Wir mussten 1 Stunde auf den Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen zum Hotel warten, obwohl wir extra nochmals angerufen hatten. Das war sehr ärgerlich und nicht serviceorientiert!

Close to the airport. Has a wonderful 24hr convenience store. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Courtesy bus runs every hr, to and from airport. Hotel is no hassle and stress free.

Airport shuttle bus never arrived, despite us calling to confirm this with the hotel. Staff were impolite, not willing to help and treated us as an inconvenience when asking basic questions. Did not even greet us when checking in, just asked for passports and provided room cards. Did not advise where the lifts, restaurants or amenities were situated. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Would not recommend staying here.

I love my stay there. Typically people stay there 1-3days. I was there a total of 9days. I felt safe, staff was friendly! They clean your room everyday! There is a gym, overall 10/10

Could not find airport shuttle

The expected, must have things are fine (clean room, decent bathroom, good bed/bedding). Just a kettle, mugs and a few tea and coffee sachets. WiFi easy and reliable. Shuttle only runs on a limited schedule to/from T3, goes TO T2 on request (take the inter terminal shuttle to T3 if arriving at T2, then go to Gate 5 on F1 and expect the bus at about HR:30. But maybe not at late hours?) Staff only have limited English so phoning can be tricky, communication at reception is fine thanks to their use of translation apps!

The shuttle service was very helpful.

There was NO airport shuttle, contrary to Hotels.com’s description, Ang the hotel turned off power to the room early in the morning! DO NOT STAY THERE!

The hotel is very close to Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), less than 8 minutes' drive from Terminal 2 of PEK. The hotel shuttle runs every hour to the airport. There are bar, restaurant, gym, 24 hr self service store and laundry room inside the hotel and they take credit cards. The room is clean with free wifi, a refrigerator, an electric tea kettle and a money safe. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

So comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly. I took the free shuttle to the airport, just tell the driver which terminal you need. There are many restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint was that my towels smelled faintly like cigarette smoke, if you're sensitive that might be an issue but for me it wasn't too bad.

Dirty and dated. The foyer looks lovely. But the room carpet was dirty and i could write my name in the dust on the bedside lamp. The tiles were filthy and had a massive clump of someones hair lying on the bathroom floor! Yuck!

I could smell the previous person who slept in my bed. Terrible experience. In addition although close to the airport, the planes fly right above, my window could not close properly so it was very noisy.

I took the airport shuttle to the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. There’s a convenience store inside that stays open late, so I was able to grab some snacks at night. Overall, a surprisingly comfortable stay and great value for money.

The room was in good condition but the towels were worn out with bug holes

The room was larger than expected and spacious. The furniture was a bit worn and mismatched, for example the desk chair is not adjustable and is much lower than the height of the desk it is paired with, so you basically cannot use it at the desk. However for the cost of the room it was a good value. The airport shuttle service runs like clockwork and was easy to use; it is about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport to hotel. The front desk workers were friendly and very helpful (and can all speak English well enough). One thing that was annoying is that the only restaurant which is supposed to be open until 10 pm told me at 9:30 pm the kitchen staff had already left. There are no food options or room service available after 9:30 pm at what is supposed to be an airport hotel, so I would get food at the airport before coming to the hotel if you are arriving in the evening.

Said they offer airport free shuttle, but for airport pickup, you have to request it at least 2 hours before arrival, and you can’t actually adjust your room temperature

Hotel muy cerca del aeropuerto pero súper ruidoso. El restaurante bastante flojo y el bar cierra de 10 a 13h. Lo peor de todo, con mucha diferencia es la conexión a Internet. Dramático, velocidad muy reducida y cortes frecuentes. Imposible tener una videoconferencia.

It's a bit noisy when the planes fly over the hotel. But it was not bad enough to disturb your sleep at night.

Hotel is old and in a poor condition and urgently needs refurbishment, the A/C didn’t work and made the room very hot, there was also a constant knocking noise that went on all day and night.

Wi fi in the rooms and the whole hotel is terrible. The signal is weak and sometimes there's no signal.

I arrived in the early hours of the morning, I managed to find an employee to assit with contacting the hotel to find out where to meet the shuttle bus. The hotel never responded to my email query regarding this. They pick up from level 1, door 5, middle row. The drive was less than 10 mins so convenient for my transfer time. Check in was straightforward, and booked the return shuttle time with no problems. The room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, they do provide ear plugs as the planes were loud. The wifi wouldn't work and reception was unable to help. It did finally work when I woke up. I didn’t use any of the hotel facilities so unable to comment. There was a McDonald's across the road, not sure what time they operate.

