TERRIBLE. Having been a hotels.com member for 15 years, I have never had a worse experience. This property was well managed with courteous reception staff. But, the room was absolutely NOTHING like the image on the website nor on my booking confirmation. The room was a student dormitory room into which was squeezed a double bed jammed against two walls. One person had to sit on the bed (or stand in the bathroom) to allow the other person to move in the room. Biggest problem was that the room was stifling. My 6’6”husband fainted after being in the room for 10 minutes. This was very scary. The room description did say no air conditioning, and a small table fan was provided that did nothing other than to push stifling hot air around. We had booked and paid 5 nights. After one hour I contacted management requesting a refund due to the extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy room. A polite response was provided the following day with a refusal to refund. Immediately upon waking we left the room, not returning until night. This property suits a budget poor single traveller as an alternative to a youth hostel (which would have been a safer option). Under no circumstances should it remain on the hotels.com website with an image bearing no relationship to reality at all, and be sold as a double room. I have never ever had such a terrible experience, and paid such a price for such falsely advertised accommodation.

Unfortunately I arrived in a 40 degree heatwave in the evening. During the night it did not cool below 30 degrees. The room was extreeemely hot. I asked for a fan as the website states there is no AC. They did not have one. After complaining they simply said they dont have to provide it. In terms of health and safety I found that to be a lack of care. The corridors and rooms are extremely smelly of sweat odors. This may be a good place when its not too hot. But still I would recommend people to book this more as a last resort option.
