Prima hotel. Aardig personeel. Op de deuren staat 4 star superior. Maar dat vind ik een te hoge rating. Receptie is klein en geen algemene faciliteiten. Ze vertelden dat we welkomst drankje op rooftop konden krijgen en dat we daar ook altijd een drankje en een hapje konden bestellen. Maar daar was niemand te bekennen. Ook was het buiten en in december is het daar toch echt te koud en te winderig. Het is wellicht wel heel leuk in de zomer, maar dan hopelijk wel met personeel. De kamers zijn prima, maar badkamer is heel erg klein en heeft ook geen deur. De wc heeft wel een deur, maar een schuifdeur die niet echt dicht kan en is van glas. De bedden zijn heel erg hard. Wij hebben om twee toppers gevraagd anders was er niet op te slapen. We hadden enorme rugpijn na de eerste nacht. Ook heeft het hotel alleen een ontbijtruimte. Je kan er geen lunch of diner krijgen.

The property was convenient and very clean. The amenities were lacking. The rooftop bar was not staffed and if you wanted to enjoy The rooftop and have a drink you had to summon an attendant through the front desk on the bottom floor.

We stayed in the Junior Suite, the room was great. Very comfortable bed, very clean, spacious with views of the city and towers. The staff was great, very attentive. They even parked our car in their private parking since it would have been difficult for us to access (not used to small parking spaces). The breakfast was excellent too. The hotel is a great location on the skirt of the old town but still easily accessible from the main road. Walking distance to all attractions.

Our room was very clean, great view overlooking the park. The hotel is next to Serranos Towers, which is one of the original entries to the walled city. Breakfast was made to order and very good. There is a great rooftop bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be back !!!

This hotel was a real find. It is ideally situated for all the main attractions and also plenty of bars and restaurants . The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the rooms are both spacious and comfortable. It has a delightful rooftop terrace where we enjoyed some lovely winter sunshine. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us several recommendations for restaurants which were excellent and very reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Valencia. It is excellent in every aspect and great value for money.

I highly recommend this hotel. Despite our room facing a main road, the noise was barely audible. The hotel itself and our room were impeccably clean. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located for exploring the city on foot.

This is steps away from the Torres de Serranos. Area is walkable to everything- shops and dining. Try the restaurant Rincón 33. Their goat cheese salad is out of this world. They got awesome Paella too. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the market. This is a brand new hotel. You don’t even need any converterr. uSB access all throughout the room. Shower pressure is so awesome. Breakfast is preset everyday but freshly cooked. I don’t usually rate the staff as they can come and go and to me the cleanliness is all that matters to me. but I need to compliment each and every staff at this hotel. Everyone went up and beyond. My daughter had a stain on her white blouse and when my daughter asked if they have a stain remover, the concierge went to their laundry room in the basement get it for my daughter.

I stayed in 3 different hotels with the same star rating in Valencia, and this was by far the best. I genuinely enjoyed my time here, the staff was incredibly awesome and welcoming, and the room was modern and super cozy and comfortable. Noise cancellation towards the street noise could be better, but it's on par with basically every other mediterranean hotel. I travel with a white noise machine and slept like a baby.

The rooms were modern, spacious and immaculately clean. The bathroom was enormous with robes, slippers, great water pressure and copious hot water in the waterfall shower. Uber comfortable bedding and there is even a pillow menu. Late check-out until 2:00 PM was available for 20 euros, which was extremely fairly priced and greatly appreciated. This is quite the gem in a fabulous location right next door to the tower.

This is a lovely hotel with a very convenient location. The rooms are compact but fairly well designed. I did not love having the toilet separated from the bathroom area though. The staff are helpful and polite. Service at breakfast can be very slow when it's busy. They could really do with additional staff to address this. The rooftop area for a drink is lovely but I feel the food menu would benefit with a few more vegan options.

