To start with, this a more an incridible appartment than an hotel Room! The place was perfectly located, and had a great view! We had 2 blaconies to enjoy it! It had everything icluded, full kitchen with dishwasher! Washer/Dryer... You can stay in this appartment for months! The check in process, by texto, with the Lynx app to enter the appartment was great! The appartment had everything, and was extremely clean! The parking if not available is a bit complicated, but on De la Montagne Street you have acces to an idoor parking only 5 min walk away. The only recommandation I would do, is to have some curtains in the living room... In case you need some Privacy! I will definitely rebook at this location!

Upon arrival, the desk staff was unable to assist us. Although we had a digital key on our phone, gaining access was extremely difficult. Prior to arriving after a 30-hour drive, I emailed the manager regarding parking, as the listing had advertised on-site parking. However, none was available when we arrived. The manager emailed two addresses for parking: one was incorrect, and the other led to a lot several blocks away in an unsafe-feeling neighborhood. ​Once inside, the TV did not work. When I reported this, management promised someone would inspect it, but later stated it could not be fixed. While the apartment was well-equipped for a multi-day stay, the floors were dirty and the showerhead would not stay upright. I requested a $50 refund to compensate for the lack of TV and promised parking, but management has yet to issue any refund or response.
