Ligger perfekt, gammeldags på den helt rigtige måde. Så hyggeligt, vi havde udsigt mod pladsen, det var smukt. Ikke smart og moderne som skandinaver kan lide det, men perfekt i stilen til hvor det er. Vi fandt parkering gratis i området.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme et très chaleureux. Le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute de toute sorte de demande. L’espace spa est un vrai plus pour un moment de détente privilégié. Seul petit bémol pour la chambre un poil vieillotte avec une salle de bain étroite. Le personnel de ménage, bien que très aimable, mériterait aussi d’être un peu moins bruyant. Quoiqu’il en soit je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation. Merci pour tout

Pour la nuit du 11 au 12 décembre et notre séjour c’est très bien passé. Le soir très agréable dans le petit salon avec une boisson prise au bar et le petit déjeuner très bien. Je recommande et très bien placé

Quick easy check-in. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Typical European size, with no fridge or coffee maker....we are spoiled in Canada! But a great price for the location. Breakfast (extra €) typical European with cold cuts, cheese, pastries and bread, yogurt and cold cereal. No eggs etc. Nice little patisserie up past the tower with warmed quiche etc for a good price where I preferred. Nice place to have a drink in the evening out front near the fountain.

Mycket bra beläget, mitt i byns centrum vid ett vackert torg. Perfekt utgångsläge för promenader denna otroligt fina lilla by. Underbart att dricka lokalt vin i sista solljuset vid fontänen framför hotellet. Rent och fräscht, sköna sängar och fina badrum. Trevlig personal. Nära till parkering!

L'hôtel est très bien placé, les chambres sont très bien, le petit déjeuner excellent et le service parfait. Le seul bémol est pour le parking... Même avec une place réservée, on n'est pas sûr d'avoir une place. Du coup, faut laisser la voiture "sans place" et laisser les clefs à l'accueil pour qu'ils puissent déplacer la voiture au besoin... C'est pas génial 🙁

Hotellet ligger centralt i Ribeauville , hvor du kan gå dig til alt. Hotellet er træt , værelserne er små og “ pakket “ men pæne og Rene . Der mangler stole på den smukke terrasse. Morgenmaden enkel og lækker . Der var lidt problemer med regningen ( ekstra servering) som ikke passede. Ribeauville er fantastisk men la tour er kun lige ok.

My favorite hotel in France in the last two visits. In Ribeauville for hiking and a visit to Trimbach, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. The staff was extremely helpful, particularly the owner Antoine. A great value. If you're coming to this area, don't miss it!

Es war sehr gemütlich und schön. Einzig was man merkt, dass es ein älteres Gebäude ist, ist die Hellhörigkeit. Man hört den Nachbarn duschen. Ansonsten alles super.

Premier séjour en Alsace. Emerveillement à tout les niveaux. Région superbe. Ribeauvillé est un village enchanteur. Notre chambre était parfaite, au calme, juste comme il faut. Le personnel de l'hôtel était au petit soin avec nous, toujours disponible pour un renseignement ou pour toute demande. Nous prévoyons de séjourner à nouveau pour Pâques.

Le séjour dans l'hôtel a été bon général. Le prix des chambres est élevé par rapport à leur taille ainsi que celle de la salle d'eau. J'émets juste un bémol pour le petit déjeuner. Les viennoiseries n'étaient pas fraîches mais décongelées et les jus de fruits étaient industrielled ce qui pêche un peu pour un hôtel 3 étoiles.

Super location, older character style properly right on the main square. Very helpful stuff. However rooms are dated and beds uncomfortable. We booked superior room which was very basic. I can only imagine what standard rooms are like. Toilet and bathroom are separate across the room which was not good having to go across to wash your hands after using toilet facility. Breakfast was very basic and not worth the money. Plenty of eating places just outside so don’t bother paying for it. Overall 4 out of 5 due to location and helpful staff.

My favorite hotel in France in the last two visits. In Ribeauville for hiking and a visit to Trimbach, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. The staff was extremely helpful, particularly the owner Antoine. A great value. If you're coming to this area, don't miss it!

Super location, older character style properly right on the main square. Very helpful stuff. However rooms are dated and beds uncomfortable. We booked superior room which was very basic. I can only imagine what standard rooms are like. Toilet and bathroom are separate across the room which was not good having to go across to wash your hands after using toilet facility. Breakfast was very basic and not worth the money. Plenty of eating places just outside so don’t bother paying for it. Overall 4 out of 5 due to location and helpful staff.

Quick easy check-in. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Typical European size, with no fridge or coffee maker....we are spoiled in Canada! But a great price for the location. Breakfast (extra €) typical European with cold cuts, cheese, pastries and bread, yogurt and cold cereal. No eggs etc. Nice little patisserie up past the tower with warmed quiche etc for a good price where I preferred. Nice place to have a drink in the evening out front near the fountain.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, les chambres sont très bien, le petit déjeuner excellent et le service parfait. Le seul bémol est pour le parking... Même avec une place réservée, on n'est pas sûr d'avoir une place. Du coup, faut laisser la voiture "sans place" et laisser les clefs à l'accueil pour qu'ils puissent déplacer la voiture au besoin... C'est pas génial 🙁

Lovely little hotel right in the heart of Ribeauvillé. Plenty of free parking within 5min walk. The small spa is a pleasant addition which adds a touch of luxury. The bar was open quite late, and every staff we spoke to was so kind and helpful (as well as fluent in many languages). The bedrooms are small but comfortable, the bathrooms could do with an upgrade to match the rest of the experience. The breakfast was a real highlight with tons of fresh local products, would highly recommend it! Would stay here again.
