. Room where we stayed was very clean and quiet.

The walls are very thin and your can hear everything from the guests in rooms around you. I understand not having a coffee pot in every room, but k would have liked the option to check one out from the front desk while we were there. The breakfast buffet was delicious and l liked that there were some different options each day.

For someone who has stayed at several Hilton hotels, this was below average for me. The lady at the front desk was very cold and not welcoming at all even after I asked her for the complimentary water she redirected me to the water fountain. The breakfast was very basic with not much options to choose from. The room was without any storage for clothes and with a small closet. No coffee maker or even a microwave in the rooms which is usually provided in a lot of Hilton hotels I have stayed at. The room was however spacious and clean.

Great staff! Very nice and clean! Breakfast was great. The only issue was you could hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next to us and every footstep of the room above us. The thinnest walls of any hotel we’ve stayed at. It’s sad because everything else was great!

Everything was great about this property. The only reason that we couldn’t give it a 5-star review is because except we could almost hear the conversation of our loud neighbors next door in the middle of the night! Need better sound barrier or more strict silence rules!

The stay was okay overall. It was not uncomfortable but I have definitely had better experiences. The room was small. The staff was distracted talking amongst each other each time I approached the front desk and the customer service was disappointing, to say the least.

Pros: Easy parking Clean hotel Comfy beds Nice shower Cons: Breakfast options kinda suck Every other Tru i’ve stayed at had smart TVs (netflix options etc.), this one had DirectTV (which is fine just not usual) Staff was great, had a mishap with my check in. They didn’t assign my room number to my reservation so I had some random guy trying to get into my room at 2am one night and it scared the crap out of me. Called the front desk and they assured me it was purely a mistake with the assignment and they apologized. Hotel is located in a decent area, I felt safe where I was.

For someone who has stayed at several Hilton hotels, this was below average for me. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days to attend my father's funeral, was tired from the travel to Round Rock. The room across the hallway & next to our room. The guests were so loud all night The guest in the room next to our room were extremely loud & hitting the walls. Couldnt get any rest our 3 night stay. We had stay there because hotels were booked The coffee station was dirty & nasty. Someone made a huge mess on the station & left empty hot cocoa wrappers on all the station. Then to top it off breakfast was soggy chicken nuggets. Ive never had that served at any tru hilton we've stayed in.
