Riguardo alla struttura ,purtroppo nel periodo in cui siamo stati ospiti,la piscina interna con iacuzzi ,non era disponibile cosi non ne abbiamo potuto usufruire,quanto nel pacchetto era inclusa. Riguardo al transfert prenotato e pagato con voi,per l'andata e stato regolare,ma per il trasporto all'aereoporto,il taxi e arrivato alle ore 15,00 mentre doveva venire alle ore 18,00,in quanto il volo era per le 20,45,cosi abbiamo dovuto pagare nuovamente un taxj chiamato dall'hotel,!

All the staff were excellent, extremely helpful, polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I used the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and had 2 massages all very good. The food was excellent. The hotel was very clean everywhere, well maintained, i would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Well done a very enjoyable stay

Arrived a little early as we were leaving from another hotel in a different part of Malta before arriving at the Santana, we were impressed with the outside appearance of the hotel until we tried to mount the stairs in the pouring rain, my husbands on crutches and although there is a ramp it was to steep and slick with the rain for him to use safely, after 5mins of struggling up the steps with 2 suitcases and helping my husband being watched by a staff member (no offer of help) I booked us in, as early was told we could put our luggage in storage and our room would be ready at 2pm, okay went into a lounge area for the football asked for keys at 2.15 not ready, seems a balcony had to be re-cleaned due to the rain!!, around 20mins later the receptionist arrived with keys, ground floor room lots of space, clean, tidy and disabled friendly, lifts to restaurant and indoor pool, buffet breakfast, plenty of and good selection, dining area better quality than others in the area, check out quick and easy and as going to a further hotel we were allowed to store luggage and watch the football, overall as this was a single nights stay we would book again for a longer period

Dejligt hotel og ok mad, vi havde bestilt halvpension og der manglede intet. Desværre ventede vi 45 minutter ud over vores faktiske tid for at overtage vores værelse. Havde et værelse på 1. sal, hvilket var fint, men der kunne høres meget larm under musikunderholdning i baren en af \u200b\u200bdagene. Husk at bestille et værelse længere oppe, så du ikke bliver forstyrret af støj. Hoteller ligger i gåafstand til busterminal og spisesteder og Hop on og Hop of bus. Kort afstand til hav og strandpromenade og indkøbsmuligheder. Kan godt anbefales

Lage des Hotels allg gut, Zimmer fällt fast auseinder, WiFi funktioniert nicht wirklich (schlecht da wir im Hotel arbeiten wollten, überall im Hotel sind Ameisen, das Personal kann einem nicht helfen. Einen late-checkout hätten wir am Abreisetag erfragen können -> bringt einem dann auch nichts mehr wenn man schon wach ist. Nicht zu empfehlen.

They couldn't find my booking, and I had to wait for almost 2.5 hours and then ended up paying for the night. I had to wake up early and got a refund for the first night after 2 days. I had to ask for compensation so they upgraded my room. After being in the room, I observed several bugs. Some of the staff was also rude.

I checked out of here two days early to move to another hotel. My room had quite a few mosquitos, the air conditioning wasn’t available until the end of the month and my room was too warm to sleep comfortably. But not having any outlets on either side of the bed was the clincher for me because I use a CPAP machine to sleep. The staff tried hard to make it right by providing a power strip extension cord, and offered to spray the room to rid the mosquitos, but I simply wanted to find another place and enjoy some restful sleep.

Unfortunately we didn't realise the room we have booked it was very small (the door didn't open because of the bed, there was no space to walk around the bed). The bathroom was very small and damp, no balcony, only a small window. The window was pointing towards the inner garden terrace which had karaoke, loud music and loud conversations.

room not ready on time, no electric sockets at side off bed, took nearly an hour to find us an extension lead to plug my husbands oxygen in, couldn't get a drink at happy hour, not enough staff, no proper queuing system, on the good side room large, clean and comfortable, staff pleasant, food in dining room good and outside happy hour getting a drink was okay and avalible staff attentive.

Our third stay here and as good as previously. Although the bus station is so near and convenient the hotel is in a quiet location. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Room had everything we needed. Particularly liked the room lighting. Often hotels have bedroom lighting too dim to read by. Reception staff very helpful.. Will stay again.

There was an issue on check out - reception team hassled me for a payment (which had been paid). I showed receipt and then emailed it to them. Their admin issue was not mine to sort. We had an unexpected knock on our door at 0200hrs. There should be tighter security on who they let into the hotel. We were two females and the man wanted to join us in our room! We were shocked as he had clearly followed us. Reception team were not interested in this report. We stay often here and this was the first poor service we have had

We really enjoyed our stay at Santana. I came on my own with my 2 children and felt really safe. The hotel staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent and location was perfect for wandering around or getting buses.
