Our stay at this accommodation was simply excellent. The modern and aesthetically pleasing design creates a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The two-story unit offers spacious living with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen—everything you could need. A small note: towels are only changed after four days, which wasn't an issue for us but might be relevant for others. Additional services such as extra towel changes or cleaning are available at an extra cost. The location in Las Palmas is very good for exploring the city itself; however, it’s quite far from Maspalomas and other beautiful spots on the island. Also, keep in mind that Las Palmas tends to be cooler and cloudier compared to Maspalomas, so plan accordingly if you're looking for warmer weather. A minor disappointment was the check-in experience: a significantly lower price (~300 € less) was displayed locally upon arrival. It might be worth booking directly through the provider to secure the best rate. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation—modern, comfortable, and well-located within Las Palmas. It provided us with a memorable stay!

This property is well located being 2 blocks from the beach, but not too close to the noise and hubbub. Restaurants and shops are close, and there is a nice bakery a short walk away. The apartment is well laid out and efficient. We appreciated the modern AC as well. We had a minor problem with the plumbing and the hosts were helpful and quickly addressed it. We had a rental car so we also appreciated the underground parking too. We would stay here again.

Hier stimmt einfach alles, Lage, Ausstattung, Design, Service und Preis-/Leistungsservice. Das Gebäude und die Appartements sind sehr neu und absolut hochwertig, es wurde an alles gedacht und hier fehlt es einem an nichts um sich zuhause und wohl zu fühlen. Würde ohne zu zögern jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und bedanken uns herzlich beim Team für alles.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Appartement mit Balkon bewohnt. Der Zustand ist top - sauber, gepflegt, alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Ein Kritikpunkt ist die Klimaanlage, die nur kühlen kann. Die Raumtemperatur mit Klimaanlage war bei 18-19 Grad. War uns zu kalt. Leider ging nur in Verbindung mit der Klimaanlage die Lüftung im Badezimmer, damit es nach dem Duschen trocknet. Desweiteren ist es leider sehr laut gewesen, da das Appartement an einer viel befahrenen und belebten Straße liegt. 23 Uhr bis Mitternacht kam die Müllabfuhr. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts. Strand ist in 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft.

Super appartement, très moderne, bien équipé, propre et calme (appartement donnant sur la cours interieur). L'emplacement est top puisqu'on est à quelquds mètres d'un Supermarché et la Plage. La communication via Whatsapp était très bonne et les indications sont claires pour pouvoir entrer dans l'appartement en toute autonomie. Le personnel que l'on peut croiser est très gentil et serviable. Le parking gratuit est un vrai confort. Nous recommandons !

Dejligt sted med moderne og luksuriøs indretning. God placering, og dejligt med adgang til gratis privat parkeringskælder. God kommunikation og dejligt det kunne lade sig gøre at tjekke ind senere uden for den normale receptionstid. Stedet er helt klar anbefalelsesværdig!

Very happy with our stay! Everything was perfect! Easy to check in, good communication with “the hosts”, extremely central, clean and bonus for many pillows in the beds:) The only thing that was negative was that there was some banana flies (probably from the previous people who left food out), but we got rid of them after a few days. Highly recommend!

Fabulous apartments. Would totally recommend if staying in Las Palmas. Really nicely furnished and decorated, lovely balcony for people watching and excellent showers!! Not only this, they are in the best location with restaurants, supermarkets, excellent beach all within 5 minutes walk. A super place to stay.

Le bâtiment est magnifique et bien placé (près de la plage). Les appartements sont magnifiques également, très grands, très bien équipés. Le premier bémol est que c'est assez bruyant (rue très passante, voisins...). Mais le plus dérangeant est qu'il n'y jamais personne à l'accueil : tout se fait par internet !

It is an amazing place! The apartment was super clean, we interacted with highly attentive staff who helped us quickly, and the design was wonderful. The apartment itself is very comfortable as well (the utilities, floor plan, and so on).

We had a fantastic time in Las Palmas. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the beach, all mod cons, comfortable and really nice. The staff is very professional and friendly. We’ll definitely be back.

Very happy with our stay! Everything was perfect! Easy to check in, good communication with “the hosts”, extremely central, clean and bonus for many pillows in the beds:) The only thing that was negative was that there was some banana flies (probably from the previous people who left food out), but we got rid of them after a few days. Highly recommend!

Super appartement, très moderne, bien équipé, propre et calme (appartement donnant sur la cours interieur). L'emplacement est top puisqu'on est à quelquds mètres d'un Supermarché et la Plage. La communication via Whatsapp était très bonne et les indications sont claires pour pouvoir entrer dans l'appartement en toute autonomie. Le personnel que l'on peut croiser est très gentil et serviable. Le parking gratuit est un vrai confort. Nous recommandons !

Fabulous apartments. Would totally recommend if staying in Las Palmas. Really nicely furnished and decorated, lovely balcony for people watching and excellent showers!! Not only this, they are in the best location with restaurants, supermarkets, excellent beach all within 5 minutes walk. A super place to stay.

We had a good stay at TocToc suites, the apartment was clean, staff were friendly and most of the things you needed were available. The only thing that would have been nice was a chopping board for preparing meals, but we still made it work. Would definitely recommend for a short or long term stay in Las Palmas.

Perfect for a few days in the middle of the city. Includes underground parking which is helpful. Be aware that it’s very tight so only for small car. Apartment was clean and new and had all we needed for cooking and good space.