Good rooms, close to airport but not the best communication, frequent loud planes and some unhelpful staff. Anne Tong was there when I checked out and it was really nice to speak to someone friendly. She also helped me work out the GBP to Yuen exchange rate which I really appreciated. But Cindy Li at 2am when I checked in was not very nice at all. She was abrupt and not welcoming. She came across very rude. was very tired and distressed after a difficult time getting to the hotel from the airport, after having random men in the parking lot follow me to try and get me to book them for a taxi and a delayed flight. Poor first impression for this hotel, as I would expect someone at reception to at least say 'how was your journey' or 'welcome' or even just 'hello.' She just said 'checking in' and then raised her voice several times when I didn't understand how to access the WiFi. She then pointed to the left when she gave me the key, without explaining where to go, if there was a restaurant etc. I was so disgusted, I just left and found the elevators to my room. FYI, this was not a language barrier, she spoke English. My room was very big, with a very comfortable bed, good large shower, toothbrush, soap and other toiletries. They provide earplugs for the plane noise. Aircon in the room is good but not good in reception. I didn't have breakfast. I had to remove a 2 stars for the unfriendly welcome when I arrived and the fact that no one responded to airport transfer message.

Wonderful stay. Made a stressful long lay over and transit very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely gift and note waiting for us inside. The shuttle was smooth and driver very lovely. Overall the staff were very thoughtful and considerate. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Some staff were exceptionally friendly, but many struggle with English, which was my overall experience with China. Surprised at aircraft noise and 24 hour operation of Beijing airport. Airconditioning unit / smoke eating unit in room too bright for sleeping

Great hotel close to airport with shuttle . Very clean and they even left a small panda bear on our bed with a welcome note .

Ok hotel, but the noise from planes is constant. It’s right under the flight path, so don’t expect a quiet stay.

We did not stay a full night as we had a late night layover at PEK. The hotel was really accommodating and allowed us to check in early despite our staying being on a busy weekend night. You need to book the shuttle bus by calling the hotel when you arrive at the airport. You can also ride Airport bus 3 four spots to just outside the hotel. The food at the hotel restaurant is exceptional and reasonably priced. If you don’t speak Chinese and are staying at the hotel, please be respectful to the staff.

The staff are helpful and the dining restaurant is very nice. Since the hotel is close to the airport, during the night is so noisy.

Goed hotel met goede services zoals gratis shuttle bus naar luchthaven en koffers naar hotelkamer bij aankomst. Kamer is wel gedateerd en luidruchtig door de laag vliegende vliegtuigen in de nachturen. Hotelrestaurant sluit helaas al om 22:00 uur. We kwamen daar om 21:40 uur aan wegens late vlucht en helaas mochten we niet meer dineren. Gelukkig waren er andere lokale restaurants daar in de buurt die we lekker kunnen eten.

Das Zimmer war geraumig, komfortabel ausgestattet und makellos sauber. Zu beklagen war das ultrabescheidene Angebot an Speisen und Getraenken, Lobby Bar geschlossen, Shop geschlossen, und das einzige Restaurant offensichtlich auf ein Minimum eingestellt. Lag vermutlich auch daran, dass das Hotel am 21/22 Dez. vollkomen leer war. Fuer mich war das nur ein 22 Std. Layover, dafuer war es insgesamt OK, bisschen Schlaf, Erholung, Dusche. Preis/Leistung bei 42€ unschlagbar. Terminal shuttle inclusive.

We had a late flight & our son organised this hotel so we could get a nice rest before we headed to Tianjin for our cruise. The hotel was nice and once we found the Shuttle Bus location, we got to the hotel fairly swiftly. When we awoke for breakfast however, we were charged and told we were also late. None of that information was given to us and our son insisted he booked a hotel that included breakfast as he used the filter on Expedia. It appears the system tricked us and said 'breakfast was available, rather included even though thats not an option when filtering hotels. Alas, they took the money and we enjoyed a breakfast.

i did not like about the breakfast options. I was glad there was some fruits and thank God for the eggs they could prepare sunny side up. But besides that, nothing really apetizing and definetely not worth the price
