Lo más agradable del hotel son sus jardines. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. No tienen tv, pero no es necesaria. Su restaurante tiene un menú sencillo, pero suficiente si no se desea salir del hotel. El único detalle a mejorar son sus toallas de playa, están desgastadas por el uso.

Not the hotel's fault, but the beach is discusting. Black murky water that i've read likely contains sewage. There is a new multi-story hotel being constructed next door, but the noise wasn't too bad. The beach area is divided and unless you're willing to buy food/drinks from the affiliated beach club, you can't use the lounges, etc. actualy at the water. Hoever, given how discusuting it was, you probably woudn't want to anyway. Beautifl propety and great staff, tho. Knowing what i know about the location, i would not stay there again.

This place is great. It is close to the center of town but just far enough from it to be nice and quiet. It’s an easy 5 minute walk. It’s clean, the staff was very friendly, and the grounds were impeccably maintained. Nice lounge chairs with permanent shade structures right on the beach. I will stay here again when I return.

Great service!! Reserved and paid ocean view, and was not provided. Wifi was very bad in the room and restaurant. No tv. Air-unit too small. Property is not beach front as advertised there is a road between. The beach area has launches that belong to the hotel “restaurant”and you must consume in order to use them. In my opinion not worth your money.

Lovely hotel located right on the beach front. We were unlucky with the weather as the beach in front of the hotel was full of seaweed so we weren’t able to use the loungers there. There are other loungers behind the beach though which are great and still have a lovely outlook. The property is really quiet and very convenient being only a short walk from town. It isn’t entirely secluded though as one of the main dirt roads loops around the front of the sun lounger/pool area. We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included in our stay. This was a real bonus and it was lovely having breakfast by the sea every morning. Overall the hotel was great value for money and we would stay here again!

Close enough to all the action of downtown by a 5 min walk, yet secluded and tranquil and quiet grounds when you want to be away from the hustle and bustle . Close to all dining. Absolutely PERFECT beach cove. Staff and rooms are perfect, clean and everyone is accommodating! Have stayed here three times now, once with our kiddo and she loves the pool and all the staff are so friendly with her. Super safe!

The location, on the Beach is perfect. The rooms are very clean, as are the grounds. The restaurant serving breakfast and all at the beach means you can spend all day on the beach beds, or take an easy walk to town for lunch or dinner. We had a wonderful time on the beach and thoroughly enjoyed dinners and music in the town on evenings . The staff at the hotel and especially the restaurant and beach is extremely helpful. Louis and Andrea do an amazing job keeping the restaurant food and beach area a wonderful daytime experience, as did Edwardo and Marcella making sure we were always happy w drinks, cocktails and smoothies and food. Freddy and Edwin at hotel reception were very helpful regarding room needs or transportation help. We have stayed 2 years now, and the hotel is perfect for us at a reasonable price.

Hotel has a great location at the beach. It has the best beach on this side of the city. Internet is ok but slow as in all the hotels of the island. Good breakfast - they do bring you more. It looks a little far from the main restaurant area but it is worth the walk as the hotel area is quiet and there's no party next to the hotel so that you'll sleep like an angel! Btw. The view of the stars is amazing!

This is a lovely location beachside, with a short 10 minute walk to town for a wide variety of restaurants and bars and even music! The beach is perfect for swimming, and lieing in shaded lounge chairs. You do have to oder drinks and food during time at beach, as the seperate restaurant owns the beach lounges …or u can lay on your towel after swimming. Everything is very clean and well maintained, rooms are comfortable, a little small, and basic , but who spends the daytime in the room? And the price for a beachside room is great. We would definitely return.

Stayed for 4 night end of May. Property is beautiful and grounds maintained daily. Staff were all helpful and pleasant and the breakfast included fresh fruit along with choice off eggs your style and bacon. Location was great for sunsets and also walking into town for dinners.

Omg what a beautiful place to stay! We had an ocean view room and the grounds of the property were gorgeous. We were really impressed with it all and the breakfast each morning. It’s very close to town and easy to catch a taxi if you need to! Room was clean and tidy and spacious. Would stay here again

El hotel lindo y limpio. Me parece q el precio caro para lo que ofrece el hotel, ya que los cuartos no son muy grandes y no tienen closet o míneles. . La comida buena, aunque no siempre había servicio. El desayuno muy rico y los meseros muy amables.

Amazing hotel with easy beach access. We were fortunate to have a great view. They keep all areas well maintained. The staff is awesome. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. Definitely will look into booking here for future trips.

We absolutely loved staying here!! Stayed with our two young kids in a garden view two double bed room and it was perfect. Very clean. A huge bonus was the huge green garden shaded by palm trees. I enjoyed time on my yoga mat here every day, while being able to keep an eye on the kiddos in the pool. The included breakfast was good but got a little old towards the end (we stayed 10 days). Even though the hotel was fully booked it didn’t feel busy at all, there was always sun chairs and the kids just loved digging in the sand from morning til night. My only complaint is that I wish the hotel would rake the seaweed off the beach. But aside from that the whole property was so clean and in beautiful shape and staff was super friendly! Would definitely come back!

