Cozy Efficiency Studios Close to Downtown and Domain

The hosts were very good at communicating and answering right away. The room was small but clean and comfortable for one or two persons. The neighborhood was largely residential and safe. It was a short drive to many restaurants, groceries, shops etc. I voted it down to 3 stars because the room had a very strong mildewy smell. It got into my clothes and won't wash out...very unpleasant! Also the apt complex was pretty seedy with some really noisy neigbors across the hall.

Clean apartment, comfortable bed and nice neighborhood. Super responsive and nice hosts. Only thing is that the furniture looked different on the listing not sure if it was changed or something, not a huge deal it wasn't any worse than the listing pictures. Pleasant stay!

This place was great. Wonderful location and had everything I needed.

The apt smelled heavy of roach spray . The exterior was run down and rotting. Verbal screaming from other guest could be heard.
