The hotel had a nice vibe, close enough to be walkable everywhere was within 10-20 mins walk of which was nice, the only problem was the bathroom it was very small and had a fully see-through door that doesnt close to me that wasnt comfortable or private since we were 2 friends that was the only down side

Nice hotel, it’s located one block from the river Eisbach, This is the famous artificial channel where surfers ride the standing wave. The only downside is that there was not AC but there was a fan in the room. I’d stay there again.

This hotel is in the beautiful and peaceful area of Lehel, close to the centre of Munich without being too busy, and very near the stunning English Garden. It’s clean and solid, but is very basic. Be warned there is no air conditioning so our room was like a sauna for the entire stay, there’s no kettle or coffee-making facilities in the room, and despite our room being ‘cleaned’ every day (which has to be specifically requested), three days’ worth of dirty glasses and mugs were just left to pile up, rather than taken away.

Very well designed hotel vibrantly modern but all thoughtfully functional. Pleasant part of the city with good restaurants and handy for the wonderful museums Munich has to offer.
