This property doesn’t have anyone live on the property except the cleaning staff who leave after their shift. It was very difficult to talk with a person on a TV in a locked room. He didn’t know the property as to where anything was located. He spoke quickly, so many conversations were repeated. After I said I needed ground floor as only 2 flights of steps available, and I am handicapped. When I got my room number, I said isn’t this on the second floor? He said yes,and said he’d call someone to come and help me. After 30 minutes I gave up, and this was after 8 pm at night

The place overall was well kept and looked fresh. My room just had little hairs from someone else at the sink & in the shower, which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned or the bed. Other than that, great room

There was a strong chemical smell in the room that irritated my nasal passages. With no one on site to help me I could do nothing about it.

Good room for the price. Bed was very low and mattress not great, but we have had worse. We would stay again at the reasonable rate we had.