Ótimo hotel, bem localizado, instalações confortáveis, atendimento correto. Porém tive um problema em que faltou treinamento da equipe. Por se tratar de um hotel se supõe que ele é a minha moradia naqueles dias. Fiz um pedido para que fosse entregue lá e a pessoa que recebeu apenas devolveu o pedido sem sequer busacar no sistema se o nome do destinatário não era um hóspede. Este desentendido causou muito transtorno que fez a perda de tempo precioso na visita a cidade e região. Tive que fazer inúmeras ligações telefônicas e retornar ao hotel para finalmente retirar a encomenda estando eu já em outra cidade próxima.

Excelente opção no centro histórico de Valência. Equipe eficiente, destaque especial para Ana da recepcao, por sua atenção, simpatia e paciencia no lidar com os hospedes com dificuldade na lingua e Ferran no café da manhã, eficiência, simpatia e elegancia em uma pessoa só. Como critica, mas apenas opinião pessoal e sem desabonar em nada o hotel, o café da manhã a la carte tem excelente qualidade, mas a opção de buffet me agradaria mais. Uma outra questão, achei a quantidade de funcionarios pequena em determinadas situações.

We booked a bit late and found in this hotel still two rooms available. What a lovely suprise at our late arrival after midnight. Super friendly staff offering us some water, easy check-in. The hotel and design are suzperbe and it is ideally located to descover the lovely city. The roof terracy is nice but our only little critic; pitty they don't set up some music and a nice bar. We will come back.

This is steps away from the Torres de Serranos. Area is walkable to everything- shops and dining. Try the restaurant Rincón 33. Their goat cheese salad is out of this world. They got awesome Paella too. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the market. This is a brand new hotel. You don’t even need any converterr. uSB access all throughout the room. Shower pressure is so awesome. Breakfast is preset everyday but freshly cooked. I don’t usually rate the staff as they can come and go and to me the cleanliness is all that matters to me. but I need to compliment each and every staff at this hotel. Everyone went up and beyond. My daughter had a stain on her white blouse and when my daughter asked if they have a stain remover, the concierge went to their laundry room in the basement get it for my daughter.

Our room was very clean, great view overlooking the park. The hotel is next to Serranos Towers, which is one of the original entries to the walled city. Breakfast was made to order and very good. There is a great rooftop bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be back !!!

Absolute top-class hotel. The personnel is friendly and willing to tell you about the city and give tips about where you should go. The hotel is clean and modern and has a killer view from the rooftop terrace. The rooms were beautiful with nice interiors. It's a 10-second walk to the Puerta Serranos and everything in the old city center is within a 15-minute walk.

The property was convenient and very clean. The amenities were lacking. The rooftop bar was not staffed and if you wanted to enjoy The rooftop and have a drink you had to summon an attendant through the front desk on the bottom floor.

This is a lovely hotel with a very convenient location. The rooms are compact but fairly well designed. I did not love having the toilet separated from the bathroom area though. The staff are helpful and polite. Service at breakfast can be very slow when it's busy. They could really do with additional staff to address this. The rooftop area for a drink is lovely but I feel the food menu would benefit with a few more vegan options.

Very nice stay, and the location is perfect. Only annoyance is the breakfast situation, it not a buffet which is good, but only one person to take orders, make coffee, and serve the food. Not enough staffed, leading to long waiting time, even just for the coffee. The first day, we at around for 15min before we got the menu, and then another 10min to place the order, and then we waiting another 10min before we got our coffee.

This hotel is perfectly situated for enjoying the old city. The staff were friendly and I was able to check into my room early. My only complaint were the restaurants booked for me by the concierge. Fantastic hotel with perfect location next to the old town and many other top places in Valencia. Hotel 🏨 is beautiful designed, super clean, rooms are beautiful. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend this hotel if you want visit Valencia.

This place was very well kept. The room was spacious along with the bathroom. The view of city was excellent with small balconies you can look out on. The staff was always nice and helpful as well. We felt like this was one of our better stays in awhile. Thank you!
