We didn’t meet the staff, so we can’t do a review about them. The house wasn’t clean and the bathroom was shared

Here is the corrected text: We were on a hiking trip, but when we were a few kilometers away, they canceled the booking due to a missing key. It is extremely strange that they didn't have a spare key or couldn't contact a professional to open the door. This cost us over 100 € extra.