Nous avons adoré notre chambre avec une magnifique vue et cet hôtel en général. Le déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. La chambre très propre et confortable. La plage est à moins de trente secondes à pied. L’hôtel est près de tout mais tout de même situé dans un endroit plus calme, parfait pour les familles comme la nôtre. Je recommande chaudement.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is top notch, especially Freddy in the front office. The wait staff is super nice. We moved to a different more expensive hotel to experience a more remote part of the island. We can say that hands down the staff at Puerto was better trained, more responsive and more experienced. We almost regretted moving. The rooms are perfectly fine, nothing fancy, but whoever designed them thought of important things like two bedside tables, separately controlled reading lights and a very comfortable bed. It’s in an excellent location- close enough to the town to walk to restaurants but far enough to be quiet at night. The beach club is also very chill- no loud pumping music. Lots of lounge chairs in the shade so you can stay all day. The beach is really nice too. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it. But it was very comfortable, clean, and the setting is gorgeous. We would definitely return!

La chambre, pour 4, était petite. La salle de bain était rudimentaire, la piscine petite et peu rafraîchissante, l’accueil froid. Un comble de devoir payer son jus d’orange pour un petit déjeuner pourtant compris dans le prix de la chambre. En points positifs : belle plage, restaurant de plage sympa, bel emplacement à la fois au calme et proche des animations.

Hotel has a great location at the beach. It has the best beach on this side of the city. Internet is ok but slow as in all the hotels of the island. Good breakfast - they do bring you more. It looks a little far from the main restaurant area but it is worth the walk as the hotel area is quiet and there's no party next to the hotel so that you'll sleep like an angel! Btw. The view of the stars is amazing!

One of the best hotels we’ve ever had the pleasure to visit! Freddie at the front desk was so kind and worked so hard to make the stay great. We paid for our transfer through the hotel and it was so smooth and safe! The rooms are large, clean, and have a great AC. The breakfast is simple yet delicious and the best breakfast included in a hotel we’ve ever experienced. Big thank you to all the staff at the restaurant for such kind hospitality. 1000/1000 recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Our stay was amazing. The service at the front desk was excellent. They were so helpful with arranging taxis, and help with anything we needed. The restaurant was fantastic. Luis, Marcella, Eduardo and others all made a great effort to provide wonderful service and delicious food. The location could not be beat! We will be back.

The location, on the Beach is perfect. The rooms are very clean, as are the grounds. The restaurant serving breakfast and all at the beach means you can spend all day on the beach beds, or take an easy walk to town for lunch or dinner. We had a wonderful time on the beach and thoroughly enjoyed dinners and music in the town on evenings . The staff at the hotel and especially the restaurant and beach is extremely helpful. Louis and Andrea do an amazing job keeping the restaurant food and beach area a wonderful daytime experience, as did Edwardo and Marcella making sure we were always happy w drinks, cocktails and smoothies and food. Freddy and Edwin at hotel reception were very helpful regarding room needs or transportation help. We have stayed 2 years now, and the hotel is perfect for us at a reasonable price.

Séjour de 3 jours entre amies. Très bel hôtel, à la hauteur du standing que l'on peut imaginer pour un hôtel de ce type. Seul gros bémol, les sargasses, en grand nombre, qui dénature la plage à laquelle on ne peut accéder. Cela nous a beaucoup déplu à notre arrivée. Il est cependant possible de se baigner sur les plages avoisinantes sur lesquelles il n'y a pas de sargasses. La route d'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas top mais nous y sommes amenées en buggy. le petit-déjeuner est bon et les serveurs sont très aimables. Nous pouvons également y manger pour le lunch. Les chambres paraissent plus petites que sur les photos du site hôtel.com; Cependant, elles sont spacieuses.

Omg what a beautiful place to stay! We had an ocean view room and the grounds of the property were gorgeous. We were really impressed with it all and the breakfast each morning. It’s very close to town and easy to catch a taxi if you need to! Room was clean and tidy and spacious. Would stay here again

Lovely hotel located right on the beach front. We were unlucky with the weather as the beach in front of the hotel was full of seaweed so we weren’t able to use the loungers there. There are other loungers behind the beach though which are great and still have a lovely outlook. The property is really quiet and very convenient being only a short walk from town. It isn’t entirely secluded though as one of the main dirt roads loops around the front of the sun lounger/pool area. We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included in our stay. This was a real bonus and it was lovely having breakfast by the sea every morning. Overall the hotel was great value for money and we would stay here again!

Close enough to all the action of downtown by a 5 min walk, yet secluded and tranquil and quiet grounds when you want to be away from the hustle and bustle . Close to all dining. Absolutely PERFECT beach cove. Staff and rooms are perfect, clean and everyone is accommodating! Have stayed here three times now, once with our kiddo and she loves the pool and all the staff are so friendly with her. Super safe!

This is a lovely location beachside, with a short 10 minute walk to town for a wide variety of restaurants and bars and even music! The beach is perfect for swimming, and lieing in shaded lounge chairs. You do have to oder drinks and food during time at beach, as the seperate restaurant owns the beach lounges …or u can lay on your towel after swimming. Everything is very clean and well maintained, rooms are comfortable, a little small, and basic , but who spends the daytime in the room? And the price for a beachside room is great. We would definitely return.

Amazing hotel with easy beach access. We were fortunate to have a great view. They keep all areas well maintained. The staff is awesome. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. Definitely will look into booking here for future trips.

I would not recommend. The grounds are lovely, but the beach at the beach club was not maintained, the pool is not one you could spend much time in at all and you can’t lounge, eat or drink by the pool, the rooms are incredibly rin down and not maintained.
